11 CHAPTER 10:LIZARD STRIKE 2

PETER POV

*GURRR*

I growl as on my hand is a dead overgrown lizard that tried to bite my leg as I snap its neck easily.

Using my human form will not make me able to track this scent that belongs to the Lizard, which smells like human, blood, alcohol and lizard.

Taking a left turn, I stop as I see a figure who is now laying on a wet floor.

"He is pretending he is dead." I thought in my head as I can see how his heartbeat still beat albeit at a small rate as my mouth open and bit his throat as it wakes up the Half Lizard guy who tried to shake me off but I did not want to as I shake my hold on him as I throw him toward a wall on my right.

I can see how his healing is not fast like his kind before as I smack him with my left paw to knock him out.

Then I resume my walk as I now see many lizards seems to be staring at me but with a low growl with me letting out the primal side of Vulpimancer, they all feel scared.

But then I noticed how the Lizard scent is getting stronger making me jump behind as I see one of Peter's villain which brings him a headache, the Lizard who now is snarling at me as he opens his mouth revealing his sharp teeth.

*ROAR"

I released a roar to challenging him as we both jumps with us clash in the mid-air but did to him is a humanoid and slightly bigger than me, he manages to win the collision as he grabs me by my throat but I am quick enough to bite his wrist very hard since this guy has some hard skin.

My test manages to feel the real skin of the Lizard making him start a snack me to the wall much time as I let go of my bite and duck his smacking as I jump above him with me curl up both of my fists and smack his head sending his forehead to hit the wet wall but then 2 figures push me to the floor.

"How many are these guys that the Lizard has made or infected?" They both try to bite me but I tilt my head and bite the cheek of the one on my left while using my leg kick the to other Half Lizard balls.

Yup, a cheap movement but who cares.

Seeing them lost their grip, I tap my Ultimatrix as my body now enveloped by many magmas rocks.

*FWOOOSHHH*

A blast of the flame being unleashed by men in my Heatblast form as the Lizard get thrown backwards as their human body has been burned badly.

I did not pay attention tom as The Lizard bite my arm but is met with me increasing the heat from my body that as he tried to throws me but my other hand has touched his stomach with a fire blast that envelops the whole sewers make the villain to fell on the floor as the hissing sound can be heard.

"Stand down Doctor. I did not want to hurt you anymore." I tell him as the Lizard glared at me.

"I.AM.NO.DOCTOR." He said as I sigh while burning his tail that envelop my right leg as he attacks back his tail while glaring at me as he then roars as all the small and bigger lizards screech and jumped toward me as I make my whole body ignite in the flame that burns them to crisps as I see many incoming lizards that block my path to approach the Lizard as I release a torrent of flame toward the incoming colony of lizards.

But in the end, the Lizard get freed as around me are corpses and crisis of lizards that I killed in these forms.

I guess I need to make a call to clean this mess up.

"Okay. I am now tracking the Lizard. And send some agents to clean up your mess." Amy informed me as I am back to my human form as I am now resting in a cafe with me having a strawberry smoothie and 5 slices of tiramisu cake.

"Can you tell me his recent living place or places he had visited during these last weeks?" I ask Amy who immediately search for them.

"I already sent them toward your phone."

I check my phone as I see many places but one catches my eyes.

"ESU.Empire State University. Guess he gets back his work as a lecturer there. And that is the first place I need to go." I said toward Amy.

"After I finish have these first." I continued as I start to eat all the cake slices in a matter of minutes.

I grab my strawberry smoothie cup and is about to walk out until someone opens the door as my eyes widen seeing who just enter this place.

"Anya Corazon. And she had to be with her other friends." I see she is with Julie Power, Ava Ayala, Victor Alvarez, Hisako Hichiki and lastly Laura Kinney.

Oh fuck. I never knew she will hang out with these guys.

I try to ignore them as I did not even glance at them as I walk out of the cafe but then a hand grab my right arm as I turn behind only to see Laura who now stares directly on my face.

Oh my, Parker Luck. Of all the time you strike, it had to be the one where a female has a very good tracking scent like her father.

"What do you need from me?" I ask her as I maintain my composure.

"P-peter." She called out my name as I flinch for a second but then shake her hand off from my arm.

"Sorry, but you get the wrong person." I quickly get away from her but I forgot one thing about her which is her persistence as she gets in front of me while looking directly at my face.

"Y-y--" I can tell she is not believing that Peter Parker is alive since no one heard the news about me and probably they have seen my blood at the place where the original Peter Parker committed suicide.

A week ago, I visited the place where Peter Parker committed suicide only to see a sign of someone is here based on new footsteps and a hole in the room.

"Someone must be here. And they must have thought that I, Peter Parker are dead with my body probably have been picked up by someone to be buried." I thought it in my head as I sit in this room.

"Hey. I do not know what to say but I have become a new hero using your body. With this Ultimatrix that probably make many people jealous, envious and after my head since this thing makes me turn into the like of Thor, Black Bolt, Gladiator, Eternals and maybe the Hulk.

