19 CHAPTER - 19

Previously,

"Hello?" Bo Young asked.

"Is this Nam Bo Young?" The other person asked.

"Yeah, I'm Bo Young. Who is this?"

"Great. Who I am is not the problem here, but seeing you enjoy your life is making me annoyed, you witch. Are you enjoying your life, you punk!!?" The other person yelled...

"What?!?! Who are you to talk to me like that? First of all, who the heck are you?!" She replied.

"You don't have to know that, wench. Seeing you live luxuriously and happily makes me furious. Don't forget that you are living because of someone, punk!" That person said.

"What??!? Excuse me, mind your language. If I start to speak like you too, you won't be able to handle it!" She said.

"Ooooh, really? I'm scared. That's it for today. Will call you another day, bad day!" The person ended the call.

"Huh? Hello? Hey you! Are you scared?! Hello?" Bo Young was raged.

"Tch, what the hell was that just now?! Why would someone just call and shout at me?! And who the hell was that? I'm not gonna take calls from this number again. Sigh, I hope this was just a wrong number." She said as she blocked the number and went back. "You're back. Who was it? You were there for long." Yu Ah asked. "A scam." Bo Young said. "Alright-!" Yu Ah said. The doctor was coming from the room. "Uncle, how is dad?" Ji Ae asked. "He is doing the same hon, we will hope for the best, he getting treated regularly. So, don't worry I will do my best in giving treatments and you guys should give your best in having hope in him. Take care." The doctor said and patted Ji Ae's shoulder and left. "He is right, Ji Ae. We should have hope in him." Yu Ah said. Bo Young nodded. "But, why did you call him uncle? Is he related to you?" Bo Young asked. "Nah, I call every doctors and nurses like this." Ji Ae said. "Ooh, you must be close with them. Does your dad work here?" Bo Young asked. "You can put it like that." Ji Ae said. "More than telling that he works here, we can tell that everyone works under him." Yu Ah said. Bo Young looked in confusion. "Soo..Umm..What do you mean?" Bo Young asked. "It means that, this hospital is theirs, dumbo." Yu Ah said. "Ohhh...Oh? Wait, WHAT?!!? THIS BIG A&& hospital is theirs?! I'm sorry, this REALLY LARGE HOSPITAL IS ALL YOURS? And don't call me a dumbo." Bo Young asked being totally shocked. "Yeah..well, is that something really a surprising thing?" Ji Ae asked. "Well, Yeah totally! How come you guys never told me?!" Bo Young asked. "Almost, like 95% of the school's students here are totally rich and their parents run a large business. The other 5% are those who have entered this school by scholarship or other means." Ji Ae said. "Wow." Bo Young couldn't describe how she felt. "Then, Yu Ah..." Bo Young turned to Yu Ah. "Well, Yeah, my family runs chain restaurants. I guess you might have heard about it. The name is *then name of their restaurant*" Yu Ah said. "That one?! Your family owns it? I even ate there recently. Woah, I'm surrounded by rich fellas, so literally you guys are a part of the 95% students. And, even those IT guys', the HF girls', the sunbae team etc., families runs a business?" Bo Young asked. "From what I heard, yeah, they do." Ji Ae said. "Wow, like really WOW. How come I never knew this?" Bo Young asked. "Well, we thought it was normal. We can see who's families runs a business with their personalities, fashion sense, and their manners and many other perspectives." Yu Ah said. "What do you guys think about me?" Bo Young asked. "Well, from the day when I first saw you, you weren't wearing the uniform, but your fashion sense was so chic. And the gadgets and stuff you had in your hand were new. You have 'I don't care about what happen' vibes. So, we still think your family runs a business, is it?" Yu Ah said. "Umm.. you got it wrong. My family doesn't run a business and I neither got here by scholarship too. I just wanted to attend a top performing arts school, and this came in the top 1, and joint this school." Bo Young said. "Woah, your parents are really nice, they allowed you to study in a very luxurious school." Ji Ae said. "Aye, not at all, all this money is mine. I earned it by myself." Bo Young said. "By what means? Monthly allowance?" Yu Ah asked. "Nope, part time jobs, I worked in plenty of part time jobs and during Sundays I worked in a full time job. And I earned a pretty good amount of money. And with that I paid the money for this school." Bo Young said. "Woah, that's tiring. Didn't your parents help you at all?" Ji Ae asked. "Oh right! I packed some lunch for you guys too. It would be a bad thing to waste it so I packed some for you guys. I hope you guys didn't eat your lunch yet." Bo Young asked (FYI, she was changing the subject). "Great thing that we didn't eat yet. Did you eat your lunch?" Ji Ae asked. "No-?" The notification rung in Bo Young's phone. "Can we eat them here or should we go to the cafeteria?" Bo Young asked while taking her phone out. "We have arranged a separate room for us. So, we stay here whenever we visit dad. We can eat there, let's go." Ji Ae said. They took their things and started walking towards the room. Bo Young was looking at her phone. She thought: "It's Hee unnie, I wonder what it is. But, let's first eat this lunch and then take care of it." She closed her phone and followed the girls.

