Speed Running to Cannon 1

With the summer training over two months ago, Izuku has been keeping up with his routine. His morning workout before school, going to school, then finishing the day with a run without using any of his weights.

Currently Izuku is taking a jog down the sidewalk in the city, while wearing a grey hoodie with grey sweatpants and a pair of all white shoes. Running alongside traffic and people in the passenger seats in various vehicles varying from cars to trucks. Staring on at Izuku wondering if said person has a speed quirk. In their eyes they see a person in all grey running alongside all other vehicles that are going 60 Kph.

With Izuku lost in his thoughts. Thinks about his time at school. Lately, after the summer training with his master. Returning to school was a new experience. All the girls in school keep looking onto Izuku with this lost look in their eyes. While the boys are looking at him murderously with gritted teeth. Even they know that it would be detrimental to their health if they ever approach Izuku. Just looking at him they know that Izuku will definitely dismantle them like legos. It doesn't help when the strongest kid in school, Bakugo, does even approach Izuku, so why bother?

When Izuku returned home that day. He looked into the mirror in the bathroom, shirtless. Looking at his own face, he noticed that all his baby fat on his cheeks have disappeared and have been replaced with a strong jaw line. Looking down at the mirror at his body. His muscles were on his arms are bulging out to his skin, stretching out his skin to their limits. His abs and pectorals doing the same as his arms. Any other body fat on his body seemingly vanished as well. Any movement he takes, his muscles would ripple across his body.

*BOOM!* On auto pilot, Izuku reacts by jumping two meters back. Finally aware of his surroundings. Izuku snaps his head to the direction of the noise. Looking towards to a seemingly random building out of the endless ones smushed together. It was a martial arts dojo. There was a glass door and large windows on either side of the door. The windows extend from the ceiling all the way to the ground. Being able to see clearly into the dojo. There was a man with an average face, clean shaved, with brown hair and eyes. Scowling at a girl with short bright orange hair and teal eyes, with her fists currently enlarged to a comical degree. The girl appeared to be the same age as Izuku. They are also wearing matching Karategis'.

Looking at the wall opposite side of the duo. There was a body shaped hole in the wall with legs dangling over the edge of the rubble. That person's legs we the only thing that you could see. Their upper portion of their body is on the other side the wall.

Taking his eyes off that poor joker, He looks back towards the girl with big fists and what Izuku assumes is the master of the place, if that black belt hanging around the mans waist is any indication. Seeing to average built teacher. Pointing to the newly formed wall, while facing the now named Itsuka with an angry expression. Izuku can faintly hear what was being said through the glass.

"Itsuka! Why did you use your quirk! That's against the rules!" In a lecturing tone, then the instructor sighs. "I know you don't do things with out reason. So, what did Lee do this time?" Rubbing his face with both hands thinking about the cost of getting the wall repaired. Not once thinking about the safety of one of his pupils.

With eyes glued to the floor preventing Izuku to get a good look at her. Itsuka also has her arms pressed against her sides with now normal sized clenched fists. Suddenly looking up with a flushed face. "THAT PERVERT TOUCHED MY CHEST!!" She yells out with her brows creased deeply and a big frown on her young face.

Closing his eyes and looking down slightly and sighing to himself once more, the average joe master locks eyes with Itsuka. "You guys were sparring, it was most likely an accident. You must have not had your guard up properly when Lee went for a punch-"

The flushed faced girl cuts him off, "No way! My guard is perfect!" Pointing at the Lee who hasn't moved this entire time, still in the wall. "He is just a pervert!" Finishing off with a loud voice. Itsuka stomps off.

Seeing her stomp off, Izuku takes that as his que to leave as well. Kicking up a dust cloud. He takes off back towards home. He decided to quickly go home and take a shower.

'Oh where, oh where did the time go' Izuku thinks to himself. It's now summertime once again and he is now standing face to face with Master Kaito. They both are back in the forest and ready to begin this summer's training.

"The first summer of training was about building up the body and lungs. While also learning how to breath the proper way. This summer will be all about evasion and flexibility. Currently you are too stiff to move fluently. Do not worry I will help you with this." Finishing his piece Master Kaito, not waiting for any consent from his apprentice. Vanishes from view and appears behind Izuku.

