15 The dinner

Night Entertainment released a short statement on how Min Taejoon and Oh Miyeon were close friends back in highschool, and legal steps will be taken against those who slander them.

This quietened down the uproar since they were aware of the power of Crescent Group, and despite their loyalty and love towards their idol, they still had their own lives to consider.

With everything peaceful with the internet, Miyeon could work on the new chapter without any worries. She thanked Min Soobin multiple number of times due to this and swore to herself on how she will not be creating any troubles in the future.

The story started out with how the female lead found out about her beloved sister being murdered and her death being classified as suicide.

Knowing that her sister was the type of person who'd never resort to suicide, the female lead, Kim Yoona, took upon the decision on getting selected as seventh prince's concubine for there were no other options left for her.

The seventh prince, Shin Yejoon, with the carefree personality was fond of wine and beauties the most. His first appearance was made with him joking around with the females in his court while Yoona subtly glared at him from the back.

Since then, Yoona started hating him for his frivolous personality and started blaming it on him for not investigating the case properly and finding the culprit.

Seventh prince's harem started gossips regarding her, and although she was tremendously angered at how they defamed her sister and her, she composed herself in order to not attract attention of any higher ups. Staying inconspicuous was a better choice in this case.

For the today's chapters, Miyeon had to draw the second meeting between Yejoon and Yoona. Yejoon flipped Yoona's card for spending the night with her.

Yoona, learning about this matter, curses her fate and soaks her self in the water for three hours, ending up with a cold. As a result of that, nothing happened between the Yoona and Yejoon.

The next morning, Yejoon gifted Yoona with herbal medicines, hoping for her to recover so that he could spend a night with her. Yoona, who was touched at the beginning with the medicines, was angered after knowing his true intentions for sending them.

On the other side, Yejoon laughed after knowing Yoona's reaction to the medicines and thought of ways to irritate her in the future, going as far as seeking and asking the imperial advisor about it.

After finally being done with both the chapters, Miyeon let out a yawn and stretched both her arms. No matter how much Miyeon loved her job, it was tiring to be a comic book artist.

Moreover, since this was for Night Entertainment, the pressure on Miyeon increased hundred folds, and she needed to be extra careful regarding making any error. The penalty for this was unaffordable by her.

Hearing the knocks on her door, Miyeon placed the electronic gadget on the bed and walked towards the door to unlock it. Opening the door, she was greeted with the face of a maid.

"Miss Miyeon, Young Masters are waiting for you downstairs to have dinner," the maid informed after a bow.

"Alright," Miyeon replied, feeling slightly out of place with the formal treatment. It's been a while since she was treated so respectfully.

Following the maid, Miyeon went down the stairs, and she was led towards the dining room. Both the brothers were present at the dining table.

While Soobin elegantly went through his phone, Taejoon pestered him with multiple questions. Unless it was necessary to answer, Soobin merely replied Taejoon's words with nods.
