He could sense that Rias and the others were there.

Rias looked at Koneko in surprise but she knew that because Sullivan was a Yokai.
She might be feeling familiar with him and He had shown himself to be reliable.
Koneko also said that he always released natural energy around him and it made her feel like she was at home.
"My brother told me that Riser Phoenex would come to school today to mess with me. So I need to tell everyone beforehand what everyone should do."
Sullivan heard that and nodded.