I have to kick some of your sidekick ass and Ant-Man's too. They probably hate me right now but we also hate them a lot too. I want to tell you this.

I will no longer be a wimpy and kind-hearted guy anymore. Anyone who opposes me will be dealt with seriously by me whether they are crippled or lost their lives. So, I will visit this place again when I want to reminisce about the thing I have been doing these past weeks.

Oh, I also met some of your friends and aunt. I give them a piece of my, no our mind. Hope you are not mad or sad when I said those things, toward your aunt. So yeah, I feel stupid right now talking alone in this room. I have work to do. Ciao." I bid goodbye to this place.

My eyes grow cold as I glare at her.

"Please get out of the way," I told her in a blank tone as I walk toward her but she blocks my way.

"Tsk." I click my tongue seeing this.

"P-peter, i-is that y-you?" She asks me in a shaky tone as I am about to tell her to go away until Amy contact me.

"Found him. I already send his current location. Make sure you go there fast." Amy said making me quickly look at the address on my phone only to frown as he is at the New York Train Station.

"What is he doing there?" I thought in my mind but I put away my phone as Laura already try to grab me but I this time hold her hand.

"Look here. I am not Peter Parker. Not him anymore. He is already dead. And you better tell this to the other guys and girls. And do not come to find me." I tell her with venom laced in my tone as I freed her arm while running toward the New York Station.

"Laura? Who is that man?" Anya, AKA Spider-Girl ask X-23.

"er," Laura replied but in a low tone making her friends do not hear it.

"Can you repeat that? I did not hear it." Anya tells the female mutant who look at her friend as her eyes are watering.

"Peter Parker," Laura replied making the female spiderling blood goes cold as she immediately grabs Laura's collar.

"A-are you serious? It is not one of his books, right? You are not hallucinating you are seeing him right?" Anya asks Laura who nod his head.

"His scent. It is very familiar to what I smell in t-the s-same r-room we f-found h-his blood trails." Laura replied as Anya widen his eyes.

Her mentor and idol are still alive. Bit there is still doubt of the man is a come since she already sees many of his clones.

"But maybe this time it is the real him." Anya mutter.

Her other friends just keep quiet knowing how both females relationship with the first and original Spider-Man.

And they know how sad and devastated they are after hearing Spider-Man is not alive anymore as they did not find his body with a lot of blood belonging to him is discovered in a room of an abandoned building after months passed since the last time they see him.

"D-do you know where he is going?" She asks Laura who nodded her head.

"I can still smell his scent," Laura replied.

"Good. Lead us toward him." Anya then turns his head.

"Sorry guys but we need to take a little detour," Anya said.

"Nah. It's okay." Victor told her.

"Me too," Hisako informs her.

"Me three," Ava said.

"Come on, lead us to this person you both want to find," Julie told them as the group cause after Peter who is unaware of this.

"Enforcer. The cops have arrived. Go alien right now." Amy said to me.

"I have hacked the train security cameras and it is worse. It seemed your foe has brought in a gas tank that he spread in the tunnel changing all the person in the underground train station.

Amy told me as I go to an alley.

" Okay. All cameras are off." Amy said as I take a second to chose my alien.

"Need to choose an alien that can take on many people here. Time to try out this guy." I smack down my hand onto the Ultimatrix as my body undergoes a new transformation.

My body gets envelop by many green vines as my leg has become four with my head has a shell that opens revealing my current appearance that only has an eye.

"Wildvine. This guy will do." I jump toward the tunnel ignoring the shouts from the cops as I descend to the underground train station only to see green gas with all the purple in there has become Half Lizard.

Without giving them time to attack me, 2 of my leg enter the ground as then all of the Half Lizard mutated people change get bind by many green vines leaving the Lizard who roars at me as he throws the container that has green gas spreading through it.

A vine catches the vine as they envelop it as I did not know how to handle this leaking gas. Since if I take out this thing up, many people will get infected.

The Lizard take this chance to run away using the train tunnel as I click my tongue as then I remembered one alien that can absorb the gas.

"He can absorb it right? Time to test my theory." I look at my Ultimatrix as my hand slap it as my body now is covered with red armour as I now have good cover my face with 2 holes on my palm.

"Water Hazard!" I announced.

"Let's see if I can absorb it." I point both of my arms as I begin to will them to absorb the gas. One of these alienability is to absorb moisture so it will make sense for me to absorb this green gas.

The green gas slowly enters the hole as I am glad this alien is immune to any gas as I slowly walk forward ignoring the growls from some of the Half Lizard mutated people.

Soon, the green gas has disappeared as a sigh in relief seeing my attempt is successful. Phew, gives me a scare there.

And now, I need to turn back these guys back to human.

"Ultimatrix. Scan these mutated guys. All of them and check the abnormality in their DNA. And then, cure them." I command my Ultimatrix while touching it.

