138 Chapter 138: Compensation

The sun shone brightly over the figures gathered at the gates waiting to send off Usui and the rest with the little boy, Zack. Everyone wished them while Hazel was looking at Usui worriedly.

Noticing her gaze, Usui glanced at her and knitted his brows when he saw her biting her lips. He blinked before he started walking towards her. He stopped in front of her and grasped her hand, holding it tightly. 

Startled, Hazel looked into his golden-brown eyes and heard him ask, "Do you remember my promise?" 

Hazel frowned but immediately her face cleared up when she remembered his words early morning. She nodded slowly making Usui gently smile at her.

"Then don't worry and just believe in me, okay?"

Hazel pressed her lips into a thin line making Usui knit his brows. He waited for her to speak when he saw her looking around nervously. 

He heard her utter in a low voice, "Don't forget to take care of yourself too"
