2 Wind DA Return - The Ocean King 2

The smiles of Maria always make Philip happy. They just met recently, not too often, and yet Philip has already fell for her. But he kept his cool within his laziness. What will happen next is not the thing what he wanted. He got frustrated? What happened? Find it yourself then... And enjoy!

Somewhere, in Water country, unknown small island on the sea, a hidden village that never been known by the people, there were some water elemental tribes that existed to protect the nation under the shadow.

At that time, the chief of that tribe gave someone from the warrior to investigate the strange phenomenons that happened on the sea around the Sunrefer Beach, the restricted area. Yuki, the warrior of water elemental tribes, set off to start the mission.

Backed to the Sunrefer beach, the investigation team that made by the Sunrefer beach company, led by Maria herself on some boats, investigated the restricted area to looking for the cause of all incidents that happened recently. The diver teams deployed to search in the deep of the sea. But for a few hours of searching, nothing had been found. The sun was setting down, the sky was getting dark, Maria thought it was enough for the day. After saw all units had finished their works and got back to the base certainly, she decided to leave the area.

"Are all units have returned already?", Maria asked to Kevin if all the workers had got back to the base to make certain that nobody got left in the sea.

"Yes, my lady, they had all back to the base!", Answered Kevin.

"Then, let's get back too!", Maria ended the investigation.

As Maria asked to the captain of the boat to return to the base, suddenly a strange thing struck their boat, made the boat shaking, and Maria fell to the sea. Kevin was looking on the water, but Maria didn't came up to the surface. He called out some divers that left in there to search for her. The searching got nothing, the dark made nothing to be seen, no sign of Maria anywhere. The diver teams had returned but not Maria, then they decided to get back to the base as they planned to do searching again tomorrow.

As they arrived to the office room at the base in the beach side, they held an emergency meeting. All team of searching were being there include Kevin who led the meeting. Hearing the teams had returned, Philip came to the base as he wanted to see Maria. Philip was coming into the meeting room in searching of Maria but he only found Kevin who talking in the front of the teams, so he decided to stay there to hear what Kevin said as he waiting until Kevin finished talked and wanted to ask about Maria on Kevin.

But, in the middle of Kevin's speak, he said about lost Maria in strange occupation. It made Philip's spontaneously shouting over Kevin.

"What's happen to her?! What had happened in there?!", Philip's shouting that made all audiences of the meeting were staring at him.

"Calm down, Philip! Something strange haf struck our boat there and made she's falling to the sea. We tried our best to look at her, we sent the divers to search for her but nothing we've got. She's gone", Kevin explained as he got closer to Philip.

"And you let her be?! You left her, didn't you?!", Philip felt disappointed.

"We've tried all our best, bro..", Kevin tried to calmed Philip down. But suddenly, one of the team diver came over them.

"Sir! When I dove to rescue lady Maria there, I saw a big thing moving and then disappeared in the dark, I tried to pursue but it was gone with no traces", said that diver explaining to Kevin.

Hearing that, Philip immediately moved to the exit door as he wanted to left but Kevin held him.

"Chilled bro!! What do you think you are going?!", Kevin held Philip down.

"To rescuing her of course! Now, stay out my way! I'll do it myself!", Philip was furious.

"I said it enough, bro! Nothing you can do now, your swimming skill would not effective in the dark! You just gonna waste your life if you're going there now, at least for now! I think she won't be happy for that too, you know, wasting your life for nothing..", Kevin made the situation being so silent as Philip got stopped himself.

"We will need you in the researching tomorrow, my friend, please be patient!", Kevin continued his words.

With disappointed face, Philip walked away from that place, as he left Kevin on that corridor hall.

The morning came, and as it usual, the beach was crowded with the people. Everything was like nothing happened yesterday, everyone enjoyed the sun and sand. At that same time, on the touring ship ferry, Max and the masked man were boarding. Sailing around the sea under the morning sun. Wide gazing the beautiful ocean view. The refraction of water surface cause of the morning sun was glowing, coloring the atmosphere of the glorious morning in the middle of the ocean. And on the deck of the ship, Max was gazing out of ocean view.

"Are you sure it would show up?", Max asked to the masked man as he was looking around the ocean.

"Just wait and see, it won't wasting your time, i guaranteed...", that masked man was convincing Max there would be good thing happened in times.

That's so, Max continued to look at the wide view of the vast ocean.

In another place, at the same time, rescuing teams have deployed from the base, to the place where Maria got missing. Trying to avoid the crowds to make sure not to make the people panic. On one of the rescuing boat, there were Kevin who led the operation, and Philip who couldn't hide his anxious face.

