2 Coronation

As the coronation started, a vast gathering came for the ceremony.

The many gods and powerful beings stare up at the platform on which their god, One Above All stands with a small boy.

Looking out at the ocean of people, Zoan recognizes several people from his father's lectures.

Odin, Ego, Infinity, Eternity, Death, Thanos, Hercules, The Living Tribunal, Galactus, Mikaboshi, Cyttorak, The Pheonix Force, The Beyonder, and The Elders of the Universe, were the ones to catch his eye.

Still being a child, he notices and gets excited as he sees presents on a large table.

He looks up at his father, "May i go chat with them?"

After receiving a nod, he takes a casual stroll towards Odin that appears to have brought his family.

As he nears them, the old man with his wife and sons start kneeling, he quickly puts a hand on Odin's shoulder, "none of that, looking me in the eye is much more respectful than kneeling"

The old man lets out a hearty laugh that eases the atmosphere in the room considerably, "Thank you, Prince Zoan, please let me introduce my family"

He puts his hand on his wife's back, "this is my wife, Frigga, and these are my sons Thor and Loki"

Zoan gives them a small smile, "a pleasure to meet you all, my father tells me that the first stop on my pilgrimage is to Asgard"

Odin's smile gets even bigger, "Yes, he told me that too, I hope you will enjoy your time there"

After a short chat on Asgard, Zoan decides to mingle with the other guests, making his way across the floor to a rather beautiful woman with an hourglass figure, shrouded in darkness.

"Lady Death, thank you for coming today", he says with a charming smile.

Death gives him a small wave, "may i ask you a question?", Zoan nods at her.

"How do you plan on ruling the universe, will you leave the universe to fend for itself like your father and just watch, or will you put your nose where it doesn't belong and try to rule over the universe"

Zoan's smile falls, "If i was going to rule over the universe, what are you going to do about it"

Silence falls over the room as Death falls to the ground due to the immense gravity on top of her, Zoan puts a little power into his throat to make his voice boom throughout the room.

"Let us say that i do take a more serious role and crown myself as king of the universe, who is going to stop me?", he looks at the crown of guests that are watching his spectacle.

"I have enough power in my wrist to turn you all to dust, show some fucking respect to your superiors", he walks back towards his father after sending Death away in a beam of light.

As the party continued with a more reserved atmosphere, Zoan accepts gifts from each person while also getting to know them a little.

When the party reaches its peak, his father gets everyone's attention.

In his father's hand shines a golden light and out of that light comes a gold ring with a large black gem in the middle, "This ring is your crown, it isn't some worthless piece of jewelry, it will help you control your powers"

After a round of applause and respectful bows from each of his guests, they start making their way out.

After an hour, the only people in the room are Zoan and Odin.

"Are you ready for a day in Asgard?", Odin says to which Zoan nodded with a cheerful expression.

--- Three Days Later ---

Asgard, a city so beautiful it rivals any place in the known universe, the people here are strong, kind, honorable, and prideful.

The soldiers, citizens, servants, and even the prisoners were alerted to Zoan's presence days before his coronation.

The person Odin worried about the most was Thor, his son has always been hotheaded and smug, picking a fight with Prince Zoan could be the end of Asgard and everything he's built.

Standing in the empty throne room, Zoan, Loki, and Frigg talk amongst themselves.

"So, Loki, I hear that you're the God of Mischief?", He says with a cheeky grin.

Loki matches his grin as his mother frowns, "Father does his best to remind us and others that we're not gods but I know a few tricks"

"Well, I'm guessing my father sent me here to learn to rule over people like your father but I'm quite interested in learning from you too"

Frigg sighs heavily, Loki was bad enough with his little tricks, having a god sized version of him makes her want to become an alcoholic.
