1 Meeting Abomination.

"I... I actually traveled to the Marvel world?" Christopher muttered in disbelief as he stood on a street somewhere in the United States, his eyes wide with shock at the chaos unfolding nearby.

Just moments ago, he had been casually watching a Marvel movie, scoffing at the idea of Thanos snapping his fingers to destroy half the world.

But now, here he was, his original body had disintegrated into ashes, just like those superheroes he had seen on screen.

When he regained consciousness, he found himself in the midst of the very world he had once thought was merely fiction.

Having been an avid viewer of Marvel movies, Christopher was all too familiar with the perils of this universe.

Everywhere he looked, there were superheroes, seemingly as common as household pets, and supervillains lurking in the shadows.

It was a world teetering on the edge of chaos, and Christopher could feel the danger pulsating in the air.

Just then he saw Abomination rampaging through the streets, while citizens were running away in panic.

Screams filled the air as people fled in terror, seeking refuge wherever they could find it. Some scrambled into buildings, others cried out for help from within trapped vehicles, while a few simply froze in fear.

Watching the chaos unfold, Christopher knew he had to act fast. Despite being a mixed martial art master and a former UFC Champion, he felt powerless against the monstrous threat of Abomination.

With a surge of adrenaline, he turned and bolted, his heart pounding in his chest.

But before he could get far, a deafening crash echoed through the air as something plummeted from the sky, creating a massive crater in the ground just inches from where he stood.

His breath caught in his throat as he realized how narrowly he had escaped being crushed to death.

Amidst the chaos, a primal roar reverberated through the air, signaling that the danger was far from over.

Christopher's senses tingled with an eerie presence, sending shivers down his spine. Suddenly, a deafening crash echoed through the air. A colossal green hand emerged from a gaping pit, forcefully striking the concrete floor, creating spider-web-like cracks.

A towering figure, draped in green, emerged - The Hulk. Christopher couldn't contain his shock and exclaimed, "Hulk!"

A thunderous roar shook the surroundings as the Hulk unleashed its might. Caught in the onslaught, Christopher was sent flying, landing heavily more than ten meters away. Bruised, broken-armed, with aching ears and head, he struggled to regain composure.

Before he could recover, another menace, Abomination, surged towards him. Every step it took caused the ground to tremble and crack. The Hulk also charged towards the Abomination.

Caught between these titans, Christopher desperately rolled to the roadside, narrowly escaping being trampled. Yet, the collision's aftershocks left him injured, and he spat out blood in pain.

As the Hulk and Abomination clashed, Christopher vowed revenge for his severe injuries, swearing to repay it.

Then, a sudden announcement disrupted the chaos:

[Ding!]

[The gene extraction system has been activated.]

A mechanical voice echoed in Christopher's mind. The mention of a system sparked excitement, and Christopher eagerly inquired while on the verge of death, "System, can you make me stronger?"

[The system can help the host extract others genes and become stronger.]

Hope for revenge surged within Christopher. "How do I extract genes?" he asked eagerly.

[Make the target willing to let you extract genes. You must touch the target during the extraction process.]

The system instructed.

Christopher, frustrated, exclaimed, "How can I convince superpowered individuals in the Marvel world to let me extract their genes?"

[Defeat them until they agree, or find a way to move them. It depends on the host's strategy.]

Feeling vexed, Christopher queried, "Can I extract genes from animals, like ants?"

[No. The host can only extract genes from humanoid creatures.]

Disheartened, Christopher sighed, "How do I extract genes from the strong?"

The sound of footsteps interrupted his thoughts, creating a suspenseful atmosphere.

An armed helicopter sliced through the air at a perilously low altitude, its thunderous roar echoing off the urban canyon created by the towering buildings. With precision, it unleashed a barrage of firepower aimed at the menacing figure of the Abomination perched menacingly atop a skyscraper.

Observing this spectacle unfold, Christopher's mind raced back to a scene straight out of "The Incredible Hulk" movie. Vividly, he recalled the epic clash between the Hulk and the Abomination, culminating in the latter's defeat, lying motionless on the ground.

In a flash of inspiration, Christopher contemplated leveraging Abomination's animosity towards the Hulk to his advantage. Perhaps, he mused, he could persuade Abomination to cooperate willingly in the extraction of his genes.

Despite the searing pain coursing through his body, Christopher gritted his teeth and gave chase to the armed helicopter, his determination unwavering.

As the helicopter succumbed to the wrath of its enemies and plummeted into a decrepit ancient edifice, Christopher sought refuge in a nearby building, biding his time for the opportune moment.

"Hulk Smash!" a voice roared furiously, sending tremors through the air.

Sensing the pivotal juncture, Christopher seized his chance, blending into the mob of onlookers. Amidst the chaos, he witnessed the Hulk ensnaring Abomination in a formidable iron chain, the latter's futile struggles to break free.

Just as the Hulk seemed poised to deliver a fatal blow, his girlfriend Betty intervened with a plea for mercy. Reluctantly, the Hulk relented, releasing his grip on Abomination, his tumultuous emotions gradually subsiding.

With measured steps, Christopher inched closer to the weakened Abomination, his heart pounding with anticipation. Leaning in, he whispered, "Blonsky, I have a proposition to rid us of the Hulk. But first, you must consent to the extraction of your genes."

Abomination turned to regard Christopher with primal intensity, his beastly gaze piercing. "What is your proposal?" he queried weakly, his once-fiery Abomination tempered by weariness and frustration.

"How about this: I extract your genes, and together, we beat the Hulk to a pulp," Christopher proposed.

Abomination remained silent, his gaze wary yet intrigued.

Reassuringly, Christopher reassured, "Fear not, the extraction will not harm you. I only require your willing cooperation."

"Very well, I agree," Abomination acquiesced.

Ecstatic, Christopher placed his hand upon Abomination, mentally urging the system to initiate the gene extraction and fusion process.

With a series of affirmative notifications from the system, a transformative force enveloped Christopher's being, causing him to cry out in agony. It felt as though every fiber of his being was being stretched beyond its limits, the excruciating pain threatening to overwhelm him.

....

Hey everyone,

I get that some of you might be feeling like the system's got its limitations, but let me tell you, the MC's gonna acquire whichever gene he wants, one way or another.

I put those limitations in place to really highlight the MC's cunning personality and how he goes about snagging each new gene.

Cause let's face it, if there's no challenge, where's the fun, right?