The symbol glows green as it replied to my command.

"Scanning," Ultimatrix said as it shot a scanning pulse toward these people.

"Unknown DNA genetic founded in their body. Proceeding to cure them." Ultimatrix then glows a bit brighter as it unleashes the same pulse energy but this time it did something.

I can see how all the mutated people have their half-lizard appearance slowly disappear as some of the reptile skin fall to the floor as they all return to a normal human.

"Report," I mutter.

"All damaged Genetic DNA have been cured. Ultimatrix's energy core has been depleted about 4%. Proceed to recharge mode when the host is ready to do it." My Ultimatrix told me I will recharge this after I track down the Lizard.

But first, let's free this guy from their vines. Changing back to Wildvine, I free them.

"Okay guys, you can now go up and tell the cops that you have been cured," I told them as I disappear from their sight as I have a villain to catch.

I emerge myself in the alley as I turn back to my human form.

Putting both of my feet in my skateboard, I touch my ear com to contact Amy.

"Amy. Where is the Lizard?" I ask her as I grab something from my pocket as it is an elastic mask that I put on my face as it makes my face be covered by a domino mask.

My jacket meanwhile still the same but this time I put a disk on my chest as then a suit expanded as it enveloped my whole body.

It is a suit that is made to withstand bulletproof, has resistance to high and low temperatures.

Those are all I have right now since this suit is not my main one. And it comes with white and a black marking resembling the skirt that Ben 10000 with the pant is black.

"Statue of Lady Liberty. And it seems he has a brilliant idea to do the same thing he did in the underground train station." That is all I need to hear from her as I move there with the top speed of my skateboard as I skillfully avoided many obstacles such as humans, dogs and public transports.

Minutes pass as I can see Lizard who now is at the top of the statue of Lady Liberty has a containment gas but this time much bigger.

*SCREECH*

Making a drift as well as stopping myself, I strap the skateboard on my back as I scroll through the Ultimatrix Dial.

"Better hope you can handle this Doctor. Going hero." The Ultimatrix has been push down was a green flash envelop me as I become Four Arms back.

"Hey Lizard face, how about you fight one on one with me. Mano to mano? Or you are too afraid to face the mighty Four Arms?" I flex my muscles while feeling too cringe saying these line.

And the Lizard did not take my mocking as bait to attack me making me offended.

"Guess you are just a lizard that has a brain that is the size of a walnut. I mean choosing this place to spread your gas to make the people here become half your kind. So cliche. This feels like a script from B-Rated movies." I said loudly as the people around me snicker hearing this as the Lizard glares at me.

"Guess even the great Lizard feels lonely seeing he is the only person who is the Lizard here. I mean it is not like he can mate with another Lizard that has the same appearance as him. Poor him. A single villain that no one interest in him and a foolish one at that. If I was him, I will find a cure myself back to human again rather than spread a race that has an unattractive and disgusting appearance." I continue as some other visitors are now laughing hearing my mocking toward the Lizard who now is furious with him leave the gas containment alone and lung at me.

A wide smirk plastered on my face as I start to jump toward him, delivering a Superman punch on his face as he drops down to the ground as I smash his stomach without mercy.

"First lesson when fighting against me. Do not be overwhelmed by me." I start to hammer punch him without holding back as he tried to lush me away but due to my constant use of all my fours fist to hit him without holding back, he now is in a miserable state all his ribs have been broken with his option is to bite my neck.

But both my upper arm choked him with the lower catches his tail.

And you know what come next folks.

"RARGHH!" I start to pull them apart as the Lizard now frantically want to avoid that but his tail has slowly torn off as it then gets separated with the blood sprayed on the ground and my a tire.

But I can see how the tail seems is about to grow back and I start to get a suplex him making his head buried deeply on the ground shaking my surrounding.

"Huh? You are still up? Sweet." I replied as I yakuza kick him as he gets thrown backwards as the Lizard hold his stomach as he looks at me but now fear can be seen in his eyes.

A right hook hit his face sending him across the field as he stands up and tries to run but I did not give him the chance as I punch the ground making the ground stand to get destroyed as he jumped up only to be met with a punch that hit his face strongly that send him back to the ground.

"GERONIMO!" I land on his stomach with focusing all my weight on 2 elbows that make the Lizard roar in pain.

The villain now looks like he is about to die as then I look at him

Yup, no pity against this guy. I kick him on his gut as he gets throw backwards as I crouch down to meet his eyes.

"Remember this villain. You do this again, I am going to snap your neck, ending your life instantly." I said to him as I touch the Ultimatrix on my chest.

"Initiate the curing beam toward the being in front of me," I said toward the Ultimatrix which beep in response as a green beam hit the Lizard who scream as his skin slowly faded away as the humanoid Lizard has become completely normal human back as Doctor Curtis fell on the floor, unconscious.

"Okay. My task here is done." I turn my head behind only to see a group of heroes behind me.

And by the look of it, they did not want me to let me go peacefully.
