End of chapter one
"Anton are you okay?"
After reading the notifications you can't help but feel responsible. As if you had simply hunted for some food this situation could have been completely avoided. But you power on and ask the kid if he's ok.
"Mr. Hadrian i believe we should go ahead and do what we were gonna do here originally."
You nod at him and right as you were about to go into the town you get a notification.
[Blade mastery level 3 has been obtained- This person can handle a blade in a competent way. Gives: * .5 damage modifier]
You took a small step back at the unexpected notification and then remember that the both of you leveled up. So you look at your stats to get a quick reminder.

As you look at your new stats you can't help but notice how slow your health grows. If your math is right then by level three if you put another 10 points into Endurance then you will only have 160 HP.
It only makes you wonder how that level three had so much health. Anyways after doing that you quickly look at Antons stats.

Man seeing the traits that he picked up just hurts to have it confirmed. You push past it and add the points into his stats.

Once you get done with that you look at anton help him up and begin your exploration
of the village. The first thing you notice is the very grim atmosphere that seems to permeate the surrounding area completely. It only gets worse the farther you go in to the place.
What you notice is that every time you look at a window or house the thing will have it's entrances blocked. Which means that there are more people here though that also means they just left those guys to die out there as you killed them. Human cowardice at it's finest.
Eventually you get to the market area of the village. To your surprise nothing seems to be put up it seems that your arrival caused them to not gather anything up. Instantly you and anton start gathering everything you can.
[x 100 Apples, x 30 Pork chops, x 80 Chicken wings, x 40 water skins added to your inventory]
After the quick gathering of supplies by the two of you. You decide it was probably time to leave as quickly as possible after all a towns worth of angry people armed with knives was not something you wanted to deal with.
After grabbing Anton by the arm you start to walk out of the village, before a door opens behind you and a young female voice behinds you shouts something.
"Give me my dad back monster!"
Of course she is quickly pulled back inside by her mother who tries to close the door. Of course your not looking at them anymore as you see anton shaking and quickly grab him up and start jogging out of there before anything else can happen.
As you get back to the forest you quickly put him down grab some water and an apple and give to him to eat. You watch as he quickly scarfs down the apple before chugging a good bit of water.
"Anton where do you think we should go now?"
You wait a long time as he thinks about it before finally giving you an answer.
"I think we should go back to my village and look for my dad."
You look at him for a second to make sure he's being truthful before agreeing.
