"WAIT what do you mean punishme-" before Morris could finish, he lost his consciousness.

-New York City-

New York was in chaos. Bodies of disfigured blue-blooded aliens, of human men, women of all ages filled the streets. Buildings were in ruin as big green monsters plowed big alien worms into them. The Chitauri had invaded the city through a portal on top of Stark tower and they were destroying anything is sight. The avengers were either busy evacuating the civilians or were busy smashing Chitauri skulls.

In a destroyed flat, the dead body of 18 year old Maria Chen, miraculously sat up.

"-ment?" the now resurrected Maria Chen said before realizing that she did not know what she wanted to say. In fact she did not know where she was.

"Where am I?" asked Maria Chen as she stood up as she intended to look around.

*Boom*

Maria nearly had a heart attack. Where had the explosion come from. Now after listening carefully she could here people screaming outside and lots of foot steps.

"Reminds me of the first Avenger's movie" she said instinctually.

'What are Avengers?,Wait.....I don't remember any movie with that title' she thought as she for the first time carefully scanned her surroundings. She was in an average apartment that looked like it had taken a grenade. Everything was a mess, broken glass everywhere and broken furniture. She suddenly remembered that their apartment had been bombed and that her parents were still in bed when it happened, so she rushed to their room instinctively to find corpses of her parents.

Her world broke as memories of her time with her parents started flooding her mind. Her parents were her everything and now they were gone. Her vision suddenly changed as it adopted a red tint and her vision went from a major quality improvement like suddenly changing 240p to 1080p. Due to her current mental state she ignored the pain as her eyes tried to adjust to the sudden change.

"What is going o- Ohh yeah this must be the sharin-" she said before she suddenly stopped.

"OHH no this must be a joke" she said as she touched her chest area before freezing up again. She then bolted out of the room and headed to the bathroom. Maria kicked the closed bathroom door and ran in towards the broken mirror.

"No this can't be happening. Not after all that happened, This must be a nightma-" she abruptly stopped again. The mirror was fractured but it showed her all she needed. A distorted pretty Asian teenager stared at her in the broken mirror. She had tinted ashy blue hair and glowing red eyes that had 3 rotating tomoe in them.

"Is my life a joke to that system. All my hard work, all those years locked up because of that vermin, it made me look like the thing I hate the most" she said as the tomoe in her eyes started to spin faster as she remembered her past.

-FLASHBACK-

In the principal's room of a high school there were 6 people in for a recent case. These people were the principal, a teacher, 2 students and 2 police officers.

"YOu Did ThiS tO me!!" screamed a girl identical to Morris' new appearance as she cried her eyeballs out, snort included.

"Maria, what are you talking about?, I saved you from those 3 vermi-" a young Morris was stopped from talking by a punch that struck his face. His teacher had punched him. The teacher had an angry face on.

"Mr Robbins, why, you know I did not do this?" pleaded his teacher to take his side while ignoring the pain from the punch.

"Morris, I had such high hopes for you" said Mr Robbins as he walked away from his former favorite pupil.

"Maria, did you finally report this criminal?" asked a voice Morris was familiar with coming from the door's direction.

"Don't worry, my father is the prime minister, I will make sure this rapist never sees the light of day" continues the voice.

"Officers take this criminal away" said the man behind the desk, who is the principal and the police take the 18 year old Morris away.

-30 YEARS LATER-

In a mansion in Romania out of the 50 residents and servants only 1 person was left alive. All the rest were now corpses with multiple bullet holes all over. The now 48 year old Morris was now slowly walking towards Maria who was now trying to limp away from the Mansion.

"Hellllp!!!" she shouted as she continued her futile attempt to escape.

"Out of all the 50 people who live here you are the only one left alive" Morris said calmly as he patiently followed her.

"Why are you doing all this, if it's money that you want, I can give you millions, please let me go, my sons are important people" she said desperately once she realizes how f*cked she was.

"Come on Maria, don't you remember me I'm your high school buddy Morris" said Morris as he smiled, "plus all your sons are already dead"

"Morris? You ..." she couldn't say anything after she heard his name. She was so shocked she even stopped her futile escape attempt.

"Yeah, I'm not dead, that was a lie." Morris said as he took out a dagger from his bag.

"So any last words" he continued casually as he put the dagger on her neck.

"You really were a crimin-" she said but her throat was slashed swiftly before she finished.

"I'll show her what a real criminal is" said Morris with a crazed look in his eyes.

-FLASHBACK END-

The spinning tomoe in Maria's eyes joined at the center to form a black 3 point pin wheel.