They ate their food filling it with smiles and giggles, they didn't know why they were hyped up too. Soon, they finished. "Oh! It's 3.15 already?" Bo Young said. "Don't tell me that you're leaving already. Tell your parents that you will come in late." Ji Ae said. "I can't. I have to leave. Alright, bye, take care! See you soon! Bye!" Bo Young said and left. Bo Young went out of the hospital and left a deep breath. "The weather is good today." She said as she wore her cap back again. She was walking but stopped as she saw a street food vendor.  "Welcome, pretty young girl! I have a pretty good amount of variety here! Tell me what you want!" The vendor was hyped at the presence of a customer. "Can I have a two bungeo-ppang*, please." Bo Young said. "Excuse-" Someone asked Bo Young to move a little bit but then just left. Bo Young looked at but only saw a man and a woman leaving silently as if they didn't call her. But then Bo Young recognised the man. "Oh...isn't that Hee unnie's husband, Mr.Choi Jin Seok?" She mumbled to herself. "That couple is leaving? They come by this time, but why did they leave soon?" The vendor said to himself. "Do you know them?" Bo Young asked the vendor. "Of course. They come here regularly. They are such a lovely couple." The vendor added. She thought: "But that woman doesn't look like Hee unnie either, but that man for sure is him, I saw his face." "Oh...Alright, how much does it cost?" Bo Young asked. "2376 won." The vendor said. "Here, thank you. Have a good day." Bo Young said. "Thank you for visiting, hope you come again. Have a good day!" The vendor said. Bo Young left as she took out one bungeo-ppang  from the bag. She took a bite of it as she got reminded of something. "Oh, right. FHee funnie sfent a mejjage(Hee unnie sent a message.)" As she went to open the message, Seul Hee called. Bo Young attended the call. "Hey-!" Bo Young was cut off.

"You punk, why didn't you look at my message?!"

"Sorry, I was going to look at it now."

"Okay, where are you now? At home? Ok never mind, dress up well and come to *the name of the restaurant of Yu Ah's family* near *the place where Bo Young bought bungeo-ppang* Hurry up. I will hang up, bye."

"Alright." She ended the call.

"Well, What was that? She didn't tell me why I should come there either. Whatever, let's just go. And that hotel is Yu Ah's. Let's check where it is." She said and took out her phone to search as she took another bite of her bread. "Oh its only a few steps away. Let's just walk there." She said and started walking as she was eating the bread.

*Bungeo-ppang – fish shaped pastry stuffed with sweetened red bean paste.

