The match has already begun, team A was in a lead. I was not much into sports so I do not know the basics but still, I have to watch thanks to a duffer friend of mine. "SHAUN ", I said annoyingly

I was amazed by his response. I had thought of punching him.

So to kill my time I thought of reading. I was busy reading when I heard a player of team B was injured. He was replaced by another person. Out of curiosity, I looked up and my eyes fell on him.

The anchor announced that he was a transfer student and excellent at sports and one the most good-looking and handsome among all the seniors.

Anchor jokingly said, " this announcement is for all the single girls out there don't faint down seeing him play and to those boys who bought their girlfriends be prepared for a showdown. My friend, you'll get a lot of attention from now on so be prepared... hahaha".

A tall slim guy stood up from the front seat. All this time his back was facing me so I did not get to see his face but I don't know why my heart was beating so fast. I actually did not believe in love at 1st sight. I haven't been in love, so for me love was nothing but a waste of time.

But who would have known that the flower named love has started to bloom? I was curious to see his face in fact very curious. But unfortunately, I received a msg from home to come back urgently.

Feeling disappointed not seeing being able to see his face but who cares but in deep heart I actually damn cared.

"Shaun, I need to go home urgently I'll call you later",- I said.

"Don't know just got a text to reach home urgently, I gotta go see you later", I said.

I reached the exit turned back in the hope to see his face but unfortunately, I was at loss I turned back and left the court.
