1 Worst times to be alive.

In a town named River speak was a girl with chocolate brown skin, raven black hair that was very very curly, she had 2piercing on each ear. She just so happens to also be deaf from birth. When she was younger. She was around 5. While she was sleeping she had dreamt of her parents being murdered. Of course being a 5year old she was horrified by the dream. When she had awoken she ran straight for her parents' room. Upon walking in she saw two dead bodies. One of which belonged to her mother and the other her father. This little girl wasn't really close to her mother as much as she was fond of her. She was very close to her father. After seeing their dead bodies, she ran as fast as she could to her siblings' rooms, to find them fast asleep. She shook her sister Kore to awaken. "Kore! Kore" she cried.(A/N: Karlie understand people by reading their lips) "What is it Karlie?" Kore said, "Mama and papa, something happened" she said crying still. "Let's go wake up,Kayden. Then we can go check what happened ok?" Kore said practically still half asleep. Karlie nodded slowly.

They walked towards Kayden, their older brother's room. "Hey Kayden. Get up. Karlie said something happened to mom and dad." Kore yelled. "It was probably just a nightmare." he said, shrugging it off. With that Kore burst down the door. "Kayden this serious! Get up!" she ordered. Kayden practically fell out of bed.

Since they were all grouped up now, they could go check on their parents. They had arrived at their parents' room. Karlie being traumatized from the first sighting of the bodies she stayed out in the hallway. Her siblings walk in. Their faces show pure fear while staring at their parents' dead bodies. Kayden reached down to check their pulse and he could feel anything.

"Kore call the police." Kayden said. "Are they ok?" Kore says with tears forming in her eyes. "Yeah, just call the police" "Don't give me that bull, Kayden. Tell me the truth" Kore yelled at him. "No, they aren't. Now can you please call the police" Kayden ordered, and his sister listened.

You must be wondering where Karlie is during all the yelling. Karlie has never been fond of yelling, so when she heard them yell she ran to her room and hid. Kayden went looking for her, because knowing her he knew she'd be hiding. He went into her room. "Karlie, you can come out now," he said gently. Karlie heard it and came out. She ran to Kayden clinging to the side of his leg.

"Are mama and papa o-okay?" Karlie asked almost so quietly that he couldn't hear her, but he heard it. Kayden knew he'd have to tell her the truth. Otherwise Kore will. "Karlie you have to promise me you won't have another episode, if i tell you" Kayden said. Karlie nodded. "Karlie, I need a verbal answer." Kayden said. "I promise." she said. "Karlie, mama and dada are going to be gone." "Like to the hospital. Are they okay?" "No like. Gone forever. Like not going to come back"Kayden said. ''O-Oh. Why?" "I can't say, it's a secret." Kayden replied, holding back tears but yet he still managed to shed one. After that incident, Kayden became the one in charge.
