The NASA headquarters swiftly deployed their advanced technology to observe the situation on the sun.
After days and nights of painstaking search, the NASA Headquarters finally discovered the cause of the problem.
Above the sun, they found a blurry yet unmistakable silhouette of a humanoid figure. The NASA staff who uncovered this truth were left stunned. Even those who reported the discovery to their superior at NASA wore expressions of disbelief.
"This can't be true, can it?"
"Could it be some kind of mistake?"
"No, General, it's hard to believe, but it's a fact. We have photographic evidence taken through an astronomical telescope."
"There's absolutely no sign of artificial manipulation, as confirmed by NASA's technical department."
The head of NASA ran his hand through his thinning hair, seemingly at a loss. "My God, what's happening in this world? This appears to be an unknown humanoid life form. Humans couldn't possibly survive on the sun. If it were a human, they'd have turned to vapor."
"Yes, General, we share your incredulity, but we've captured images from multiple angles. While we can't see the creature's exact appearance, its movements, behavior, and life signs strongly resemble that of a human. It's likely an unknown creature that closely resembles us."
Even as the head of NASA, the General struggled to reconcile this discovery with his worldview.
"My God, this must be classified as top-secret. No one else should know about this."
"Yes, General."
With that, the NASA staff exited his office, leaving the General alone to contemplate the images. Though somewhat blurry, they unmistakably depicted a person lying down and sleeping, making it nearly impossible for the General to accept that this wasn't a human being.
Could it be that humans were capable of surviving on the sun? Or was it an entirely unknown species? What in the world is this?
The General's headache intensified, and he feared he might lose the few strands of hair remaining.
The solar fluctuations eventually subsided, and NASA Headquarters publicly attributed them to solar storms.
While ordinary people might accept NASA's explanation, experts and scholars worldwide, particularly those specializing in astronomy, dismissed it as a mere fabrication.
They couldn't bring themselves to believe it. NASA's explanation seemed absurd because solar storms couldn't account for the observed changes.
However, NASA Headquarters remained silent in the face of such skepticism.
The incident was left unresolved.
Meanwhile, Rhodes, who had spent a significant amount of time sleeping on the sun, eventually awakened. Unbeknownst to him, he had caused panic on Earth.
Stretching and yawning, Rhodes exclaimed, "Ah, that was a comfortable nap. Feels like I slept for a long time, at least eight hours."
Yet Rhodes soon realized that he had slept for much longer than eight hours.
With his newfound strength and the sun's unusual behavior, Rhodes was momentarily disoriented.
He worriedly questioned, "What's happening? Is the sun about to explode?"
Unsure of the consequences of his incredible power, Rhodes hesitated, fearful that he might inadvertently cause a catastrophe.
However, unbeknownst to him, he was the cause of the sun's fluctuations.
Rhodes waited anxiously, observing the sun's stability, which alleviated his concerns.
Rhodes slowly moved his body, causing the sun's flames to react.
Perplexed, he mused, "Could my actions somehow be connected to these solar changes?"
Rhodes couldn't fathom the magnitude of his newfound power. It seemed to extend beyond the solar system.
He quickly realized that his divine sense had expanded across the entire universe. From Mars, the Moon, and Earth to Neptune, Pluto, and the Nine Realms, his awareness encompassed the entire galaxy and even distant cosmic galaxies.
A torrent of information flooded his mind, leaving him bewildered.
"This is... astonishing," Rhodes thought, quaking with the sheer magnitude of his newfound abilities. He questioned whether his strength had surpassed the confines of a single universe, possibly reaching the multiverse level.
Nonetheless, Rhodes was wary of inadvertently causing destruction. He questioned, "Am I on the brink of becoming the ultimate cosmic annihilator?"
Rhodes contemplated his newfound powers, wondering if he had reached a level beyond the multiverse.
Lacking a deep understanding of the universe, he couldn't gauge just how far beyond he had ventured.
"Wow, could I be on the cusp of becoming a universal force?"
Despite his questions, Rhodes remained cautious, unwilling to test the limits of his powers recklessly.
Rhodes decided to check how long he had slept, as his extraordinary abilities seemed to be the result of his extended slumber.
He extended his divine sense to Earth, where no secrets could evade his scrutiny.
Within moments, Rhodes had the answer he sought.
It was the 21st century on Earth.
Rhodes, standing in the vastness of space, sighed, "Time flies so quickly. I slept for over two thousand years in one go. Unbelievable."
Suddenly, Rhodes remembered an important matter.
He exclaimed, "Oh, I nearly forgot. Hela! I have no idea what happened to Hela, and the situation in Asgard remains unresolved."
Rhodes quickly turned his divine sense toward the Nine Realms, specifically Asgard.
He soon acquired the information he sought.
Not long after Rhodes was sent to slumber on the sun, God King Odin located Hela within the Nine Realms. Asgardian gods were dispatched to apprehend her. Though Hela and her forces fought valiantly, she was ultimately outnumbered and overpowered.
Hela had been captured and subsequently tried for her actions. God King Odin ordered her sealed within Niflheim, the realm of the dead.
Rhodes sighed with regret.
His initial battle within the Odin Temple was intended to prevent Hela from becoming a target of God King Odin. Regrettably, his sojourn on the sun had led to her capture despite his efforts.
However, after his extended sleep, Rhodes had matured emotionally, and he was no longer consumed by anger. Nevertheless, he recognized the urgency of the situation and the need for action.
Rhodes learned that God King Odin had aged, his power waning day by day. The seal confining Hela was showing signs of weakening.
