Chapter 251: The Flash

When it comes to Jack's favorite DC character from his past life, there might be many choices.

But the one that gave him the biggest headache was the Flash.

However, to his surprise, he did not find a nuclear bomb; instead, he found a man who appeared to be normal and was reading an old newspaper.

Although he couldn't let his guard down, the particle accelerator's explosion had created many metahumans in Central City.

Just recently, he dealt with one of them.

Who knew if this seemingly ordinary person was also a metahuman?
