The Sun

Jean Grey was a powerful mutant even without the Pheonix but she was still somewhat of a glass cannon. She could put the entire world to sleep or even manipulate objects on the other side of the planet with her abilities but a single well placed bullet would send her to her maker. I don't expect her to be able to handle the f**king sun.

The plasma ball flew towards the altar slowly, giving me enough time to push off from the wall behind Jean and put all my thrusters on full power as I headed in Ororo's direction spreading my body out to form a ball that encased both Jean and Ororo within.

Boom!!!

A massive explosion was heard just a few milliseconds later as I was blasted through the walls of the building and and straight out into the open battlefield with the shockwave from the explosion sending everyone flying. Falling to the ground, I immediately activated my thrusters again to slow our descent to the ground because any more impacts would damage my form.

The entire environment was shocking hot as even the rocks melted into magma and the air boiled. Ororo's plasma ball was too powerful but thankfully it was just a plasma ball not a sun if not this entire land would be useless due to radiation.

"I said vaporize it not nuke the f**king pyramid" I complained to the girl who was using her hair to cover her face in guilt

"I'm sorry" She said sheepishly knowing that this was due to her lack of control

"Dont apologize at least you saved us the trouble of fighting En Sabah nur's Clan Akkaba"

"What about the others?" Jean asked

"On it" I answered

Despite the fact that my body seems indestructible, in reality I was simply only repairing the damaged parts as quickly as it is destroyed. I could create an infinite number of Nancoytes because of the fact that they were nanocytes but the explosion was too much and had depleted my nanocyte reserves.

While waiting, I had created a few billion that I used to reinforce the ball that I had transformed into and any extra that was created was transformed into drones that were used to search for survivors… I know the X-men would survive because well they were the X-men.

Logan had a boosted regenerative capability, Hank's regeneration would also be boosted to Wolverine levels so their survival is guaranteed. Angel was knocked unconscious and was lying on top of some rubble, he was the one that I easily spotted due to his metallic wings that reflected the sunlight.

Magneto was safe but under some rubble and unconscious, most of the Clan Akkaba were dead because they were just Beta-level mutants who had lost their enhancements. Scott is incredibly resistant to energy attacks so he was safe somewhere under all the rubble.

"Hello, can anyone here me?" I asked into the comms hoping that someone would reply me

"this is katy, I'm safe but I don't think the blackbird is… What happened"

"A misfire… are you still in your exo-suit?"

"Yes, why?"

"It is resistant to heat, so I want you to come out and help us search for survivors, we'll join you in a minute" I said as I recreated the Exo-suit on the two X-men with me

"this should help you guys survive out there" I said as I retracted and reformed my body

The two were now dressed in some futuristic space suit that allowed them to survive the flesh-tearing heat. Giving out the locations of each X-men and survivor my Drones had found, I gave them several devices that would help them resuscitate and ensure the survival of the victim.

"Place it on their chest and they will be fine… the suit will create more if you run out" I ordered as I levitated into the air and flew away in another direction

The two obeyed and immediately began flying towards the coordinates given, Jean used her telekinesis to lift all the rubble away while Ororo saved the victims suck under or Ororo, with more control this time, destroys the rubble allowing Jean to save them. They were soon joined by Katy who simply walked through the rubble to save the people stuck within.
