The ghoul’s manifestation

Inside of Japan, a medium-sized two story house could be seen just outside the woods. Inside of said house an 8 year old boy was concentrated on drawing a huge monster being swiftly decapitated by a man who held a big sword.

When he was just about to finish the drawing he froze, the boy heard a door opening in the front of the house. The boy was panicking internally but he quickly closed his drawing notebook, turned off all the lights and pretended to sleep on his bed, turning away from the door and tightly shutting his eyes.

A few seconds passed and the worry of the boy was just increasing with every second as he was hearing footsteps going up the stairs in a brisk manner.

'Please don't come' the boy thought, getting more anxious by the sounds.

"Okiiiiiii!" A man screamed close to his room. The man opened the door in the next second and looked directly at Oki's bed, seeing that his son was probably pretending to sleep, he got mad and got close to him before grabbing the blankets and pulling them away.

The man saw how his son was shivering and that just increased his madness, he grabbed Oki by the shirt with one hand and pulled him up from his bed. Oki refused to open his eyes and just maintained them shut, but he was forced to open his eyes when he felt a strong slap to his cheek which sent him flying to the floor.

Oki started to cry quietly on the floor whilst he looked at his fat, and probably drunk dad. The dad looked at Oki before saying "Why are you looking at me like that? You think I'm a monster? I'll show you some respect you quirkless fuck."

Oki's dad got out his belt from his pants and hit oki in the face with the metal part of the belt, leaving a trail of blood that went from Oki's left eye all the way to his chin in a vertical way.

The boy quickly put himself in a face down turtle position whilst at the same time he covered the back of his head for serious injuries, allowing his dad to hit his back. Oki was enduring all of this without letting a single cry of pain as he knew that his dad would get mad if he did so.

When a few minutes passed, Oki's mother came in the room and looked at him indifferently, since she knew that Oki was quirkless four years ago, she didn't talk to him once, it's like she didn't acknowledge his existence anymore.

"Victor, it's time for dinner, if you don't come down it's going to get cold" she said with an indifferent tone of voice.

Victor looked at Oki who was already crying loudly on the floor and sneered before going down with his wife to eat dinner. Oki slowly looked to his left where he saw under the bed his trusty white and red fox plushie, he grabbed it and hugged it to alleviate his pain. Oki stayed down hugging his fox plushie for a few minutes before standing up slowly and going to the shower.

After taking a slow and painful shower, he went towards his room and looked at hero videos. Oki was currently watching an old All Might video where he saved everyone from a scary "monster" with a smile, it just took one punch and the villain was down.

'Will I ever be able to be like that?' thought Oki with hidden sadness overflowing in his eyes.

Oki opened the drawing notebook to a new page and made a new drawing. In the simple drawing, Oki could be seen standing at the top of his father whilst he had a huge smile on his face like All Might, a white, red fox plushie with six tails and a cape at his right, while his mother was nowhere to be seen in the drawing.

Oki smiled widely like he was the one on the drawing but quickly made a pained expression, the wound that trailed from his left eye vertically to his chin hurt too much and would probably leave a scar.

The next thing that Oki did was close the drawing notebook and go to bed as he was tired and wanted to sleep, he tried to lay on his back but it hurt him immensely so he laid face down on the bed. Oki wanted to eat, as he was not eating well on the past few days and was starving, but he was too scared to go downstairs.

The position was uncomfortable but the fox plushie that he made next to him seemed to decrease his pain, he started to relax and fall asleep but he heard his father yelling from downstairs for him, "Okiiiii!"

Oki opened his eyes in a flash and briskly got up, if he wasn't down fast enough then he would receive another beating and would probably be unable to sleep from pain. Oki speed-walked downstairs, when he reached the kitchen, he saw his dad looking at him menacingly and his mom sitting on the couch while watching a drama series.

Victor wordlessly pointed at a protein bar wrapping in the kitchen counter whilst he looked at Oki furiously. When Oki saw the wrapping he panicked, he tried to come up with an explanation but what left his mouth was just stutters, leaving his dad angry.

Victor briskly walked towards Oki to give him a beating but before he could get too close Oki ran towards the stairs in an attempt to close himself in his room. Victor didn't give him a chance though as he had a small speed quirk which allowed him to be faster than most people.

Oki got grabbed by his dad and kicked to the floor by his father, he held his stomach in pain but Victor didn't give him a chance to breathe as he grabbed Oki and started to punch him continuously.

In a few seconds of Victor punching Oki, he heard something coming out of his son's mouth.

"S-st" Oki tried to speak but was unable to. Victor stopped punching for a second before continuing. This time though Oki yelled loudly at his dad "STOP!!" Before looking at his dad furiously.

Victor was shocked by his outburst, in the living room, Oki's mom was also shocked by this but continued to watch the drama series shortly after "Are you trying to go against me?!" He asked loudly before sending a punch straight for Oki's mouth before he stopped.

Victor looked down to his chest and looked confused as something that looked like a white and red fox tail piercing his stomach, he didn't have time to process more as another tail blasted his head off of his body by hitting it strongly. The head crashed against the fridge and splattered brain matter all over the kitchen walls but not before completely destroying the fridge and the wall behind it.

Oki's mom jumped in surprise from the loud sound and looked behind her just so see the headless Victor being pierced by a fox like tail in his stomach. She got scared and screamed loudly "Ahhhhh!!"

Oki looked at her while he cried and his red and black eyes were on display, six red and white spiky fox like tails appeared on his lower back and went straight for his mom.

"O-ok" She didn't have time to say her first words to her child after a long time as she was grabbed by the neck and was being suffocated by one of the tails.

Four tails then grabbed Oki's mom by the legs and arms before the last tail pierced her stomach.

The tails had spikes which were already deep inside her throat, arms, and legs. Blood fell continuously from her before the other tails slowly ripped off the arms and legs making Oki's mom feel unimaginable pain before passing out from blood loss.

Oki's mom would die in a few seconds, but before that happened, the last tail crushed her neck and threw the lifeless body to the ground, she had an expression of pain and terror painted on her face from before she died.

Oki just brought his two hands to the back of his head and laid on the floor whilst he softly cried.
