1 The History Behind The Naming (part 1)

"You stupid girl stop sleeping and come down before your other siblings wake up or else I will show you just how much I could hurt you" the one monster that i feared roared into my ears but not loud enough to make someone hear from the other rooms. I was always devastated and in fear each and every day because of this monster that i know have to live with the in same roof.

Out of instinct I deliberately moved and got out of my cover, though I wanted to groan at the loss of warmth, I knew better because the monster was still an arm length away and at any moment he could pounce. I left my room hurriedly and rushed to the kitchen and took out all the ingredient of the what I intended to make for my siblings. It was actually rather late so I decided to make a simple meal of tea , sausages and some bread.

This had all became a daily routine to me since the day i witnessed everything he did. He would always make me his slave; I would make breakfast for my siblings before they would wake up and do the dishes after they left to go to school and I would come home from school a little earlier than them to make supper for them before they would get back home . No one was supposed to know anything about it, if I was ever late he would punish me by dragging me to the downstairs basement and hit me in places that would be able to get covered .He never for once tried to hit me in noticeable places he didn't want too get exposed before his planned was finished. Though I knew not of what he was planning I was assertive it was bad.

I made breakfast and headed to my room. I went to the shower and wore a flowery yellow dress. I sat on my bed and took my recantation notes to at least read ahead of the teacher. I know most of you are wondering what kind of subject is that well am not an ordinary teenage girl but am an elemental.

So I was born in the Silent Ash clan. A clan that was said to have almost all the elementalist gods located in the clan. It was the largest clan among the other twelve clans and was envied by most clan since they won battles and acquired land from them. I was born of the Enigmus clan as the last born daughter thereafter given the name Aquara by my father which meant water because they all thought I would be blessed by the goddes with water as my elemental.My first brother was given the name Villis which meant shadow, my second brother's name was Blyze which meant fire and lastly my thirdborn sister was named Quarris which meant earth. All the three of them had acquired their elementals at the age of 10 but as for me even at the age of eleven I had not acquired or even seen any sign of having an elemental.

So in my clan parents would name their children according to the elemental they would have. It was a tradition that was started by our ancestor after they had engaged in a brutal war against the Dead Coyote clan a thousand years ago and managed to help Olraura the Goddess of seasons escape. The battle had been so brutal and so the many worriors of our clan ended up dead. But the Goddess out of gratitude gave them a promise that there would always be a saviour among them and she would choose them to help our clan in each and every battle. She had promised that she would choose a daughter from our clan to whom she would give all elemental powers and she would save the world and her clan during the great war that was said to be brought up by the demon Zalmuthon.
