"Rhodes, I know you're on my side, and you've been taking care of me, so this time, I want to take care of you too," Tony Stark said seriously. "Without the suit, you won't fare well in the military."

"I can handle it," James Rhodes replied.

"But there's no need to," Tony Stark continued. "If I give you a set of armor, you'll have an explanation for the military, and they won't continue to hound me like flies. It's a win-win situation for both of us."

"Tony..."

"Besides, I'm just one person. To protect the world, Iron Man alone is not enough."

"You didn't say that during the press conference."

"I didn't say it to you," Tony Stark retorted. "Take a suit of armor, and you can help me maintain world peace together."

"Alright," James Rhodes thought about it and agreed with Tony Stark's suggestion.

"But I can't just give it to you," Tony Stark added. "You need to 'snatch' it from me."

"Snatch it?"

"Yes, Rhodes, you know as well as I do that it's not just the military eyeing my suits. There are too many forces out there. Once I open the door to give them away, they won't stop until they get what they want. That's why you have to take it."

"Okay."

"I'll throw a party, do something ridiculous, and then you'll be fed up and snatch the armor. How does that script sound?"

"Sounds good."

And so, Tony Stark made headlines by getting into a fight with a friend at a party, and his suit of armor was directly snatched away. It became the front-page news for major newspapers.

When it came to Tony Stark, people didn't spare their words. The entire page was filled with stories about the incident, even detailing how many repulsor beams Tony Stark fired during the party.

Meanwhile, Justin Hammer, who was always eager to compare himself to Tony Stark, also made it to the newspapers. Originally, the media intended to give him a headline, but unfortunately, Tony Stark caused another commotion.

As a result, the once-dead Justin Hammer's story was relegated to a small corner of the paper, with a headline that read: "Justin Hammer Found Dead Naked on the Street After a Night of Revelry with Bikini Models - Moral Decay or Twisted Humanity?"

"Who wrote this title? It's so shameless," Tony Stark commented, tossing the newspaper aside after reading the headline.

His original intention was just to get Justin Hammer sent to jail, but he never expected Nick Fury to be so ruthless and have him killed.

To be honest, even according to the video footage, Justin Hammer didn't deserve to die, let alone the fact that he hadn't done anything yet.

But Tony Stark wasn't going to stand up for Justin Hammer. He was dead, and there was no bringing him back.

In the end, he was just a small-time person, not worth the time of the famous Iron Man to waste on.

"No shame? Tony, don't you find it strange to say those words from your own mouth?" James Rhodes couldn't help but say, "Is there anyone in this world more shameless than you?"

"The group of idiots is looking for someone to upgrade the armor system, right?" Tony Stark asked.

"Although I assured them that it's unnecessary, they wouldn't believe me," James Rhodes said, looking helpless. "They went to hire experts. It's funny; the best expert is sitting right next to me, but they're going for those third-rate folks!"

"Rhodes, once the armor's system is upgraded, remember to come over and let me take a look," Tony Stark said. "It's not just about craftsmanship; if it falls into the wrong hands, things could get bad."

"Alright."

When Tony Stark saw the newspaper, Steve Rogers saw it too, but Steve's reaction was more intense than Tony Stark's.

"Fury, you did this, didn't you!" Steve Rogers found Nick Fury with the newspaper in hand the moment he saw it.

"Captain, what are you talking about? I have no idea," Nick Fury denied it outright.

"You think I'll believe this was just an accident?" Steve Rogers wasn't easily fooled.

"Captain, whether you believe it or not, it doesn't concern me at all," Nick Fury said. "This man's death has nothing to do with me, so why should I care what you think?"

"Fury, you went after him because of the Answer Space video, right?" Steve Rogers said. "He's already dead, and Ivan Vanko probably won't make it either. Since you dealt with Ivan Vanko, there was no need for this man to die like in the video. He didn't have to."

"He didn't have to die?" Nick Fury chuckled. "Captain, even if the events in the video didn't happen, can you guarantee that Justin Hammer wouldn't do something else?"

"But you don't know what he would have done."

