Cat licked her lips with anticipation as she eyed the exterior to the barn.

Several sailors from the ship, as well as a few members of the guard were with her. The girl was surrounded, there would be no escape for this one. 

From the description that she had received from the farmer, the girl inside the barn was the her bonus catch - the one that she had lucked upon in Cain's Point. 

This one was trouble. Cat normally didn't mind a little bit of trouble, but this girl was costing her time and money. 

The girl had been a headache ever since Cat and her brother began to tail her and her sister in Cain's Point. Cat was sure that the fire at the antique store was no accident, and she gave credit to her prey for coming up with such a devious plan to escape. 

"Something tells me that we'd still have the others if it wasn't for this one," Cat thought. "My brother better come through in tracking them down."
