2 Mauri Vs. Arthur
Mauri filled with a mixture of grief and anger, thinks to herself.
"they killed them like animals! they will all pay for this!"
Mauri heads back into the chaos, and finds a mob of ten who just finished beating a male elf to death, and then yells with fury in her voice.
"Conjuration holy spears!"
many bright spears appear above Mauri and then she yells.
"Fire!"
The spears pierce through the mob killing them in a blink of an eye, and in the distance she hears Arthur's voice yelling.
"No Mauri what are you doing!?"
he quickly grabs her arm and asks with concern.
"why did you do this?"
Mauri coldly responds.
"they killed them like they were animals."
confused he asks.
"who did they kill i don't understand?"
she angrily yells.
"My family!"
Arthur stayed silent, and Mauri says with malice in her voice.
"Now let go of me Arthur, if you stand in my way, ill see you as an enemy."
Arthur lets go of her arm, and backs off, he then says with a serious tone.
"well i guess i have no choice but to stop you by force."
she replies callously.
"enough talk then."
Arthur and Mauri stare each other down, Mauri makes the first move by yelling.
"Conjuration holy spears, Fire!"
Arthur reacts and yells.
"muscle expansion."
every muscle in Arthur's body increases in mass and as he rushes towards Mauri, he reflects the shots with his arms, and then yells.
"Phantom Fist."
a huge and long see through fist manifests in front of him and it shoots foward, due to Arthur's quickness, Mauri only reacted by yelling,
"conjuration great shield."
A shiny shield appears in front of Mauri, and Arthur's phantom fist hits the shield but the force of the punch sends Mauri flying back, she thinks to herself.
"i cant take him on, in close quarters with all these buildings, I need to lead him to an open area outside of the city."
she yells out.
"conjuration steel armor!"
a full set of steel armor covers her whole body, and as she is flying through the she crashes through a wall of a building, the steel armor disappears, she quickly gets up and leaves through the hole she just broke, she thinks to herself.
"I would have been done if i didn't conjure up the steel armor."
she quickly runs through the chaos with Arthur on her tail, she finally leaves the city and gets to an open area.
Arthur and Mauri are staring each other down, at on open field of tall grass, Arthur then says.
"I know you are angry and want revenge, but we cannot go around killing our people."
that just made Mauri furious and yells
"our people!? they slaughtered my family and you want me to consider them my people!?"
Arthur understood how she felt, but he also knows that he has made an oath not to kill his own kingdom's people no matter what they have done, he replies with frustration.
"I guess i cant change your mind huh?"
Mauri angrily replies.
"nothing you say will change my mind!"
Arthur then readies himself for another attack and yells.
"Phantom Fist!"
Mauri quickly reacts and yells.
"conjuration steel chains!"
two sets of chain emerge from the ground and wrap around both legs and then a larger chain manifests from the sky, and quickly wraps his body and arms together, Mauri then follows up yelling.
"Conjuration holy spears, fire!"
the cluster of spears come flying down the sky, Arthur realizes how much danger he is in and yells out!"
"steel muscles."
his muscles temporarily turns from fleshy tissue into hard steel, he flexes and screams in agony as he breaks free from the chains, he then uses his arm to deflect the spears, the effect of his steel muscles wears off and turns back to normal, Mauri with a concerned look thinks to herself.
"Damn it Arthur, you are just full of surprises aren't you."
Arthur notices Mauri's worried expression, asks.
"looks like you weren't expecting that huh?"
He then yells.
"muscle expansion!"
he quickly launches towards her, Mauri responds by yelling.
"Conjuration steel armor! Conjuration Dragon broadsword! Conjuration Elven great shield!"
Mauri covered in a full set of armor, with the broadsword on one hand, and the great shield on the other, also rushes towards Arthur, he throws a regular power punch, ans Mauri blocks it with the shield, but the force of the punch dislocated her shoulder, she ignores the pain and swings her broadsword, Arthur yells.
"steel muscles!"
it hits Arthur's arm, but the broadsword breaks in half after it makes contact, he then grabs her shield and yanks it away from her hand with great force, she winces in pain, because of her shoulder, Arthur moves in closer and yells.
"phantom fist!"
Mauri gets hit by the phantom fist, and flies backward, she lands hard on the ground and the force of the landing leaves a small crater and her armor disappears, Arthur approaches Mauri, who is groaning in pain, and coughing out blood, he then says sympathetically.
"I didn't want to this Mauri."
Mauri doesnt respond, Arthur then kneels down next to her and says.
"I guess this goodbye my old friend."
Mauri opens her mouth and says something under her shallow breath, Arthur didnt understand what she said, after a few seconds something blocks out the sun, he slowly turns around and there it was a twenty five foot high Dragon, staring down Arthur, he thinks to himself
"that thing is about four times my size, why the hell is this thing here."
he then hears Mauri laughing, she then says.
"I summoned the high dragon."
the dragon lets out an earth shaking roar, and fires multiple five foot diameter fireballs out of its mouth towards Arthur, he barely dodges the fireballs, he asks to himself shaken.
"we struggled to kill one of these things with all four our strengths combined, how am I going to defeat this thing?"
while Arthur was distracted, Mauri quickly leaves the area and thinks to herself.
"I'm in no condition to fight, I sacrificed my mana to conjure that high dragon, I need to get out of here while Arthur is distracted and while I can still move."
By now the high dragon that Mauri conjured has vanished but Mauri is already far away from Grezia, now the only thing left for her to do is to disappear from the human region.
