Annie went home. No one was at home except for Mrs. Mrunal who was our house helper. Her mother was a teacher at XXX high school and usually comes late.

She went to her room and placed her bag on the couch. Went to her wardrobe took out her black long oversized t-shirt which she finds very comfortable to wear.

Meanwhile the housemaid Mrs. Mrunal was preparing the food for her.

Annie was done bathing when she looked at herself in the mirror. She stared at herself for a few second when her thoughts were interrupted by Mrs. Mrunal.

Annie have you finished showering? come downstairs food has been prepared.

Yes, Mrs.Mrunal I'll be there in 5 minutes, Annie replied.

Hearing her response Mrs. Mrunal went downstairs.

Annie quickly got dressed and went downstairs. While going down she saw Mrs. Mrunal arranging the plates on the table.

Have you eaten something or still waiting for me? Annie Inquired.

Mrs. Mrunal smiled at her.

So you didn't, last mom told you to eat on time, you don't have to wait for me.

"How can I before you? It's my duty", Mrs. Mrunal said

Duty? I have to tell mom about it, you'll only listen to her. Last time you fainted giving me a big scare. Thank god it was nothing serious.

Seeing her worried Mrs. Mrunal smiled and said, "Okay okay, I will next time, first you finish yours".

Mrs. Mrunal was about to leave when Annie said," join me then".

Mrs. Mrunal was just like a family member who has been serving her family since Annie was a baby. They both had the food. Annie brought the dishes to the sink and helped Mrs. Mrunal to wash them.

"You don't have to do it, leave it you must already be tied. Go have some rest", Mrs. Mrunal interrupted her

"Do you think I'm still a baby, I can even run 10 laps, why don't you take a rest instead its just a few plates I can manage it', Annie replied.

Mrs. Mrunal felt really warn inside. Okay, I'll go then.

Annie quickly cleaned up the plates and put them away. Bought back two glasses of water and handed one glass to Mrs. Mrunal.

Mrs. Mrunal's husband died when she was pregnant with her third child. He was a big drunkard and was always gambling. He was murdered by a gambler in front of their house who came for the money he loaned out. They even harassed her saying if she doesn't pay up they will take away her eldest daughter. that's when my father came in contact with her. He was transferred to the police station in that area.

Seeing her in a pitiful state he offered to help her out and that's when she decided to help out our family in their daily course for his big help. He even transferred her family to a safe location where the gangsters won't be able to find them. He even wanted to help her children to settle in a good school but she declined saying she will send them once she makes enough money.
