124 Chapter 124: King of Cameos

The three of them bought tickets and went to the amusement park. When they got there, they saw a lot of people and heard a lot of noise.

Wanda and Jean were clearly shocked by how many people were there, so they grabbed Jack's hand.

"Come on, ladies, let's go."

Jack said excitedly. He hadn't been to a place like this very often in his past life, so he wanted to make the most of it. Plus, he decided to have a good time with these lovely ladies by his side.

The three of them immediately headed for the amusement park's iconic ride, the roller coaster.

At first, Jack didn't want to do it. This thing might be scarier than a haunted house. But he was unable to resist the requests of the two girls, so Jack, who had a soft heart, led them happily to the roller coaster.

Tony Stark added a few extra things to this roller coaster to make it different from others. For example, a giant axe almost hit the top of the riders' heads, and a flame-thrower shot fire as the rollercoaster went by. This was, of course, just fake fire that looked like fire but wasn't hot or dangerous.

There was even a passage in the middle of the trail that looked old and as if it could collapse at any moment.

But that wasn't the craziest part. The craziest part was that there were no seat belts on the roller coaster seats.

Originally, the only thing that gave tourists a sense of safety on a roller coaster was the seat belt. But now, Tony had simply removed it, playing with people's heartbeats.

Of course, there were still safety measures. Although there were no seat belts, Jack realized that his seat was automatic. And very soft. When he sat down, the entire seat moved gently, firmly locking his buttocks and legs in place.

His shoulders were the same way. He thought that this ride was a lot safer than a seat belt.

There were two people in each row of the roller coaster. So in order to avoid a bloodbath, Jack sat in a row by himself and let the two beautiful women sit in the other.

'It was really helpless.'

Looking at the strangers around him and then at Wanda and Jean in front of him, Jack sighed softly.

The roller coaster started moving, slowly climbing up to the top, and everyone nervously grabbed the bar in front of them. There was no other choice, that was the only thing to hold onto.

This was also Tony's design, using magnets to attach the rides to the trail strongly. The rides wouldn't be flown out even if there was a sudden power outage.

When it reached the top, the roller coaster didn't pause for even a moment and fell straight down from the highest point. The large slope, nearly ninety degrees from the ground, made the roller coaster burst out into screams.

Wanda and Jean had never been in a situation like this before, so they screamed along with the others and held together with their four hands as if it would make them feel better.

Even though the scene looked scary, there was no sign of fear on their faces. Instead, they looked excited. The ride on the roller coaster didn't last long. The whole ride took just over ten minutes.

"That was so exciting."

The two women held hands and looked like they hadn't seen each other in a long time, while Jack walked behind them with a sad expression.

They should have held hands earlier, but after just one ride on the roller coaster, they were like long-lost best friends and wouldn't let go of each other's hands.

Jack just couldn't help feeling like he wasn't important. "Okay, ladies. What do you want to play next?"

The two women exchanged a glance and said, "How about bungee jumping!"

"...Really?"

.....

Everything seemed to move quickly during the amusement park visit, especially time.

It was already dark outside when Jack and his companions walked out of the aquarium. Looking up at the pitch-black night sky, Jack frowned, sensing that it was going to rain.

Wanda checked the time and turned to look at Jack. "Oh, it's almost 10 o'clock! We should go back, Jack!"

"Yeah, it's already late," Jack nodded, adding, "Let's go. The parking lot is quite far from here."

They had too much fun during the day and went a long way from the parking lot without realizing it. Now they have to walk back. They could have used the free bus, but they chose to walk instead, which was a nice choice.

"Hey, come and take a look at this," Jean's voice came from the side. The two of them walked over to her, and she stood in front of a booth, waving at them.

There was nothing on the booth except for a Fortune Teller sign.

And sitting inside the small booth was none other than Jack's idol, the Marvel cameo king, Stan Lee.

The old man was dressed in a purple robe, his silver hair neatly combed and styled with hair wax.

"Why did he become a fortune teller?"

Jack muttered as he walked over to Stan Lee's booth with Wanda.

"Jack, this old man's fortune-telling is very accurate. He just looked at me and knew my name was Jean Grey. Isn't that amazing?" Jean grabbed Jack's arm excitedly, pulling him towards the booth.

"Sir, can you guess his name?" Jean asked the Stan Lee lookalike.

"Hmm?" Stan Lee's face was full of confidence at first, but as he looked at Jack, his expression froze instantly.

"Sir?"

After a while of no response from Stan Lee, Jean asked again in confusion.

"Ah, nothing."

Stan Lee returned to his senses and looked at Jack again, saying helplessly, "You're growing too slowly, Jack."

"..."

Jack's face changed instantly, staring at Stan Lee. It was only then that he realized that everything around him, including Wanda and Jean, had stopped.

"You need to grow up quickly. We don't have much time left."

After saying these mysterious words, Stan Lee disappeared before Jack could ask any questions. When he looked again, everything had returned to normal time, and Wanda and Jean had also returned to their original time.

The only difference was that Stan Lee, who was sitting in the small stall, had disappeared without a trace.

"Uh, where did the old man go?"

Jean looked at the stall with a puzzled expression, but found nothing, making her even more confused.

"He was just here."

Wanda was also unsure of what had happened, but she had a feeling that something was not right.

"Let's go. It's about to rain."

Jack took the hands of the two women and left with a solemn expression.

The thing that happened just now had put a burden on him.

'We don't have much time left? Who doesn't have much time left?

What's going on? I'm growing too slowly?"

These questions kept going through his mind and worried him.

It seems that after sending Jean away, he needs to find time to complete the fusion. Walking a few steps, Jack felt something and looked back at the small booth but found nothing.

But he clearly felt that someone was watching him just now.

It was definitely not an illusion.

Jack already had a guess in his mind.

It seems that Stark Park, which does not exist in the original movies or comics, has some hidden secrets.