"I still haven't shown her enough. Now that I have this body, I can really show her who the real criminal is. I'll commit atrocities with her face and this universe, no Multiverse will know who the real criminal was" said Maria as she was still looking in the broken mirror which reflected her crazed expression. [Emotion f*cking overpowered eye balls + psychopath = bad idea]

She slowly walked out of her former apartment and walked into the road. Maria saw a bunch of people hiding in the building opposite to her apartment. Occasionally, the chitauri would pass by the streets in their hovering vehicles, so the people thought it best to hide indoors. With no better option, Maria after double checking the skies for chitauri ran to the other people.

With nothing else to do, while waiting for the invasion to end, she started to plan her future actions. The silence in the building due to the scared people helped her think better.

'How about I steal the mind and space stone right now' she thought, 'No, I have no use for the mind and I think Vision is an interesting character. Plus I need Wanda to get her powers for me to recruit her'

*BOOM*

There was an explosion near the bunker and everyone in the bunker lost their minds. Some started crying, while some started laughing hysterically and some even started praying. Maria who wanted peace to think effectively started getting annoyed by the chaos that was ensuing in the once peaceful bunker.

"Shut UP!!" she shouted which silenced everyone in the bunker who turned to find the source of the voice.

"You are too young too understand what's going on so don't shout at your Elders, little girl" said one of women who had been praying loudly. Once this woman had seen that a teenage girl had been the one who had silenced them, she changed her anxiety and feeling of helplessness into anger directed at the Maria. The whole bunker soon joined the woman in directing their hatred at Maria and soon all adults in the bunker were shouting at a 18 year old girl, to calm their shaken nerves.

"I told you all to shut the hell up" calmly said Maria who had activated her sharingan. The 3 tomoe in her eyes were slowly spinning as she glared at the woman who had been praying. Every one was rooted in their spots, silent and in fear of the aura the terrifying red eyes emitted.

"Unfortunately for you all, I'm looking for test subjects for my new powers." continued Maria as the tomoe joined forming the 3 pointed pin wheel. Blood started coming out of her right eye and she involuntarily closed her left one due to the terrible head ache which had appeared.

"Die for me" she said as the pin wheel in her left eye was spinning madly and the prayer woman who she was glaring at suddenly caught on fire. The pitch black fire which had appeared on the woman started spreading swiftly following Maria's right eye's line of sight. The amaterasu flames burned everything they touched leaving nothing behind, not even ashes. In a short time of a few seconds which were filled with ear drum exploding screams, Maria was left alone in the bunker. She noticed that the flames only burnt what she willed them to burn, so the furniture, floor, walls and the building in general was untouched. Without anything to spread to the flames started to die down.

Once alone, Maria walked out of the bunker and Body Flickered back into the hectic New York city filled with aliens. She may not need the Mind stone but the Tesseract was useful. She wanted to use that stone to get to Xander to take the power stone once it is stored there.

Luckily for her, Stark Tower was the tallest building in the city and it currently had a bright blue sky beam coming from on top of it so the Tesseract was really easy to find. Not wanting to be dragged into the fight, she used body flicker to avoid aliens and arrive at Stark Tower very quickly. She swiftly made her way to the worm-hole generator on top of Stark Tower by running on the walls. Apparently she could easily use her abilities like she was trained her whole life.

"Dr Selvig, would you mind giving me the shiny blue cube there" asked Maria as she walked to the middle aged man who was standing by the portal-opening machine doing some science stuff to it. The man who had completely black eyes left his machine and turned around facing her. He picked up a metal pipe he had near him and started approaching her.

"The hard way it is" Maria said as she dodged the pipe Dr selvig had swung at her. Since her sharingan was activated she could see his actions in slow motion and predict his attacks, so as she dodged another attack of his she placed her leg behind his legs and pushed him by his face backwards which made him trip on her well placed leg and hitting the metal sheet they had been standing on with the back of his head, instantly knocking him out cold.

"Shit he's out cold and I can't wake him up. How do I remove the tesseract from the machine without blowing it up?" she said as she sighed. She put too much power into the push.

"Ohh wait, I have magical eye balls" she remembered as she knelt down next to the unconscious man. Maria opened one of his closed eyes and stared at his pupil with her mature sharingan which was spinning wildly. Soon she had gotten what she wanted from the man's memories but she was now feeling exhausted form over using her Sharingan. She walked to the worm hole generator and started pressing the buttons she had seen in Selvig's memory and the sky beam suddenly stopped. The portal above New York City also started to close. Seeing as she had successfully shutdown the machine, she pulled out the tesseract from it and stared at it for what felt like an eternity.
