21 Chapter 21 - Love Blossoms Again
Both Gabriel and Uriel are acting so kind and nice to Charmaine that she started to wonder why these two seems to know her and cares for her, acting like her boyfriends. Although Uriel is back in his home country where his best friend lives, he has not come to visit her yet because he does not want the same thing to happen again and he wants to prove to her that he is serious about her, even if her memories of them may have been lost because of her own magic, he tried bringing it back by showing her his pearl but to no avail, even Gabriel did the same thing but it did not work. They then finally decided to tell her the truth that magic really exist and they showed her their magic and even the videos of her living with them at the palace, and videos of her families, the babies, the 12 angels, etc.
Charmaine: I don't remember those happening. I know I am just a normal person. I don't remember living in a palace. You might have the wrong person and besides, her hair is different from mine. If I had that power, why I don't have it or how do I use it then?
Gabriel: I will show you.
Then Gabriel came closer to her to kiss her as this might help activate her powers, the same thing happened before when she and Michael kissed because the contract got cancelled and her angelic powers returned. However, Uriel stopped Gabriel and told him that he will be the one who will help her learn her powers again, since he was the one who trained her as well. Gabriel and Uriel then started arguing until Charmaine stopped them both and told them that she might not want to learn it or get it back, if it is true, and also, if they are angels, why are they fighting or arguing, they should work together instead. Both Uriel and Gabriel realised this and laughed, and decided not to kiss her but help her in a different way. So they started thinking of other ways, until Charmaine got tired of them and needs to rest because she has another acting workshop the next day. The next day, Uriel and Gabriel are still thinking of ways on how to get Charmaine's memories back until they remembered the time when she got her memories before as soon as she got her pearl back to her, so they decided to look and search for the Mother Pearl. That day when Uriel and Gabriel went to search for the Mother Pearl, Charmaine has finally got home to her condo (well, she now owns the whole condominium building but she lives there as well with the biggest room), and as the sun was about to set on that full moon, Charmaine felt so strange that her feet are shaking and numb that she cannot walk anymore and she suddenly became a mermaid. This is due to the reason that she still owns the Mother Pearl, and some of its powers reside within her and without the Mother Pearl, she cannot control its powers and the Mother Pearl's powers is stronger during full moon. The Mother Pearl is away from it's owner and it is now acting on its own trying to attract it's owner back by turning her into a mermaid during full moon. Charmaine wonders why she suddenly became a mermaid, so she searched about it and realised that it is full moon and she became a mermaid after sunset, and she is thinking if she was cursed or if she was really a mermaid, or half mermaid and half human, or she is something else or has powers that turns her to a mermaid. She started wondering why, and because she got close to Uriel and Gabriel, she wonders if they know something about mermaids, although she won't tell him that she turns to one, but she will just ask them and say that she is curious because she wants to have the role of a mermaid and have a fantasy themed drama or play for their workshop when they will be assigned to act next. Uriel and Gabriel both smiled as Charmaine asked and they both wonders if she is starting regain her memory or if the Mother Pearl is close or somebody talked to her and told her that she is Princess Charmeine, but they then realised that she is asking about mermaids and not angels, although, they are also mermaids because mermaids are also angels who just decided to turn and change their appearances to mermaids. Uriel and Gabriel then replied to her.
Gabriel: They are real, but they are actually angels who changed their appearance to mermaids when they want to and swim around.
Uriel: They also have a kingdom, where the royals have pearls.
Charmaine: What else?
Gabriel: Well, it is better to see one.
Uriel: Or maybe two?
Charmaine: Uhmm.. actually, I turned to one. I don't know how and why, please help me find out. It happened after sunset and I am not sure if I will be back as human the next morning because it is full moon tonight.
Gabriel: We are also mermaids but we don't turn into one just like that. We turn into mermaids when we are wearing our pearl necklace and gets wet.
Charmaine: Does that mean I need to have a pearl necklace too, so I can control it when it is full moon?
Uriel: Yes. I am sure, you are supposed to have one too.
Charmaine: Me? Do you mean I am also a royal and you two as well? Wait!! Are we all siblings then?
Gabriel: Yes you are a royal too, and we are siblings spiritually, but not biologically. We can still get married if you want.
Uriel: Yeah, you can get married with me too.
Charmaine: Ah! Are you two coming here and help me find my pearl?
Gabriel: We are actually looking for it right now.
Uriel: Yup. Do you remember any pearl necklace or just pearl you had?
Charmaine: I think I burried a pearl necklace before but I don't really remember exactly where.
She remembers burrying her necklace because she had used her powers to erase some of her memories before she burried it as she cannot use the power of the Mother Pearl if it is not in her hand or wearing it. Until they went to the area the next day, where she remembers burrying the necklace. The three of them kept digging everywhere until Gabriel found it and as soon as it was dug, the necklace came flying towards Charmaine. Charmaine took it but her memories are still not there, but she can read Gabriel's and Uriel's mind, so she was able to remember them but she is confused of which one is real because both of them are thinking of the time when they were together with her, and Charmaine wonders who is she actually married with or in relationship with. Who is the one she really loves between the two of them. She then found out that she has twin babies with Uriel, so she believes him and asked Gabriel.
