The dominated bison mage gave all the information needed to Sen, but he proceeded the mage bleed to die. The system then came online and spoke to the Sen. "User, you casted Servus for your selfish needs. Such information is not needed if you rescue Kari and Kura."

"I was confirming if he was telling the truth despite his pleas. I doubt he will answer veraciously on his own volition."

"User, the system deduced that this domination spell was not needed. Nes had placed a tracking spell on both the kidnapper and the children. The system detects that you are placing your judgement based on emotions. " The system replied.

"Thus I am limiting your use of Servus to once per plane visit from this minute onwards. If you wish to refute, first learn to control yourself."

"Why do this arrangement felt pre planned." Sen shook his head. He knew the spell and the limits initially imposed by the system was too good to be true. He might had let his emotions clouded his rationality but he still felt he was being screwed over by the system. He wanted to shout but restrained himself. So, he started to rephrase the question before asking the system. Yet, the more he thought about it, his emotions got the better of him even before he could speak.

"It was you who placed us here in this desert place! Why should I not be angry?!"

Nes flew in front of Sen's face and placed her miniature hands on his face. "Master! Please calm down! Even if you aren't here, the twins will still get captured."

"What Nes said is right, User. The System gave you the ability to intervene and save people. The system has its responsibility to not jeopardise anyone in danger if possible."

"Master, the world is falling apart. Various high entities are using the merger of planes as an advantage to gain powers. They can rule after the apocalypse or watch after their people with absolute power. If you did not appear in their lives, the twins might not have a fighting chance against the whims of the high entities."

"With you here, you are able to change the fate of this two girls."

Sen sat at the edge of the sand dune to calm himself. He stared into space for a minute or two before he started talking to System again.

"Can I use fate crystals to pay for the spell like what I did for the tracking spell that Nes did."

"Request Accepted. For the next use of Servus after the first cast requires crystals. The amount needed will increase to the number of times you casted.

Eventually, he started scavenging the remnants of the battlefield. He found a few usable cloaks wore by the clan men of Agni, extra rations and a few fire spells scrolls. He questioned the use of those fire spells scrolls with Nes and she explained how to use them. The ones he found was Explosion, Higher Fire Bolt and Fire Chains. The cloaks gave a cooling effect when worn. It also protects them from the constant sun exposure.

Feng managed to decipher all the inert inscription patterns on the jeep and he started to use the spell 'Reconstruct". He picked his battlesmith hammer up and started knocking on the jeep parts. The parts had an azure afterglow whenever Feng hammered it. Some of the parts like gears and cogs lost its rust and started to form back to its old shape. The wear and tear reverted and the jeep started to become brand new.

Raizan saw Feng started to repair the jeep so he stop reading on his gauntlet and went out of the jeep to take a look. Raizan started to write notes while in fascination of Feng's magic. Feng noticed Raizan curiosity and explained the workings of his magic. The jeep was fit to travel after some of Feng's magical hammering. Feng was very satisfied with his work but he suddenly frown.

"What is the problem Feng?" Raizan helped jump start the jeep and the wheezing sound of the engine echoed inside the jeep. Both were relieved the jeep returned to normal.

"Unfortunately, there is a major problem we yet to solve." Feng released a sigh as he wiped his hands with a cloth that Raizan threw towards him.

"Even though I had fixed the engine, there is insufficient fuel due to a leakage when the crash happened. We should have count ourselves as lucky. The oil spillage did not caught fire from the magic attacks else the jeep would not be salvageable."

Raizan sudden gave a smirk and and he raised his gauntlet towards the jeep. A small ball sized drone flew out from the gauntlet and shone a green light on the jeep. A screen appeared on the gauntlet and the exact blueprint of the engine was scanned into it by the drone. Raizan started to take his pen out and change the parts of the engine blueprint.

"What are you doing?" Feng caught a glimpse of the working blueprint and noticed it was the engine that he repaired. With Raizan's modification, the shape of the engine gradually change.

"I am remodifying the engine such that it can work with a combination of electricity and fuel. It was a remodel from the fate crystal engine fusion that the Red Sun military used. But, we do not have any Fate crystals with us. So I am replacing the fate crystal idea that I had for this engine with my lightning magic. You can give me some of your opinions."

"I heard of the fate crystal engine fusion but I cannot help you in anyway, I know nuts about mechanics."

"How do you even repair the jeep if you do not know about mechanics?"

"To a battle smith, we can manipulate objects if we learn the inert inscription patterns. I can strengthen, copy and reconstruct the objects via the inscription patterns. Maybe, someday, I will be able to do something similar like you but I have not reach that level of competency."

Raizan continued on to work on the engine and when he felt the design was completed, he flicked his pen and pointed towards the ground. The screen that was on the gauntlet flew to the ground and the ball sized drone went towards the screen projection.

At this point, it was shining a variation of lights onto the screen. As it does that, the blueprint of the modified engine started to appear piece by piece.

Feng was stunned by such an ability. Raizan continued to explain that this was of one the skill of the Sigma Architect, "Design". As they were waiting for the design of the new engine, Feng started to remove the old engine from the jeep.

When the drone completed the production of the new engine, Raizan stepped forward to insecpt on its quality. Overall, he was very contented with the new product but decided to perform a few final checks on the newly created Lightning Engine.

Raizan then gave the clearance for Feng to install it into the jeep.

"So System, any details on the Fire Clan of Agni?" Sen asked while he carried various objects from the scavenging back to the jeep.

"As its name stated, the Fire Clan of Agni were originated from followers to Agni. Agni was the god of fire and hailed as one of the desert's people protector against monsters. Hence the clan was revered highly and was appointed as the leader of the four main clans in the Mehar Desert Plane. Hundreds of subclans were under the Fire Clan of Agni's command."

"With the blessing of Agni, the fire mages were the most feared among the Mehar Desert. Their clan held superiority among the main clans until their God Agni was betrayed and killed during the Clan Gods meeting three years ago."

"Some say it was a conspiracy by the Ice clan of Shiva who was the second most influential clan in the desert. Nonetheless, there was no evidence found against them and the killer was unidentifiable. The other three main clans reluctantly decided to let the Ice clan Shiva as the next leader."

"The Fire Clan of Agni nearly lost its status as a Main Clan and this shook the confidence of the sub clans they had control in. Since then, their clan had been declining despite being the Main Clan in title."

"So the sacred ritual they are doing will definitely revive Agni?" Sen questioned.

"Resurrection of a god is a exceedingly complex procedure which the death of a god can only be undone by the gods themselves. From the description of the mage you dominated, their elders are willing to perform a mass sacrifice ritual. I remember such a ritual is only capable of extracting out a fragment of god back into the plane." Nes spoke in lieu of the System.

"The situation might be worse than I can imagine if they are desperate. The mass sacrifice ritual is considered as a highly forbidden spell because it can corrupt the god's power coming through the ritual. The corrupted power emitted out would definitely weaken the state of planes further." Nes gave a serious look.

"And if I remember correctly, the mass sacrifice ritual can only be used to call a living god. A dead god can potentially bring an immense amount of trouble to the casters and the clan itself."

"Then we better rescue Kari and Kura before this ritual starts." Sen started to fasten his pace towards the jeep.
