2 Chapter 2: The Scroll

"You don't have a speech function, but can you at the very least answer my questions?." James asked, the window screen shook, and flipped like a page. It then started to write words.

[What are your questions?.]

"Well, if I summon an anime characters will they be loyal only to me?, or will there be a chance that they would likely to betray me?." James knew how powerful those anime characters are, if he summon one of them and would rebel against his words, then he would rather not summon any. Those overpowered characters can kill him with a single finger, and James prioritizes his safety than others..

[The anime characters that you summon would be 100% only loyal to you, they will be given the basic information of this world. There would never betray you...]

"That's reassuring, tell me, how do I even create and spread their gospels at this times?..There are cults, but their extremely hidden without a trace.." James pondered, there aren't many cults unlike the past, but there are gangs, but what would he do with gangs...

[You can buy items that can be helpful to you in the system shop.]

"I asked you a question, instead you advertise your shop, very helpful.." James said with a sarcastic tone, he pressed the shopping cart icon on the side of the window screen.

He scrolled up and down, the prices are that of dollar currency, James kept scrolling but he didn't find anything useful. There were even items that were perverted, for example a brief that can allow you to hide your boner..

James pressed the search bar, and typed. He needed a helpful item, not these sh*ts that can hide a boner. James stared at the description of the item, he instantly smiled. "This is it!, haha.." James stared at the price.." What the heck?, how can a crummy old paper that can float and shine for a few minutes be this expensive?."

[The price is 700$, it's expensive because I the system have to teleport the scroll and also create a small dungeon to act as the safekeeping..]

"Hayss..Fine.." James took a hammer from he's tool box, he used the hammer to break his piggy bank, "My hard earned money..goodbye.." James counted the money, it was exactly 700$..

"Where do I put the money?.." James stared at the system, a jar appeared, and a sign telling him to put the money there. James couldn't help but feel despondent, this was his hard earned money from pick pocketing, he had so much trouble running away from the cops.

James was born in this world in a crummy orphanage, he had looks but he's body was small, he looked like a shota, even now James growth spurt still hasn't come out, he can also be mistaken as an elementary student because of his baby face.

James didn't bother enrolling in school, he decided to live he's life free and yes flat broke. But it was fun, what's the use of money if this world is going to get destroyed anyways, James spent his life traveling to multiple countries, he did that by foot only, he started his journey at the young age of five.

He met many people along the way, but James never let them penetrate his heart. He was a lone wolf.

James shook his head away from his immersive thoughts, he stared at the system interface.

[Payment accepted, create a dungeon or a shrine to put you're scroll..]

James started the design, he made the design just like a shrine, with white pavements and 20 statues, after a few minutes it came out horribly he wasn't great at designing so he just followed the design like the dungeon from solo leveling, but minus the killing part. The huge statue was change into James face.

He would be alerted and teleported into the dungeon once a human set foot inside.

"This will be awesome!, but where should I put the dungeon.." James pondered and a smile rose. "That will be a good spot.."