As she went closer to the restaurant she shoved the other left out bites of the bread in her mouth and then wiped and dusted her mouth. She then walked towards the restaurant. She entered it and searched for Seul Hee. She was thinking: "Where is she? Should I send her a text?" She then took her phone to text but then she heard someone call her name. "Bo Young, you're here. You're so early, this place is far from where you live." Seul Hee said while coming over to her. "Yeah, actually I was around this place, I had to go somewhere. Alright, now why did you call me?"  Bo Young replied. "We are meeting someone today. Seul Hee said. They walked towards the table. There were two people. Bo Young was thinking: "Ooh, we are meeting the landlord and someone's beside her. Wait, that guy is familiar. Wait! He is the spirit guy!! What is he doing here?!" But, the spirit guy didn't look at who came because he wasn't interested to come. "Hey Bo Young!" Eun Mi said. Hearing her name, the spirit guy looked shocked. "Hello." Bo Young bowed. Bo Young and the spirit guy looked at each other very confused and surprised. "Oh, and this is my brother Park Eun Hyuk." Eun Mi said. He couldn't believe his eyes, he was so shocked. Bo Young was shocked at first but later, she didn't care about it. They both sat. "What are you doing? Greet her." Eun Mi said. "Oh, sorry. Hi." Eun Hyuk said. "Why are you speaking informally? Eun Hyuk, get a grip, why are you like this?" Eun Mi said. "No, it's okay. We are of the same age." Bo Young said. Eun Mi and Seul Hee looked at her in confusion. "How..Wait I don't understand." Seul Hee said. "We go to the same school Ms.Yoon." Eun Hyuk added. "What?! Really? This guy never told me." Eun Mi said and looked at him. "Well, I never knew she was the girl you talked about either." Eun Hyuk said. "You never told me too." Seul Hee said. "I never knew it too." Bo Young said. "Alright, what do you guys wanna eat?" Seul Hee asked. "I'm fine, I have already eaten." Bo Young said. "If that's the case, then order something like a desert." Eun Mi suggested. "Alright, I  will have a plate of Chapssaltteok*, please." Bo Young said.

Everyone proceeded with ordering and eating. Bo Young  found one thing weird. Bo Young thought: "This guy is weird, he looks at me like he wants to ask something but when I look back at him, he turns away getting flustered. Why?" This happened at least 5 times. Everyone finished eating and were talking. "I guess we can leave now." Eun Mi said. Bo Young thought: "Phew, finally. This lady talks too much." "Please, Excuse me. I want to get some fresh air, it feels suffocated here." Bo Young excused herself outside. As soon as she went outside she left out a big sigh. "Sigh, being there was one of the most awkward situations I've ever been." She said as she stood there seeing people pass by. She thought: "Everyday is the same and normal for everyone. But, for me, everything happens totally opposite from what I expect. Mom, I don't expect anything too much though..I just..want everything to go normal and usual, nothing too much. I just wanna live my life like I want to be, is that too much to ask or expect? Mom, ask the gods of heaven to make my- !?" "Hey." Someone from behind said. She turned to look. "Who are you?" She asked. "I actually saw you many times here and there, you looked pretty. Today, it was a surprise to me, meeting you here.  I wanted to ask if you can give me your number?" The guy said. She peeked out behind the guy, she saw a group of guys looking at him curiously. "You were stalking me right?" She asked. They guy just stood there and looked at her with a unique expression in his face. "Why aren't you denying? If you didn't, then deny." She said. He just stood there again with a blank face. "So, it's true." Bo Young said and gave an intimidating smirk. "So, What are you going to do? Just let it be and give me your number." The guy said. "Yeah, What can I do? What can I really do?*acts like she is thinking* For your information, if you don't look at news, these days, stalking has become a crime, if I just dial to the police, I don't know what might happen. If you leave, I won't do anything but if you don't, you have to face the consequences." She said but the guy didn't move an inch. "Alright, good luck. *takes the phone and starts dialling the number*" She said. As soon as he saw her dialling he ran away with his guys. "Tch, cowards." She said. "Hey." She heard another guy behind her. "Sigh, What the hell do you want?-" She asked but her frowning face disappeared as she recognised the guy. "It's me." Eun Hyuk said. "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought it was someone else." She apologised. "Are they still inside?" She asked. "Yeah." He said. "Why did you come outside?" He asked. "I already told, I wanted some fresh air." She said. "Oh, right. I forgot." He said.

It was very awkward. She thought: "I have so many to ask him but...ok let's ask." "Hey." She said. He turned to look. "You helped me a lot, but you never told me what was your name and I never got the chance to thank you either because you never showed up at normal times but showed up only when I needed help. Why?" She asked. "For the first question: I wanted you to know my name by yourself rather than me telling you. For the second question : I just wanted to help you and not disturb you at any other times." He said wisely. "But-!" She was interrupted. "Shall we go?" Seul Hee asked with Eun Mi beside her. They both nodded. Soon they parted ways. While on her way, Bo Young got a doubt. "Do I have work on Saturdays and Sundays too? Let's ask Shin Na unnie." She said as she was taking her phone out from her backpack. "Hey, Shin Na unnie are you busy?" Bo Young texted.

"No, what is it?" Shin Na replied as soon as she received the text from Bo Young.

"Do we have work at weekends too? That is, Saturday and Sunday?" She asked.

