1 OP wishes/Reincarnation
Nisus, That was all that needed to be said in the classroom for people to be quiet
Nisus was someone that anyone, including adults, would eventually come to respect as a person
Nisus stopped others from being bullied, he'd kick their ass if he caught people picking on someone else
He was rich and his parents cared about him more than anything else in their life, even going as far as to call in for work when he caught a little cold
But the problem for Nisus was, He didn't actually care about any of that, he did it to add some spice to his life
You see Nisus, after having extremely overprotective parents Nisus started to try and get into danger
He even jumped off a cliff once, Just for the thrill, He made friends with some of the guys and drank and smoke
It was all a normal life, albeit with more 'Good Deeds' Than a normal person, even though he wasn't specifically trying for them to be good deeds
That's why anytime someone says Nisus's name, they stay quiet, Ever since Nisus had gotten in the middle of a massive shootout with a school shooter and died
That day everyone felt their own weakness, and also felt terrible that such an 'amazing' person was killed because of their fear...

"Hello, mortal" A man appeared in front if Nisus and said with a bored tone and sighing
"Umm hello?" Nisus answered but then widened his eyes "Is this like those fanfics and Novels that I read!? Am I going to be reincarnated into a crazy awesome world with wishes that make me overpowered and then get a huge harem and become a powerful figure into that world and eventually conquer the world with my women!" He asked excitedly listing off everything he's ever imagined
The god just nods with a bored expression "You get 4 wishes... also the world will be random..." The god says in his bored voice
Nisus smiles (Finally... all that anime I watched, manga I read, Fanfictions and lists and lists of wishes I would pick go into this moment)
"I want Genekinesis, But make it so every race I've ever watched on tv or anime is programmed into my mind, and let me be able to change the genes of someone else, in fact, let me control the cells on a molecular level as well..."
"Whatever..."
Nisus paused and sighed before continuing, "can you give me a higher chance to be seen in a good light from women... from experience women are the way to live happily...?"
"Ah... the harem route?"
"Well... I mean I guess..."

Nodding Nisus lists off his third wish "Can I have GOB with all the weapons inside, including Avalon and Excalibur also Rho ais?, in fact add the teigu from Akame Ga Kill as well, i could use them as gifts or something... (A/N: I had to... don't look at me like that!... *Turns away with an embarrassed face)
"Are you trying to rule the world or something kid?... what if you get into some small powered world... like bubble guppies or a Disney movie?" Then just shaking his head the god tells him to proceed
Nisus shrugs at the god's statement, why the fuck would he catre about that? Isn't this god being a bit picky... no he wasn't at least he was reincarnating...

Nodding in satisfaction The god looks at the young white haired boy with a lazy expression "Go on..."
Nodding Nisus asks"Can I know which world I'm going to go first before I pick this last wish?" As he asks this a wheel with a bunch of names appear in front of him
"Just spin it..." The god says and Nisus Spins it
Mcu/Comicsverse, Shows up on the wheel and Nisus smiles (I don't know much about marvel but I do know that it's rarely boring)
"My last wish is to have a mindscape that allows me to train without time passing in the real world, I will also be able to bring others that I've seen to fight with, and also allow this Mindscape to be impenetrable and no one will be able to read my mind" Nisus finishes hoping this would count as one wish
"Whatever bye have a nice life and stuff..." The god replies and snaps his fingers causing Nisus to have golden light envelop him

Strolling through Camelot with his mother Nisus stops and holds his head, This was him regaining his memories and knowledge about his power's
"Come on Nisus We need to see the new king!" His mother yells at him and starts to drag him away
(It seems that The god actually programmed every race I've ever heard of haha) Nisus thinks to himself remembering the genetic code of a vampire, Werewolf, and even a devil, He smiled at the thought of changing his race to wherever he wants...
"All hail King Arthur!" The man on a pedestal said and the whole crowd bowed
Nisus on the other hand didn't understand, since he's from the modern days he didn't know proper etiquette "Nisus!" His mother said through gritted teeth
"You!" A few guards surrounded Nisus "Why aren't you bowing!?" They say as they unsheathe their swords
"Ohhh I get it now," Nisus says and gets into a bowing position while slowly changing the genetic code of the guards
As they walk away they start to realize somethings wrong "Wheres my dick!?" One guard yelled in surprise
"My penis!!"
Nisus smiles hearing their words and doesn't notice the blonde feminine-looking king starting at him...

"What do you think Merlin... was it that man?" The king asks Merlin
"I'm not sure... but anyone that can change someone on that level is powerful and very skilled in magic... I wonder how he did it" Merlin starts to float in wonder
"Will the welsh dragon be able to determine if he can use magic?... and if he can then what should we do with him?... Morgana is already getting more powerful..." The king said with a sigh on 'his' Blank face
"Artoria let's stop thinking about this and get ready for your queen, she'll be here tomorrow," Merlin said and smiled while vanishing in flowers...
(A/N: Yah Mc is Op as F*** right now... but anyway I wanted to say that the only reason that there are fate characters here is that I just wanted to add the historical ones, so I just changed them to how they are in fate... Including Nobunagaš, but that's for later on)
