Rachel Ballinger was cooking for a party at her apartment, when suddenley she saw a figure at her neighbour's apartment. When the lights at her neighbours apartment lit up, she dropped her kitchen knife as she just saw a man wearing a face mask murdering her neighbour in his sleep, she quickly calls the police, has that what she was told to do. When the police came, they discovered that two people had been murdered in that apartment, and in that night. They found a piece of a face mask, that is simmilar to what they found in the New Jersey incident, they informed the FBI, and concluded that a serial killer is roaming America they questioned Rachel about this incident: " What were you doing when you saw the murder was happening?" She answered: " I was cooking for a party at my apartment, when suddenly I saw a mysterious black figure in my neighbour's bedroom, when his room lit up, I was shocked to find a man wearing a face mask murdering my neighbour, and I accedentally dropped my kitchen knife, when I got up to see him again and confirming it was a real man, I didn't see him again." Simmilar to the description of Sarah Foster, the FBI banned all production of face masks and warned all local police force to keep an eye on their territories, for a murder just might happen somewhere, somehow.
