14 Entry Fourteen

It’s been decided. The wedding will be held in one week. Life feels like everything is moving in fast forward. Wonder if the one controlling all of this is sitting on a controller or something.

Everyone was surprised when Gared asked for the wedding to be moved forward, but no one was against it. For Mr. and Mrs. Taylor, I’m positive they are just looking forward to the connections and money that they will get after the wedding. I’m not sure about Gared’s parents though. I wonder if they are also getting something out of the wedding.

The dress was ordered last week and should be finished by next week. Since it’s a rushed order, I doubt it would look good on me. But I don’t really care about that.

Since Gared announced his wish to hasten the wedding, Mr. and Mrs. Taylor have been pushing me to finish everything. They don't want anyone to help me as well. Seems like Mrs. Taylor wants me to impress the Johnsons.

Notebook, to be truthful I only wish for one thing with this wedding. I don’t want to disappoint anyone. Especially Gared. I wanna do my best to make sure they are all satisfied, and I don’t want Gared to regret this wedding. I want him to be happy and not see me as the nuisance that I am.

I have to go now, Notebook, I have a lot to do with very little time. I only have one week left to finish the preparations. One more week before the wedding, one more week before I leave this house. I wonder if this will really be for the best or not.