"You have work at Saturdays and it's a day off during Sundays." Shin Na said.

"Ohh, Alright. Thanks ." Bo Young said.

"Alright, I have to study. TTYL, bye." Shin Na said.

Bo Young sent a waving emoji.

She stopped walking and took a deep breath. "Sigh, Tsk, I didn't want to work today." She said and stomped her feet and proceeded. She reached her house.

"Oh right I wanted to ask this question to Hee unnie." she said as she jumped on the couch. "Hee unnie, did you get home?"

"Yeah, what about you?"

"I reached just now. Alright, did you call your husband to join us too?"

"Yeah I did, so that he would know more about you, but he didn't join."

"Ooh, why didn't he join?"

"He said he had some work at the office, and they would have an important meeting soon. So, he didn't join."

"Are you sure he had some work?"

"Yeah, he even sent a picture to me."

"Ohhh fine.."

"Why'd you ask?"

"Nah, nothing. Forget it, How is he treating you these days?"

"Well, I don't know, sometimes he is too sweet, sometimes he doesn't care about me, sometimes he just keeps on scolding me. I don't know what's going on with him."

"Ohh, that's confusing. Alright, take care unnie."

"Wait, you don't even tell me what's happening in your school. Let me call you."

Seul Hee called as soon as she told.

"Hey unnie."

"You never talk about what's going on in your school. Now, tell whatever I missed. Do you have any friends? First of all, did you start talking to any of them in the school."

"Hmph, there is nothing like that. But I can accept that I didn't talk to the first and they did. I got two really good and nice friends. They are Kang Ji Ae and Jo Yu Ah. How we met was..." Bo Young continued speaking. Seul Hee heard as if she was hearing an audio story book. She finally came to an end of narration. "Woah, what you told just now is a material worthy for a story book. How come you're handling al this drama?"

"Well, these are happening so unexpectedly. I didn't want anything like these to happen too."

"By the way, how is that girl's dad now?"

"You mean Ji Ae right? He is still under treatment. Before coming to the restaurant, I went to the hospital. In fact, that hospital's CEO is her dad. And the restaurant we ate today is Yu Ah's family's."

"Wooow, really? They are insanely rich."

"I thought only they were rich but they told 95% of the school's students were rich."

"Alright, did you teach the girl who bullied you a nice lesson?"

"Oh, that girl? I told her to wash the clothes or else we would send the video to the higher authorities in the school. Well, she got scared and said she would do it."

"Great, but I am curious about the guys now."

"Why? What about them?"

"It's that, you've been bumping into them and all those stuff."

"Unnie, get to the point."

"Alright, are they good looking and nice type?"

"Tch, you always ask questions like this."

"Hey, you always let it slide. Just answer this question."

"Fine, about their personalities, they are annoying to an extent and I don't want to involve with them but somehow they involve me. About their looks, Hmm..I've never looked at them in that way. But there are many girls who are after them, so we can tell they are pretty good looking."

"Alright, did any one catch your eye?"

"Sigh, unnie I told already. There was no one."

"Woah, you're really no fun. Alright what are their names?"

"You told you will only ask that question!"

"One last time, please."

"Fine, One guy is Han Yeon Joon, Bae Seong Seop, and Yang Ha Sang."

"Yeon Joon, Seong Seop and..what was the last guy's name?"

"Yang Ha Sang."

"Ha Sang, wait, Ya-Yang Ha Sang?"

"Yeah, why, you know him?"

"N-no, just kinda familiar."

"He is familiar to you too? I have been getting that feeling since the day I met him. But I don't know how he is familiar and why though."

"Hey, many of them can have this name, r-right? Th-that's why it sounds familiar to you. Ok bye! Talk to you later!"

"Bye!"

They ended the call.

"Why was she stuttering so much? I have to go to work soon. I will just wash my face." She said and got ready for work. Soon she left her house and reached the store. She was walking towards the store. She saw Shin Na with three guys, sitting in the bench outside. "Oh, Shin Na unnie has guests today." She said as she went closer to the store. She thought: "Wait, these guys are familiar." As she went closer. "Oh you're here!" Shin Na waved. Bo Young smiled. "Hmm? What are you guys doing here?" She said as she recognised them. It was Yeon Joon, Seong Seop and Ha Sang. "Oh, do you guys know each other?" Shin Na asked.....
