Technology Levels Explained
Author's Note: The explanation for what they mean when they describe technology levels in Ben 10.
Technology Levels are the levels of complication, danger or sophistication given to the technology.
The tech levels known thus far are 1-20, although some technology is confirmed to be higher than Level 20 (e.g. the Naljian Destructors and the Annihilargh).
Level 1
( The beginning of using tools for civilization)