Still not being able to track down Kaito, the boy ends up on his back after getting his feel swept from underneath him. "Try and relax. This will only benefit you." Now grabbing the limbs of the downed Izuku, Kaito begins to fold Izuku like clean laundry. He forces Izuku to bend in the most unnatural ways. Stretching the limbs past there limits. He almost causes Izuku's arms to fly out their sockets. The pain that is running up and down Izuku's body like a never-ending cycle, is unimaginable. Feeling all of his muscles scream out as their muscle fibers get stretched apart like gum.

"AHHH!!" Izuku wails in agony unable to move to get away from his current tormentor. Eventually losses his voice.

For Kaito's part, he just ignores the cries from his pupil. Thinking that he is making great progress.

After the brutal 'training' Master Kaito goes to the camp fire to cook dinner. Leaving a twitching Izuku in a puddle of his own drool.

The next morning, they start with evasive training. Nothing too fancy, Izuku just needs to dodge 'some' of Kaito's weakest attacks. A tall order especially when said master's 'slowest' and 'weakest' attack can chop a tree in half. All you would see is the master standing in front of a tree, holding his arms behind his back as the tree suddenly just topples over. The cut was incredibly smooth. There were no splinters lost from the wood. It was as if the tree was always like that.

Everyday for the entire summer the training would go on like this. With Izuku getting stretched like a rubber band. He has also never dodged a single attack and always getting stuck full force. His skin was riddled with bruises. Black and blue all over. Totally unrecognizable.

This was all to his benefit. The master actually never held anything back on Izuku and gave him anything. Izuku could evade most heroes and villains at this point. The master wasn't going to say anything like to Izuku. Didn't want his student to grow a big head.

On the final day of summer in a park near Izuku's house. Master Kaito wanted to stop and rest for a bit. Not so sure on why but Izuku sits with the master on a bench. The bench was on a small hill overlooking a playground. With various children of all sizes playing around with each other. Swinging on the swings, playing tag, and even going down the slide. They were doing it all.

"Why did we stop here Master Kaito?" Finally speaking after some moments watching other kids playing.

Ignoring Izuku's question. "Why don't you go down and play with the other kids your age? You're always serious, always training. Why don't you make some friends, Izuku." In his signature calm, gruff voice. Master Kaito takes a glance at Izuku. Looking into the crowd in the park.

"I will not waste my time with them. I want to continue training with you master. I want to be the strongest hero and someone better than All Might." States Izuku with a calm tone of his own.

"Why do you desire power?" Asks Kaito.

"I just want to be the best hero I can be, so I can be the next symbol."

"A symbol of what? Young Izuku." Turning his body towards his apprentice to face him completely.

Izuku taking his eyes off the crowd of children and turning his head to look at his master.

"I do not know. But I will shoulder every responsibility. I will do it alone If I have to-" Flicking Izuku on his forehead to stop him from continuing. Master Kaito retracts his hand and begins to correct his foolish student.

"You're reasoning for your desire for power is not good enough and shouldering all responsibilities is foolish. One person alone can only do so much. The biggest example of this comes from the very person that you mentioned. All Might. The symbol of peace. All of Japan leans on him for a sense of security. His current presence alone makes the villains think twice before performing their crimes. But what nobody wants to admit is that All might is getting old and soon will have to retire."

Turning back to lean his back against the bench. Looking away from Izuku and looking into the sky, taking in the sight of the beauty of the clouds. Master Kaito continues, "Once he is gone, the crime rates will rise dramatically. everyone's world view will be challenged. The people will start questioning the term 'hero' and start to think that they will no longer be needed anymore due to all of the damage that will eventually be done by villains. What will you do then?"

Izuku has no answer. Never have thought about anything like this before. His own words and promises that he had made to himself are being challenged and he has now way to defend them.

Taking his silence as an answer Master Kaito once again, continues. "The answer is quite simple in my opinion." States Kaito. Izuku never taking his eyes off his master, beckons him to continue. "The answer is if one man can't do it alone then why not have a team? Like a new organization. The pillars of peace." Master Kaito says this hopping Izuku would take his words and put them into action. A very complicated play from Kaito. The master just wants this loner student to make some friends and allies for his dream. Being alone is a miserable experience. The master always knows best for their disciples.

With a thoughtful expression, Izuku ponders on his masters' words. He should probably write Kaito's words down.

'A team? Or Organization? With more people it would be more realistic. I now know that my original plan was foolish. Wishful thinking. I want to save people and master is right. I am only one person.'

When Izuku stops his thoughts. Due to the now absent master. Not even saying goodbye. Shrugging it off, he gets up off the bench. With a slow jog, an actual normal person paced jog. Izuku begins to formulate plans for the mission his master has assigned him.
