Person in question is a 16yo teen at around 185cm tall with an astounding 180kg. You wouldnt be able to tell with his physique since it does not look like he would weigh more than 80kg.
This could be attested to his quirk. As well as his marking that seem to outline major muscle mass around his tanned brown skin. With red eyes and raven black long hair in a ponytail
"RIGHT LETS START! THERES NO COUNTDOWN IN REAL BATTLES! RUN RUN RUN LISTENERS!!!" A famous hero named Present Mic yells through the speakers at some location

Everyone begins to take off as our Main character pulls his arms to his sides

As he declares this statement a biomass begins to oversweep his entire body in a painful manner
"Urrrah!" The biomass following along his muscles as if another set of black muscle fibers cover his body then more biomass begins to harden into armor and a helmet over his head then his hair is sucked up by the helmet and closes behind it
If a spectator from his original world saw his form right now they would say how it's a mix of Guyver,Warframe, and Kamen rider.

Getting in a semi crouching running stance
Two opening in his insect like armor open up appearing like jet engines exhausts around 3" in diameter.

The concrete below his feet shatters with his first step and launches like a missile.
With every step the exhausts on his shoulders shoot out extremely hot air out of the back in single bursts. Enhancing his already strong and fast body.
Like a blur the said person runs along the road in a zig zag like pattern weaving past the other students.

Making a turn and almost hitting the building at full speed. He instantly does a 90 degree tur. upwards and begins running up the building.

Nezu " Right! It's not something that was previously thought very strong at least from his past generations. But over the mutations overtime from generation to generation along with his creativity he has surely made something to marvel at… His quirk is a unique mutant quirk. His body has transformed into that of an Invertebrate. He has something similar to his own exoskeleton covering all his muscles and body but hidden under the layers of skin.
As far as we know he also has a unique Biomass with unique protein enzyme mix inside that's very dense. He can excrete this biomass and turn it into armor as well as give the abilities of insects and the like."
Vlad " does not seem like it's that powerful…"
Cementos "I disagree. In the animal kingdom though insects are weak. Imagine an insect with its abilities scaled up to a human size. For example a tiger beetle can cover an average of 125 body lengths in a single second. That's equivalent to the average man running at 770kph. "
