A 13-years-old boy was sleeping on his bed. That was Noah. the increasing age had added more charm to him. Tony himself was jealous of his son. But Noah was quivering and flinching in his sleep. It looked like he was having a nightmare.

Usually, Noah would not have a nightmare as meditation before sleep would help him avoid that. However, this time it was different. He was dreaming about the lightning that hit and killed him. He dreamed about the crimson flame that had been torturing him for countless years. And he dreamed about the time when he got the news of his mother's death.

The nightmare was invoking all of Noah's tragic and traumatic experience. It was giving him the stress that his body needed to awaken his dormant X-gene, which he didn't know about.

He woke up from a dream with a startled expression. Even though he just left the nightmare and was still quite ruffled from it, his body was feeling something else. His body felt refreshed and stronger than ever.

He wondered what had catalyzed his body's transformation. Noah felt refreshed.

Right now, he was in his own house right now. He moved out of Tony's house last year. But he would still visit Tony often. He just had a lot of secrets that could still not be revealed.

Noah was training hard in his backyard. His backyard was spacious enough for his extraneous exercises. The house that Tony gifted to him was incredible enough just like his house at Malibu. He needed to adapt to his increase in strength as soon as possible.

Suddenly, a futuristic jet landed in his backyard. The hatch opened and five people emerged from the jet. A bald man in a wheelchair, a hairy man with a hunk body, a man with weird sunglasses, a stunning African woman and a redhead woman.

Noah was startled for a moment but he quickly regained his calm. It all started to make sense to him. He wondered just now about his weird transformation. The arrival of those five, or rather the mutants had answered his question.

He had awakened x-gene. He was a mutant now.

The X-men were quite shocked at the situation now. Usually the mutants who had just awakened their abilities would be confused and scared. But this boy, his calmness did not match his age at all. Even Charles would lose to the kid in terms of calmness, they thought.

The boy was handsome even with some weird characteristics. He was wearing a black shirt, it did nothing to cover the elegant tattoos on both of his arms. And his eyes. They are stunning. As people had said, 'Eyes are the window to the soul'. Charles and Jean were the most startled, their telepathy had not worked on Noah. They had absolutely no idea on how to deal with the weird situation. Noah's powerful soul and his elemental marks on his soul had prevented them from forming a telepathy connection with him.

Charles took the lead and moved towards Noah. "I am Charles Xavier. I am here to extend an offer for you to attend Xavier Institutes for gifted students like yourself."

Noah did not say anything but instead turned to Charles.

"Tell me, Charles. What do you teach your students?"

"We teach the student on how to control and harness their abilities to prevent them from injuring themselves and others."

Noah was actually curious about his own mutant's ability. Even though he did not want to join the mutant's academy, he felt compelled to clear away his confusion about his ability.

"Thank you for your offer, I'm sorry but I refuse!"

"I don't want to join any mutants' side. But that does not mean we could not have a good relationship. Maybe I'll visit your institute one day. I also like to know what exactly is my power," Noah gave them his ultimatum.

Charles had no desire to make Noah his enemy. Even though he had yet to see Noah strength, he could feel it, Noah was strong. Such a powerful person, at least he needed to befriend him rather than antagonize him.

"Charles, I did not care whether you are a mutant or not, whether I am a mutant or not. Soon a powerful enemy will come for Earth. Whether you are a mutant or not, it would not make a difference. Stop hiding when that time comes."

If Charles heeded his advice, it would be a good thing for mutants. It showed that mutants would also help humanity when in danger.

If he did not heed his advice, well Noah did not want to deal with an idiot.

The X-men left with their jet. Since his regeneration ability had emerged, he needed to start training his body harder. He could afford to be a little reckless. Noah also planned to take up guns as it would be useful in this modern era especially if he needed to mask his ability.
