52 High Level Base
As I continued to massacre Hydra bases and most of them were small bases or outposts I got a lot of Junk from them,
There were some useful things here and there, things like Enhanced Hearing and Sight, but the boost was minor compared to the power I have now.
Today I decided to go after a high base but to my surprise Daniel Whitehall is still alive. Since I fuked up the plot, and messed with Shield a lot, they didn't kill him, So this is a good chance to get some good information and some good stuff. Whitehall should know a lot of stuff.
So here I am on top of a rooftop looking at the Building that serves as big base for Hydra working directly under Whitehall. So they should know his current location.
This building and the ones surrounding it are all part of the same base, each building is connected they have tunnels and underground garages.
Now how should I do this, I can't just slash it up like the other ones. Hmmm... first things first, i have to stop them from escaping, but the area is big, but i can easily freeze it over but that's not the goal.
How about this.
Ice Dragons
4 Giant Ice dragons appear in the air. I make them surround the base and dig into the ground to freeze the underground tunnels. Now just make Ice grow on Top of them Vertically for a few hundred meters and there you have it. A hydra base in a box. Literally. The only way they could get our is through the top. That is if I don't do this.
Ice Net
Ice starts spreading from the 4 walls and forms a ceiling in the shape of a net. Well if anyone escapes from this they deserve it. The walls will heal themselves after they are attacked. I'm constantly feeding it magic, plus the runes on it make it extra durable.
Now lets see what this base has to offer
General Pov
"GO GO GO. Get the son of a bitch" The Base Head *Hank Johnson yells out over the comms
"Team Delta here. Target is airborne 12 o'clock. 200 meters above us."
"Team Bravo here, the Ice wall is at least 3 meters thick, and it repairs itself as soon as its damaged. We can't leave the base"
"This is team Charlie, the main exit tunnel is blocked with ice, this one repairs itself as well."
"FUCKKK" Hank flips the table over.
"Sir we have to evacuate, our only option is to blow the Net Ceiling and fly away with a helicopter"
Hank remains silent for a while
"No.. It's made like that on purpose to bait us there, listen to me very carefully, go get a team and bring the strongest explosives we have with you, find the weakest point of the ice and blow a hole in it, we will leave with the fastest cars and we have. Don't mention any of this on the comms, he might be listening. I'm I clear!"
"Yes Sir"
"Good. Now Go"
He points at another agent "You go Vault 4 and release him. We are going to need him if we have any hope of survival."
"Yes Sir"
Huge makes some calls to the higher personnel in the base, and tells them meet and get ready to leave in the fastest cars they have
He looks at the monitor that's pointing at the intruder and mumbles "May Hydra watch over us all."

(scene change)
Ward continues to wreck specific sections of the base taking out a lot of Hydra soldiers without doing much damage to the important parts where the 'loot' will most likely be.
The soldiers started shooting him with everything they have, modern cannons, bazookas, guns, lasers, everything they had, they used on him.
They even took out those gravity guns, that turned a building into a sphere of compressed rubble. The intruder just waved his hand and the space in front of him started cracking like a mirror and swallowed up the projectiles.
Ward keeps searching the base, and sighs at his slow progress, because of the fact that he can't use Susanoo or any big techniques here. This is an Important base, a lot of good stuff are here, it would be a shame to destroy them accidentally
Suddenly Ward looks at the eastern side of the wall.
They started shooting the gravity gun at the east wall, when the ammo started to collapse on itself and pulled the ice apart to compress it into a big ice ball. while that was happening they made an giant explosion on the west side and opened a hole on that side as well.
*Boomm*
They open up a hole in the Ice wall and start driving at high speed towards it.
Now there are 2 exits. Cars driving to both of them
Ward just smirks and raises his arms upward, the ice following his motion starts reforming at the base and raises again, closing the holes in the walls. As soon as that happened Ward raises to fingers and small ice pikes start appearing and puncturing their tires.
They start to come out from their cars and he sees the leader on the west side. He opens up a portal appears in front of them.
MC Pov
I'm looking at them as they leave the cars.
Ice starts spreading from where I stand and freezes everything around me including the tires on the cars.
All the High level personnel were in the cars along with the elite soldiers.
Suddenly from one of the cars the Winter Solider comes out. Which honestly threw me off a bit.
Huh so that's where he was, can't believe i found him before the Avengers. Although i would prefer if my luck was used on the box that I will get after this and not on these kind of situations. I don't benefit a lot from finding him.
Bucky still brainwashed by hydra started to shoot at me along with the soldiers, guns, rifles, grenade launcher everything they threw at me was completely frozen before the ammo even reached me.
Bucky with tons of weapons tries to kill me with no success
"Иди убеи его!" One of the people gave him the command
(Go kill him!)
While Bucky rushed me, they started to run to the wall in a last dich attempt to escape.
I chuckled a bit. Do they honestly think that he will be able to buy them any time.
When Bucky reached 3 meters from me i raised my hand and froze him from the neck down, immobilizing him, i focused more on his robotic arm, I froze that thing to the core, its useless now.
I turned to see them still running at the walls, an idea popped into my head. I grinned
"Ice Floor" as I said that ice started to cover the ground, and made its way towards them, they started panicking and threw grenades in hopes it will slow it down, the smoke didn't even clear before they saw it going towards them, the nearest ones were frozen from the feet to their chest, and that continued to happen until the spell reached the wall.
Did i have to say the spell outload, No. Were their reactions worth it, Hell Yeah, I'm developing sadistic tendencies, maybe its because of my innate dislike towards Hydra.
"Release us you freak, we ar..." ice covers their mouths
" NOPE~ I'm not wasting time by listening to them"
Legilimency
I start going through all their memories, i got all the passwords for their system, and locations on Daniel Whitehall and another Hydra head, who is coincidently in New York as well.
Nice.
I freeze them completely then shatter them into ice dust.
I go back to Bucky, now what to do with you. Honestly talking to the Avengers again would be a waste of time, They don't even have anything else to exchange for him, might as well throw him there and watch the chaos happen.
Yea, I think I'll do that. But first I got to make him look more like a present. Now where did I put that pink ribbon.