Charmaine: Wow! I can read minds!! Also, Gabriel, why are you thinking that we are together and fiancè? It seems like we did not get married, I am sorry. Please don't confuse me with the present and past. Uriel, I am sorry that I have forgotten, where are our babies? What kind of a mother am I?
Gabriel: Charmaine, wait!! That is not the truth. I am the present! You had babies with him because you thought you two were married but it did not have any effect because the marriage contract was gone and cancelled. I am the one you love, and the one you were supposed to marry. We were about to get married when you suddenly went missing. Charmaine, please remember how much we love each other. I was the one who was there for you, when Uriel or Prince Michael left you to his best friend and friends. I love you so much, Charmaine. Please remember me, I am Prince Gabriel, your fiancè, lover, soul mate, partner, and your prince, Charmaine, my princess.
Uriel: Shut up, Gabriel! Stop talking! She is confused already, don't confuse her further. She has chosen me already!
Gabriel: I am not confusing her! I am just explaining to her and telling her the truth, so she won't be confused! She has the right to know the truth. She will be more confuse and will cause misunderstanding, if I did not tell her. Also, she only chose you because she is confuse, and you said it so that she is confused right now!
Uriel: Why don't you just accept the fact that she chose me again? Charmaine, you believe me right? You trust me more than him, right?
Charmaine: I am sorry but I don't know. Please stop arguing! Mother Pearl, can you show me my past that I have forgotten? Show me everything I need to know, when we get home. Gabriel, and Uriel, we should be going. We are not alone here.
So they went to Charmaine's home at her condo and the Mother Pearl showed her everything she needs to know and remember.
Charmaine: I.. I am Princess Charmeine, and I was called Angeline but changed my name. You two! You both are the same!! You hurt my feelings, you both went to your friends and best friends but did not thought about my feelings. It is okay to be with them but if being with them makes you forget the woman you love, you forget me, or you are neglecting my feelings. It seems like you don't deserve to be my... arghhh! What is happening? I...
Charmaine fainted and fell on Gabriel's arms as both of them tried to catch her but Gabriel was quicker than Uriel as Uriel was feeling so bad again for what he did and it slowed him down. They both tried to wake her up and used healing power on her to make her feel better and wake her up.
Gabriel: Charmaine! You are awake again!! Thank God! I was so worried. Look, I am sorry if I hurt your feelings but I... I just wanted to.. surprise you. I was so excited planning my surprise for you with my friends and best friends, I was only thinking about making you feel more happy at our wedding with my surprise but I guess I was the one who got surprise by you leaving the palace and went missing, and then you don't remember anything, and now that you remember, you're mad at me because I hurt your feelings. Charmaine, I love you so much. You know that and nothing can ever change my feelings, even if I said something that makes you think that I don't, it is because I had a reason but I will never forget you, and I will always love you, and nothing can change my feelings for you.
Charmaine: Gabriel, I... I love you too but I don't know.. I am still confused. I..
Gabriel kissed Charmaine and told her to stop explaining because hearing her say that she loves him is enough for him to hear because it is all he wants to know from her, confirming if she still loves him. Uriel pushed Gabriel asking him to stop and not to harass or force her anymore. She is getting pressured by him. Charmaine who is surprised and was staring at Gabriel told Uriel not to hurt Gabriel because she hates violence, so Uriel stopped and realised that Charmaine really loves Gabriel and is only acting confused because she does not want to hurt his feelings by choosing and marrying Gabriel. Uriel then whisphered to Charmaine that it is okay to be honest with her feelings, and if she really loves Gabriel, she should tell him straight. Charmaine realised she really loves Gabriel. Gabriel is wondering what Uriel told her and made her come closer to him and he starts to feel nervous as he sees Charmaine getting closer and closer to him thinking that she might reject him and as Charmaine reads his mind, she laughed.
Charmaine: I am not going to reject you, Gabriel. You can read my mind, if you want.
Gabriel reads her mind and find out that Charmaine is in love with him, then Gabriel came closer to her as well, and as they both got closer to each other, they hugged each other as their faces got closer and closer, they kissed again. Uriel left feeling hurt, and doing something he regrets again. He went back home to the palace in his room, and starts crying. His parents saw him and came over to ask what happened and if he could not really find Princess Charmeine. Uriel told them they found her but he wants to be alone and does not want to talk to anybody right now. Uriel's parents came to look for Charmaine's parents and siblings who are currently looking after the twin babies, and they told them that they found her but Uriel does not want to talk about it as it seems like something happened between them again or maybe she really left on her own and does not want to go back. Charmaine's parents tried to contact Gabriel but is not answering. Gabriel could not hear his phone because it is on his bag and he is busy making out with Charmaine. Charmaine's parents went to ask Gabriel's parents if they can contact him but no answer as well. So they decided to go to Philippines to find them. As they got to the Philippines, Charmaine and Gabriel are also on the airport to go back to UK, and they met at the airport and they all hugged each other finally seeing them after a long time saying how much they missed them especially the mothers who cried so much hugging their child, with Charmaine's mother hugging her and Gabriel's mother hugging him, then Charmaine's brother and Gabriel's sister came who are carrying the twin babies and Charmaine ran towards them as well as Gabriel, and they both carried the babies as they started crying harder because they finally got to see the babies again. Charmaine and Gabriel hugged each other as they are also carrying the babies, and they seemed like a happy family hugging each other happily. Then everyone says "Let's continue and start the wedding tomorrow!"
