1 THE BEGINNING

Lahat ng pasaherong bumaba galing sa eroplano ay dumiretso sa kani-kanilang pamilya na nag-aantay sa gilid, habang ang isang babaeng may kulay tsokolateng buhok na mas tumitingkad kapag nasisilawan ng araw ay pinagmamasdan ang mga taong palakad-lakad.

She opened her phone to check up the time before taking deep breath. Entering the nearest restrom, she stared at her own reflection and brushed her hair using her own fingers.

I lift my head up and stared at my own reflection.

My eyes narrowed and let out a small huff

This is not even part of reality

I clenched my fist when I remember the things happen before I left New York City. I closed my eyes for a few seconds then take a look over my clothes; White long sleeves, high waisted black jeans and brown ankle boots.

Pinagmasdan ko sa huling pagkakataon ang aking sarili at napatingin sa kumikinang kong kulay abo na mga mata. Kinuha ko ang dalawang bagahe bago patuloy na lumabas sa lugar.

Masayang nag ku-kuwentuhan ang tatlong magkakaibigan sa ilalim ng papalubog na araw. Katatapos lang ng Ceremony nila sa pagtatapos at nagka-ayaan na magpunta sa may tulay at kumain. Isa sakanila ang may blonde na buhok, ang isa ay lalaking hanggang batok ang kulay itim na buhok habang ang isa naman ay nakawax na pataas.

"The next two months will be a new start huh" Bench stated

"I guess you're right Benjie" The blonde haired male answered with a sigh

"I told you to stop calling me that"

"Akala ko ba magda-drama tayo?"

Hindi na nila pinansin pa ang huling sinabi ni James at tahimik na lamang na pinagmasdan ang kulay kahel na kalangitan.

"I have a feeling" Pangbabasag ni Bench ng katahimikan at nilingon siya ng dalawa niyang kasama.

"That our year in high school will be quite eventful" He added

"How is that?" Cliff asked.

Bench showed them a small grin before standing up and dusting the back of his pants.

"The sun is already setting down and the moon will replace it, but in a few hours, a new ray of sunshine will light up our world"

Tahimik na naglalakad ang magkaibigang Sebastian at Julian sa ilalim ng kahel na kalangitan. Mahinang naghu-hum si Julian ng kanta habang hindi naman maintindihan ni Seb ang kaniyang nararamdaman ngayon.

"Juls" tawag pansin niya rito

"Yeah?"

"The atmosphere here seems to have changed" This caught the brow haired male's attention

"I think it's the same for me" He shrugged

"The darkness already engulfed us"

"I mean...It's already night time?"

"But soon enough, the sun will rise" Sebastian said his final words and looked up at the beautiful moon above them surrounded by the stars that added light from the dark

Crest arranged her camera and took a shot of the beautiful sunset in front of her. The wind blew her glowing brown hair and her eyes shined while blankly looking at the photo she took just a while ago.

'We could've seen it together. But for now, you will be the moon who will wait for it's next rotation while guarding the stars that held the stories we made together. I entrust them to you, my moon. Let's wait for the right time where we'll meet again.'

And that's when the eclipse occur

The moon took over to guide her

While the sun flew away to hide for a while

But when the two of them meet each other,

It's a once in a lifetime phenomenon that will ever occur

And the people below them will stare at them in awe.
