12 The Culture Learning Journey

When I arrived on earth I headed for my house because I had to make a stop before starting. My base had changed very little, the only part that has changed are the bushes that surrounded my cabin, which had grown in size for two years. I came back here to cover up the entrance to the Kree facility as I didn't want to leave it unattended, this is too much of a step forward for human civilization.

So I reactivated the alarms I put the installation in total lock, but before that I put all my personal effects of the house in a secure room with the vessel which will not be useful to me but I put the automatic piloting in relation to my tablet so that I can bring it towards me if necessary.

After all that I camouflaged the entrance with a big block of stone and by planting trees around I obviously took down my house because I don't need it anymore, I won't be coming back here for a while I think.

The trip I wanted was a very long trip to discover other cultures far from mine, I only have eighteen cycles I think I have plenty of time to explore at least forty cycles normally. Retrieving a canoe was quite easy because I could trade it with a neighboring village thanks to the hunt I had during the day. I started my navigation, I wanted to go north-west because I had spotted an island not very far which could be interesting but above all close enough to make a stopover. I had to walk along the coast all over my island so that I could rest when I was too tired.

During my trip along the coast I couldn't find too many interesting things in my island, they are things that I already knew, same island same culture.

I slept for an hour every five hours, I hooked my boat to a rock and I slept in it. Sleeping on dry land could be dangerous with the tribes who are not necessarily friendly or dangerous animals, we alternate with cuau to sleep so that we can monitor.

She's been very good at catching fish or hunting small prey, she seemed to be happy in the wild for a few weeks. With a wingspan of 2.95 meters she could now catch very large fish. When she is in the air she can show me directions to nearby land or places that might interest me, she directs me to prey very often her allows me to hunt much better.

When I am in my canoe I allow myself to absorb the atmospheric energy and infuse it into my cells even if the infusion takes a long time, during navigation I get bored a lot I always see the same thing.

After a few weeks of navigation I arrived on a new island which seemed to me slightly different from mine, I went into the forest to stretch my legs by hunting with my bow to keep my technique at the same level. Because of my improving vision I don't think I could be bad even though my eye hand coordination is not very developed yet.

Six month time jump ============================================

It's been six months since I started my journey, the days that look a lot like these six months, hunting; practice and navigation a lot of navigation even. I haven't seen a lot of uninteresting stuff, I've seen strange animals and very poisonous bugs I got bitten once by some kind of eight-legged insect I was in the vape for two to three days. Thanks to its I have gained a slight resistance my infused cells we undergo a micro modification which has allowed these cells to better resist this fish or a little less powerful fish. When a month later I was bitten by another insect the bite was much less painful and I recovered from it in much less time.

Apart from that not much new, Cuau is doing very well this morning she has just made me understand that a town is a few kilometers away on the coast I am currently in my canoe, it has just landed in front of me while rubbing it head with mine lovingly.

I'm going to head to this town, I might find some interesting things. He continued to sail the way to get closer to the human settlement, the sea was rather calm. Izel has not yet known too rough seas since the beginning of his voyage, when he was close to the shore he got out of his boat to make it approach by pulling it towards the edge.

In the distance an armed man approached him, pointing him with his spear, izel prepared for this defense. The Inhabitant in front of him tried to communicate but he could not understand, his chip took about ten seconds to analyze the language of this stranger. The person asked if he had come for peaceful reasons, of course izel replied that he had come to trade and meet a new culture.

When the young man guided her to the village chief so that he could explain himself to the wisest of their group, the priest who was to meet him was named Olmeca. A very intelligent priest, isel told him his goal and a bit of his story of course he didn't tell the part about the kree and all this part of the story he told all the rest of his life, his father, but also are travel.

The man was enthusiastic about all these new things he never knew from anyone that came from so far, he told him the story of his people; his culture but also the agriculture that he does like a tree that produces a strange material with which he makes shoe soles.

Pov izel =================================================

I loved this meeting I stayed a month in this tribes, I learned their culture but also to heal thanks to certain plants. The priest taught me a lot of things, he did not follow evil gods but a sun god and a harvest goddess. They also taught me how to cultivate, select the seeds that are more viable, or how to build tools. This tribe was very impressed with cuau and our bond, they had never seen a raptor of this size and beauty.

I left after a month, I stocked up on their culture to eat on the boat. The sea was much more agitated when I left I followed the coast to continue my journey, during my trip I saw very beautiful scenery I began to see new type of forest and very different fauna, the people I met in this part of the world were different more colorful than the people of Olmeca. He spoke another very different language and had different customs he believed in spirits rather than gods.
