"Ma'am, the deal with the foreign client is waiting to be finalized, they need your approval for further preceding", informed her assistant.

"Ask the respective representatives to give me a briefing within an hour."

"And ma'am. . .", The assistant stuttered before informing that the CEO of M corporation is waiting for her in her cabin.

She inhaled deeply and entered her cabin to come across the most captivating brown eyes she has ever seen. She was lost for a moment in those deep brown oceans. She regained her consciousness and sat in front of him on the couch.

"I apologise to keep you waiting"

"Not a problem" said he, nonchalantly.

"It's an honour for me to see you as I know you are a busy person... May I ask the CEO of his reason to come and meet me personally?" Her professionalism subdued her nervousness.

"I've come here for a personal reason... Are you ready to listen to me?" His eyes were serious.

"I'll be very happy if I could be of any help to you Mr. Khan."

"Marry me!" He said in the most professional tone of his but with a glint of nervousness in his eyes.

"Excuse me? I think I heard something wrong. Can you please repeat yourself?" She was terrified at his blunt proposal.

"I'm asking you to Marry me."

He looked at her confused face and thought of giving an explanation but was left flabbergasted at what she said.
