"Where's Cassy?" James asked
"Her Mother came by"
"Oh, see you then, bye!!" James shouted as he left the office
"Bye!" Miss Anna replied.
As he left, James couldn't help but think that his mother knew the truth but it didn't matter if she did or not. It really made little difference and it was probably better if she didn't know about his true powers. Well not like it actually mattered if she found out since she can't exactly do anything about it but it's just better to think that your son isn't a god.
"I really need to stop underestimating people's intelligence" James thought to himself
[Finally you acknowledge it] Paris suddenly said
"Oh please don't rub it in, anyway how are the Baxters" James asked as he made his way back to the apartment
[How do you feel?] Paris asked
"Normal actually, I don't think there is any difference" James replied
[So there was no difference in range or power output or anything] Paris asked
"Paris, infinity plus infinity is still infinity. I already have infinite power and Kevin's supposed infinite powers is way below mine so it's basically a drop in the ocean" James explained
He had absorbed Kevin's power expecting some sort of power boost but he didn't get anything from it. It may have been for experimental reasons but it still came as a shock to find out that a powerful reality warper like Kevin couldn't give him any form of power boost but then again, Kevin had some very odd limitations in that he had a range that was only as far as his eyes could see. Of course if he was creative, he could overcome his limitations since he technically has no true limits to his powers.
[True but Kevin is a being made of pure psionic energy, you should at least find certain things easier now] Paris said again
"Are you trying to make me discover some new thing or what" James asked noticing Paris's odd behaviour
[Okay, I can see you're extremely dense, let me spell it out for you. You just received a 2% increase in control, not noticeable but a significant improvement considering how impressive your control of your power is already] Paris said in a more feed up tone
"Oh… don't blame me, that sort of thing is nigh-impossible to notice" James replied
[So I am assuming it's now my job to notify you of things like this, isn't it] Paris asked knowing James very well
"You got it," James said with a smile as he walked back to the apartment in a happy mood.

Five(5) Years later,
In an empty vast expanse of land, a group of people could be seen standing on a small cliff while surrounded by various equipment of all kinds. These people wore military uniforms with high-ranking badges on them as they watched a man in a blue suit walk up to the edge of the cliff and turned to them.
"Is it better to be feared or respected, or is it too much to ask for both. Now ladies and Gentlemen with that in mind, I humbly present, The crown Jewel of Stark Industries Freedom line, the very first missile to incorporate our proprietary repulsor technology" the man said as he pointed as a missile launcher by their side which held up to three missiles on it.
"They…. Say that the most powerful weapon is one you never have to fire but I say that the most powerful weapon is one you only have to fire once, it's how Dad did it, it's how America does it and I promise you, find an excuse and launch one of these bad boys and the bad guys would be too scared to leave their caves" The man said then made a gesture with his hands
Seconds after he did so, the missile stand turned to face the mountains behind them as one of them activated and immediately shot into the air aiming directly for the far away mountains. When it began approaching its target, the missile suddenly opened up and several smaller missiles flew out of it, all aiming for the mountains. The original frame still continued on its path towards the mountain though much slower than the smaller ones.
