6 Youth

I woke up early in the morning, the sky was bright. The birds were chirping and enjoying the cool breeze. The dew drops were falling from the leaves. There is nothing more satisfying and refreshing than the feeling of the cool breeze. I was lost in my feeling and the clock struck 8. CRAP it's 8 I'm going to be late. I quickly changed into my school uniform and rushed out with my bicycle.

Mrs. Rian shouting at Annie, "this girl at least take your lunch with you, this is the result of being awake till late at night".

Like every girl, the young Annie was getting a daily dose from her mother.

"Sorry mom", I said in a hurry as I was getting late for my school and ran out.

Mrs. Rian said, 'this girl will never listen , just like her father".

meanwhile Mr. rian was climbing up the stairs froze.

"What did I do?", said Mr. Rian

"nothing you never do anything that is the main problem", said Mrs. rian

I apologize, my dear wife, I will next time- Mr. Rian said teasingly

His response made Mrs. Rian annoyed

seeing her angry Mr. Rian said tesingly- I'll take you on a romantic date later my love.

Mrs. Rrian's check was painted red after hearing him.

what are you talking about at this age- she said

what age? - mr rian said

I am still young and I can do more what you think but I am not sure about you..hahhah.

we'll see when the time comes, said jokingly Mrs. Rian.

It was the 1st day of school after the vacation. I was kind of excited but nervous. I parked my cycle in the parking lot and started looking around the campus as many things did change in a month

There was a huge newly made fountain .

Flowers everywhere spreading their fragrance everywhere as the wind blows.

"Here I am back to school, let's go the vacations are over", the bell rang interrupting my thought.

I got back to my classroom and took my seat in the last row. Yeah, I am one of those backbenchers hehe. Soon my friends joined me too in the back row.

As usual, on our 1st day after vacation, my class teacher reminded us of our grades.

our class is one of the most notorious of all the classes only because of a few extra brilliant students but who cares.

The day went well. We got out of our respective classes and walking toward the parking ."ANNIE" I heard my name from distance.

Here comes Shaun my best friend. We have been besties since junior school.

Shaun," where do you think you are going, don't even think of going home this early".

why?

He told me that we'll be going to watch the senior basketball tournament. Before I could respond I was dragged out of the parking lot by that idiot.

But who knew that was the beginning of a new chapter of my life that will bring a whole new level of adventure but a sad one.