"Cooling down, friend! I know you are really worry about her, so I do-no, so we do, we all do!", Kevin talked to Philip, but Philip even didn't really hear him.

"She could survive it... We should believe her, right?!", and now Kevin tried to ask if Philip has same opinion as him. And so, Philip's face changed to be better.

In a few minutes, after passed the danger line, they all had arrived to the point where Maria fell to sea, in the restricted area off swimming. All units of diver began to dive. By the time Kevin pointed to the area where Maria fell, Philip immediately jumped to the sea without said any words. Kevin couldn't do anything but to watch over him. Philip was diving to the bottom of the sea, looking all around to find possibly place where Maria's position. He even couldn't find any green vine that he saw in the other day when he saved the kid. And then he touched the floor of the sea that around 1,5 thousands meter deep from the surface. But he still didn't see any possible place to hide Maria. There were only reef and sand with some floor sea animals when he looked around.

Philip kept looking to all place to find the thing that would lead him to find Maria, but he got nothing. He almost lost his hope, but suddenly an unit of the diver was giving a sign that he found something. That diver place wasn't far from Philip, so he quickly went to the diver's place. And then, he found out a green vine that buried on the sand of sea floor, the same vine that he saw the other day. He pulled out that vine, it made the vine came out from the sand, it was a long vine that kept came out from the sea floor sand making some kind of path that led him to the root of it. Philip followed the path it made. On the middle of path, he found one of the pair from high hills shoes. He identified it as Maria's when he met her at the last time on that afternoon. He looked around but found nothing, so he fasten his move to follow the path that made by the vine.

For a few moments, until Philip found a large area with all green vines were laying on the sea floor. He was surprised, so did the other divers that following him behind. With his uncontrolled emotions, he pulled that vine on his hand with full strength until that vine broke and plugged out from the root where many vine layed on the grounds. Suddenly, as it plugged out from the ground, the vines started move as well as the sea floor.

It trembled so much that made all divers swam away from it. Philip stunned, he didn't move from where he was. Then, one of the diver pulled him outta there. The sea floor that moved made the sand spread out, nothing could be seen. In the shadow something was moving around, it was big- no, it was bigger than just big, it's huge. After some moments the sand went  back to the sea floor, leaving a huge thing floated. The team divers who watched it couldn't believe with with what they've seen. The thing that floated was looked like a giant shark that on its body grown the green vines that covered it whole body except its head. It hasn't moved yet as it stared at the diver team.

Without waiting any longer, all of the divers started to swim out of the water, moving as fast as they could to reach the surface. In the middle of it, Philip was stopping as he turned back to see the giant shark thing which didn't even moved a bit. He kept stared at it until suddenly, some flash of memory came in his head, the memory that showed Maria's face, her smiling face... Without thinking anymore, Philip swam toward the giant shark, nothing certain in what he had been doing, something in his mind made his body to move toward that thing. Perhaps Maria could be found there in flashy mind of him. Times by times Philip got even closer to the giant shark as it started to open its giant mouth. Philip dove continuously toward, to get inside its mouth.

For the instant moment that Philip was almost reached the giant shark's mouth, the mysterious waves stroke both of them, made Philip moved away from that giant shark and also made that giant shark bounced to the sea floor.

"Get away from here! Now go!", the sounds of mysterious voice had been heard by Philip with the appearanced of the mysterious figure that appeared in there.

That was a woman in blue diving suit, with mask and hood that covered her head that left her eyes in sign and her long hair that'd been tied one tailed which waving in the water, yet she didn't use any of diving tool kits as Philip wore.

Philip got no idea what had happened, but somehow, he knew that voice came from that woman. Yet he ignored her as he kept intended to ge closer to that giant shark.

"What are you doing?! Stay away from it!!", again, that voice came to be heard by Philip as he looked at the woman who gave instructions to keep away by her hands.

And then that giant shark recovered its states and got ready to move. Pointed its focus on Philip as it opened its giant mouth for one more time. Then Philip swam closer to it.

"What's wrong with you?!", the voice that came out from the woman as she swung her arm horizontally.

The wave that made by her arm was getting bigger as it moved toward Philip. The wave moved faster that hit Philip and made him slammed back. Seeing that, the giant shark made its move toward Philip. Moving fast with its mouth opened to the direction of Philip. But with flashy speed, one on anothers, the waves made by the woman struck the giant shark and slammed it to the sea floor that crushed some reef nearby. The sand was spreading all over, nothin could be seen.

That woman was looking around to find Philip and then she swam toward him. But she was just too late, the giant shark moved faster than her as it opened its mouth widely toward Philip. Then Philip got eaten by it.
