3 Chapter 3
When he's sitting down inside the bus and thinks of the panel, he's not that surprised when it appears in front of him. The same words from before are there and, after glancing around to see if there's someone who can see it and confirming that no, there isn't, he accepts.
Another panel, this one bigger, shows her status:

Woah. Does he have a draw already? Oh, right, the one he gained while in that Void. The one he paid with a flaw.
'What does the flaw mean, anyway?'
'Truth: Equivalent exchange means that from now on the host will be under those laws.'
Okay, he didn't understand. 'Will it be like a code he has to follow, then?'
'That, too.'
'Can I get a further explanation?'
'Host needs to ask the right questions for the answers they seek.'
And that's not cryptic at all. 'Anyway, do I get a beginner's package, too? Or that's fanfic-only?'
As if summoned by the words, a panel appears which says, 'Does the host wish to open the beginner package?'
He feels lucky he asked that seemingly random question. So, feeling like that, he opens the package before using the Wheel.

Not bad. Even if he has played no Steampunk games, what he sees on the display makes him giddy as it looks cool. Also, it's resizable and unbreakable. Hood and all.
Rick's untraceable phone only explains that it's made to stop annoying people from tracing Rick. Shun Shun Rikka is, as he remembers, a simple blue pin with not so simple powers. Instead, Double Gold Spandex is a pair of long socks that transform into a pair of black/golden scythes that can destroy ghosts, angels, and humans... Like, what the fuck?
They look cute, though. If he was a girl again, he would not mind wearing them, but... he has a thin face (easily embarrassed) and doesn't think he'll be able to be seen wearing that, even if in this body he has fine legs, if he can say so himself.
Anyway, what makes him more excited is the Random Logia devil's fruit. A random devil's fruit would make anyone happy as it's only creativity that stops most from being strong with the seemingly useless devil's fruits.
However, a random Logia Devil Fruit? That changes things. A deal-breaker in all cases.
'The System has detected that the object 'Shun Shun Rikka' does not follow the laws of equivalent exchange. Changing.'
Wait, what? No!
'Changed.'
With some worry in her heart, she opens the description panel of Shun Shun Rikka.

To Heal, the user will receive the same type of injury they are trying to heal. Increasing the level of rejection depends on what the user wants to sacrifice.'
Woah. Did the system now turn him into some kind of Hidan, but just for healing?
Ugh.
'Wait. And what about the Devil Fruit? Not that I want it to be nerfed, of course.'
The sea curse will still affect 'User.'
Oh.
Humming at that, he will use the devil's fruit when he's back in his home as he doesn't think he would stop himself from eating it when he sees it, even if he knows it'll taste like shit.
Before he can continue observing his rewards, a panel appears in front of her, informing him he only has one minute left before his first lucky hour is over.
"What…?" he whispers out loud, for once grateful to his rowdy classmate for being so noisy as they don't hear him.
'Why didn't you tell me before that I had a lucky hour??' he almost yells in his mind.
'Every system gives its host a lucky hour on the first hour in their new world.'
Shit.
He's about to ask more about it, but by then, the bus has stopped. They have reached their destination. Everyone is getting up, so knowing he has limited time, he orders the system to make the wheel spin for his character template and for the Logia devil fruit.
Then he doesn't have time to check what he has gotten as everyone else is pushing, trying to go out as quickly as possible, which he doesn't blame them as the bus stinks.
It's not until the orientation is done and he's in the classroom that he checks his status once again.

Also, why he can speak Japanese with his mother but when it appears in a no-kanji form he gets confused?
Probably sensing her confusion, the name changes to 'Ice-Ice Fruit', and yeah, he has to put his arm on top of his desk quickly before pushing his head on top to cover the shit-eating grin on her face. It takes a couple of seconds to calm himself. When he's sure he doesn't look like a psycho, he reads the character template's name and... Well, he doesn't know who this Mashiro Kuna is, though once he concentrates on the template, a new panel appears:

Alongside this information, there is a mental picture of the girl. And it's then that he remembers her. It's that green-haired woman from the Visored, the one who enjoyed giving kicks. He doesn't remember ever seeing her Zanpakuto's release, but well, at least her character came with an Asauchi for him to use.
Though, there's no Shikai or bankai on the list of her abilities? Also, now that he looks better, there's no Kido or Zanjutsu either... did she not know how to use her sword in the least?
Is this why she was only a 6C tier?!

Author: Can you tell your favorite Shinigami not from the main cast? Like an underrated one? Also, can someone tell me cool items our other Souma (Naruto: Two Templates) could gain in a beginner package? Like, I need five and I only got a couple ready. It can be something random, too. As this Souma gained 'Double Gold Spandex', which I plan to use in the future as a gag item. So it can be something fun or to embarrass our other Souma, too. GIVE ME IDEAS PLZ.
(That's the only reason I'm posting early, actually. I need IDEAS.)
