1 Wind DA Return - The Ocean King 1

On sunny day, Max was going outside for fresh air. Enjoying the morning scene on the park, after day by day fought some Smokers, he felt refreshed. Suddenly, a shadow of man blocked the shine of the sun on Max' face who closing his eyes as he was taking a nap on the bench of the park. Max opened his eyes and found a masked man that cover the eyes and his upper head stood right in front of him.

"Enjoying the day off?", the masked man started the conversation.

"What?! Like there is a holiday for this job, isn't there?", replied Max teasing.

"Haha... Are you tired already? You even haven't met the core of the problem, have you?", returning on Max teasing.

"I'm trying, okay! Right now, I just feel like I wanna enjoying the peace time of mine here", Max rised up from his nap and sat on the bench.

"Okay! I get it!", the masked man was sitting next to Max.

"So, what is it? What you wanna to talk about?", Max tried to get to the main topic after the silent of moment.

"Let's go to the beach!", the masked man replied as he's standing up and smiling to Max.

And then the masked man and Max would go to the destination, Sunrefer Beach in Water Country by the ship. Max didn't know what would he encountered, the masked man didn't tell the details to Max, and Max also didn't bother to force the masked man to ask the details.

" Well, let's go then!!" Max spontaneously jumped from the bench and asked no more after the masked man told him that it was about Smokers. Then they head to the harbor.

In other side, at the Sunrefer Beach, the people were really enjoying the sun and the atmosphere of the middle day on the beach. Sleeping under the sun, playing the sand, surfing and swimming, everything as long as it didn't cross the safety line that made on the sea.

As it said, it was a fine day to enjoy the time for everyone, that's also included one young man who work there, as a life guard, Philip. He was sleeping on his post patrol as he intended to look after the visitor's activities that could danger themselves. In sudden time, a man came after him and yelled at him on his sleep.

"Hei! Wake up, sleeping princess!!", the man was yelling right in front of Philip's ear after climbing on the viewing post.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm waking up now!", Philip was yawning.

"Yes you better do. Look! There is a kid almost reached the danger line. Over there!!", that man was pointing the location of the kid that swimming with his duck tube.

After he saw that kid, Philip quickly ran over it, running faster through the people on the beach, to the edge on the bay and jump to the water and swam as fast as he could for the kid. Meanwhile in other side at the beach, there was a woman who shouting loudly to ask for helping her kid, she's the mother of the kid on the danger.

In very short moment, Philip has already reached the boy who has been in panic.

"Help! I can't move my legs! Help me..", that kid kept shouting in panic even Philip had already held his hands to save him.

"Calm down, kid! I've got you! It's okay, maybe your legs get palsy. Don't worry I have got you, okay!", Philip asked that boy to calmed himself down.

".. Emm... Something pulled my legs in the water..", that kid told Philip that something inside the water was pulling him in.

"What!?", immediately Philip got inside the water that he found some green vines like, tangling that boy's legs, then Philip tried to released that's binding.

After it released, Philip quickly swam surface the water as he held the kid's hand and pulled him while he was swimming as fast as he could to reach the beach. While he did that, he was shouting to the people who swimming around to get out from the water. That's so, all people began to swim to the land and got out the water.

Philip has reached the beach along with the kid. As soon as they were on the beach the woman whose the kid's mother, quickly hugged that boy as she said thankful for helping her boy to Philip.

"Oh, that's my job. Please be more careful next time!",  Philip said the words as he left those two to go to the control room.

The guards started to check the whole area if it's already safe before they're going to open the beach again. Meanwhile Philip was talking with Kevin, the man whose got in charge on the beach.

"So what's that things?", Kevin asked Philip about the thing he saw back there.

"Those are some kind of vines, but it somehow tried to catch anything nearby and would binding to pull down to the water", Philip explained.

"Some people also said the same. But, what kind of vines that would be so lively and so long that it could get to the surface of the water if it rooted in the floor of the sea. I don't get it", Kevin was confused about what was that thing.

Philip didn't say anything about it, he kept quiet in the couch that faced to beach like kept on watching to the situations. Kevin was also thinking about what to do. Until some kind of snoring began so loud from Philip, he was sleeping.

Kevin got irritated by that but he knew Philip for long time as a hard worker even sometimes looked so lazy, but Philip's the trusted person, so  he just let Philip be.

But suddenly, someone entered that room, that was a young lady who usually came by to the control room monthly, she moved slowly in her high hills. Kevin aware of that as he bowed to that young lady who's walking inside with her smile to Kevin. She kept walking to the couch where Philip was sleeping. Kevin couldn't do anything but to see what would happen next. He just thought that Philip was in trouble, so that he did.

But the sounds that made by the high hills of that young lady, made Philip awoke. On the first sign of he opened his eyes, he saw Maria, the young lady who stared at him with her smile. Maria is the daughter of the owner of that beach place.

"Oh! Hi, Maria! Are you just arriving?", Philip asked to Maria as he sat on the couch and let her to sit as well.

"Don't be so friendly, Philip! She's the boss! Show some respect! You got it, you idiot!", Kevin was angry to Philip's manner that looked so friendly with Maria.

"It's okay, Mr. Kevin! It's just fine", Maria said it as she took a sit on the couch next to Philip.

"I'm sorry for his manner my lady, I'll give him some lessons soon!! Emm... Oh, I'll make some drinks for you, please wait a moments", Kevin's apologizing and then walking away from that room to make some drinks for Maria. Leaving those two on that control room.

"Oh! How kind of him.. heehee... So, Philip, I thanked you for doing your good job today. I'm so glad there's no victims during the emergency states before", Maria started the conversation.

Philip was just nodding as he heard the words from her. Philip has just been hired to work at that beach as life guard recently, and before he worked, there some rumor told some swimmers or divers got lost in that beach area and never be found. That was why Maria felt thanked to Philip cause of his preventing action of that thing would decrease the bad reputation of the company.

"It's been much danger happened recently, especially from that unknown things that made some people lost. We tried our best to find out what those things are, but we can't find anything there, it's mysterious disappeared when we are doing some searching. And yet it's still coming back to cause the troubles. It can't be helped, I asked for forgiveness to the families' victims for our bad facilities and bad guards that caused they lost their family members, but that's all I can do", Maria told the whole things in sadness face, she was almost crying.

"I'll do my best to not let those things happening again! Don't worry!", as Philip saw Maria was going to burst in crying, he confidentiality said he will guard the beach, so no other people would be lost again. And so, he tried to cheer her up.

"Heehee.. Thank you!", Maria was smiling again and wiping the tears on her eyes.

"I hope It didn't disturb your sleeping times, right?! Heehee..", Maria was teasing Philip this times as he get embarrassed by that and then they laughed along together.
