Can you guys help me in naming a place/organisation/hall?
Description - it governs the overall multiverse -> issues quests to help the Worlds that need any kind of help -> personal quests can also be issued by other peoples. (tell me if you guys find this description confusing as if it's so.. I'll try to elaborate it more)

1st of November 1990
The people of Europe saw many people dressed in strange coaks laughing, singing and dancing on the streets celebrating something. This event was even mentioned in some of the popular newspapers and magazines.
With the announcement of the death of The Dark Lord the whole European Wizarding Community, the continent was in the mood of celebration except for the Potters, Longbottoms and their friends.

Augusta Longbottom was having tea while watching over her grandson who was playing in his crib when suddenly the door of the room opened and a woman having similar features as Augusta but younger came inside with hurried steps and said "Big Sister, The news came from Europe. The Dark Lord is dead, Defeated by the younger of the Potter Twins, Henrietta Potter."
"That's great news, Maria. Now my family can live peacefully."
"About that Big Sis. Something happened to Frank and Alice. They are currently in St Mungos Hospital."
"What? What happened to them?" Asked Augusta in a worried voice.
"They were tortured big sis, by that crazy Bellatrix Lestrange as she used Crucatious curse on them for hours to get the information about little Nev. The reports said that they are not showing any sign of waking up."
Hearing all this Augusta plopped down on the couch as tears started coming out of her eyes.
"Everything will be fine, big sister, don't worry. I've already asked Derek to get us portkey to London as soon as possible," said Maria while comforting her sister
"hmm.." hummed Augusta as she went towards her grandson who had started to cry and embraced him.

St Mungo 1st Nov. 1990.
James was pacing worriedly in front of the door of the room in which his family was currently being diagnosed.
Sirius and Lupin were also present with him both had worried looks on their faces. They were waiting for the Med-Witch to finish the diagnosis when suddenly Dumbledore came there and asked "How's it? are they fine?" in a worried tone.
"We don't know. They are currently being diagnosed by Head Med-Witch," replied Lupin.
"This all happened because of that bastard Pettigrew. Who would've thought we had a snake in Lion's skin with us," said Sirius in an angry tone.
"Unfortunately, we made a mistake in judging Peter's character but now what's happened has happened. we should focus on the health of Lily and the Kids for now."(Albus)
Hearing their conversation James said with his voice full of anger and hatred "No one gets to live a peaceful life after betraying us. Was he apprehended?"
Sirius and Lupin glanced at each other as Lupin said "He ran away in his animagus form. Sadly only a few of us knew about him being an animagus which worked in his favour. Currently, we aren't able to track him."
"He can't hide forever. I'll find him one day and when that day will come I'll show him why not mess with my family."
"James my boy, I…" Dumbledore was interrupted by the opening of the room's door in front of which they were waiting for so long and the Head Med Witch of St Mungo In Hospital, Martha along with other nurses came out of the room.
Seeing them James and company quickly made their way ignoring Dumbledore who followed after them shortly.
"How's Lily and my children Martha?"
"Lord Potter, The conditions are neither too good nor that bad."
"What do you mean Martha?" Asked James.
"The condition of Lily is strange. The sign she is showing is clearly of magic exhaustion and vitality damage which were easy to cure with some potions but even after many tries, she's not showing any signs of waking up. She's healthy physically and mentally. The only problem I can think of is related to souls which I'm not well versed in."
"Hmm..how strange can I check on Martha?"
"Headmaster Dumbledore? Sure you can."
"Okay, we'll do it after some time. What about the twins? how are they?"
"About them well, the little Henrietta is alright with the only problem being that scar that even after many tries we were unable to remove but there is a problem with the Older Potter. Along with the same strange scar in the shape of lightning which we were incapable of removing, his magic core is also damaged beyond repair. We…."
"What?" interrupted James "How can this happen?"
"Lord Potter, please control your emotions. as I was saying we wanted to do something about it but decided against it as trying to do something to someone's Magic Core even if it's to cure them at such a young age is very dangerous. I'm sorry Lord Potter to inform you but Harry Potter won't be able to become a full-fledged wizard as currently there are no potions to help someone to repair someone's magic core. Although magic cores can repair themselves slowly the process is so slow and considering the damage done to Harry's core the minimum amount of time it'll take is more than a decade."
"This. Why did this happen to us," murmured James as his eyes filled with tears and slowly made his way towards the room where his family were.
Inside he saw his wife and children peacefully lying on the bed. Seeing them like that he became blamed himself for not being strong enough to protect his wife and precious children. As he was staring at his family a hand appeared on his shoulder as he heard Dumbledore's voice "Everything will be fine James. Let me have a look at them."
"Hmm.."
Hearing his hummed approval Dumbledore went near Lily and started casting various diagnosis spells. After a few minutes, he changed his target to the twins and did the same to them. After more than 15 minutes he finished diagnosing everyone as he turned towards the others present in the room "Lily's this condition is because her soul is damaged. But there is nothing to worry about as the damage is not huge and the soul is showing the process of healing. From what I saw it'll heal itself in a few years or at most a decade"
"What about Harry Headmaster. Is there no hope for him?" asked James, suppressing his emotions.
"I'm sorry James but sadly we can't do anything about it. I can only advise you to get him away from the wizarding world and live his life peacefully as a muggle," replied Dumbledore in a sad voice.
"What are you saying, Headmaster! I won't abandon him just because he can't use magic," said James in a stern tone.
"I'm saying this considering Harry's benefits, James. The whole wizarding world now knows one of the potter twins defeated The Dark Lord. They will hail one of them as a hero. Now imagine in a place where everyone can use magic but you can't, your sister is considered a hero while you're a squib. I don't doubt that there won't be any problem from your side but consider how Harry will feel when he grows up. Jealousy, Depression, and frustration are only a few of the things I can think of. That's why I'm suggesting you leave him with Lily's muggle relatives and have him live a peaceful life there." Dumbledore tried to reason with him.
"But we can try and find a cure for him"
"And how long will it take James? A month? A year? A decade? We don't know. How about this we'll leave him there while you search for a cure for him. We'll get him back to the wizarding world if we find a cure for him."
"But..." James wanted to retort but no word came out of his mouth. "Fine."
"That's good. It'll be better if you announce Harry being dead to the wizarding world as even though the Dark Lord is Dead there are many of his loyal followers still on the run. We don't want any of them trying to harm little Harry there. I'll set up some wards in the relatives of lily's house for his safety. And also it will be good for him if you guys don't make any contact with him for a few years as with the current situations we can't trust anyone and don't know who can stab us in the back."