"Captain, don't you know that a major event like the Battle of New York happens at least once a year?" Nick Fury fixed his one-eyed gaze on Steve Rogers. "You know very well who the key is to resolving the Battle of New York. It's not about whether you can withstand a nuclear bomb or not, but rather that individual strength doesn't matter much in such a catastrophe. Captain, facing the Chitauri army, even if you and Hulk and Thor are powerful, how many aliens can you kill? If Stark hadn't dealt with the root cause, could you have stopped the Chitauri from occupying Earth? And Stark, even if he can't withstand a nuclear bomb, if he develops hundreds or thousands of suits of armor, he will be more powerful than anyone in this battle! If he's given enough time, he alone can take care of the Chitauri!"

"Fury, I know Stark is crucial..."

"Captain, as long as you know." Nick Fury interrupted Steve Rogers. "So, I won't allow anyone to disturb Tony Stark. We don't have time, Captain! I know there are some dirty jobs that none of you want to do, so I'll handle it."

"You can throw him in jail!"

"Captain, Justin Hammer is not just some street thug; he has someone behind him! With the limitations on using SHIELD's power, it's more difficult to put him in jail than to get rid of him. And even if he goes to jail, who knows if he'll ever get out? He has significant resources! Captain, I have too many things to deal with. Let alone Loki and Ultron, just dealing with HYDRA is giving me headaches. I don't have the extra eyes to keep an eye on Justin Hammer!"

The Mechanic's skills were excellent, and in the eyes of others, Justin Hammer's death seemed like a genuine accident. However, anyone involved in the Answer Space game or who had seen the video knew it was Nick Fury's doing.

Aside from Steve Rogers, no one else spoke up against Nick Fury's actions.

Three days later, another piece of news came, shifting Steve Rogers' attention once again.

"Ulysses Klaue has entered the country and will be conducting a transaction with someone at a casino in Brooklyn!"

Ulysses Klaue, a name that everyone was familiar with from the Age of Ultron, where the Avengers clashed with Ultron, Quicksilver, and Scarlet Witch on his turf.

People speculated that Ulysses Klaue was trying to sell Vibranium to Ultron.

Since then, Ulysses Klaue had been on everyone's radar, but unfortunately, he had been running around overseas, and no one had the time to deal with him.

Now, he finally arrived in the United States.

"This man has Vibranium on him, make sure to capture him alive," Nick Fury emphasized.

"Understood." Steve Rogers also knew the importance of capturing Ulysses Klaue.

Indeed, this time, Steve Rogers personally led the team, with Clint Barton as support, to ensure nothing went wrong.

To be able to get two members of the Avengers involved, Ulysses Klaue could also feel proud of himself.

Brooklyn, Royal Casino.

Ethan Hunt wore a ridiculously ugly duck-billed hat and held a glass of red wine, hiding in a corner, his sharp eyes scanning the crowd.

Then, he saw a burly man with seven or eight followers swaggering in.

Ethan Hunt almost turned and ran, but he thought again; this guy was a notorious arms dealer, and the FBI had nothing to do with him, right?

Besides, his entire team was wiped out, and he was inexplicably wanted by the FBI. Apart from this black market arms dealer, he had no other way to get weapons.

So, Ethan Hunt stopped in his tracks.

"I had a feeling one day the FBI would trade with me, but I didn't expect it to be the famous Ethan Hunt," Ulysses Klaue approached Ethan Hunt and even opened his arms, seemingly wanting to give Ethan Hunt a hug.

"You've brought too many people," Ethan Hunt frowned.

"Them?" Ulysses Klaue turned to look at the people behind him and burst into laughter, "You think they're here for you?"

"So, are there more people coming?" Ethan Hunt asked.

"In our line of work, we all have enemies, but mine are slightly more powerful," Ulysses Klaue gestured with his two fingers an inch apart, then felt it wasn't enough and used both hands to show a foot. "It should be this much stronger."

"You don't look like a coward."

"Hahaha, you understand me, I like that. But not being afraid doesn't mean not being prepared. Honestly, if it wasn't for fear of the casino owner misunderstanding, I would have brought even more people."

"You're right, these people are not enough." Suddenly, an unexpected voice rang out.

Ethan Hunt looked around and saw a man wearing a duck-billed hat standing on the side, holding his arms, looking like he had been there for a while.

"I thought it was someone from Wakanda coming!" Ulysses Klaue turned around and saw the man with the hat, Steve Rogers. He was first surprised, then burst into laughter. "Who are you, the lover of this FBI wanted man? Otherwise, why are you all wearing hats?"

"Ulysses Klaue, come with me, I have some questions for you," Steve Rogers said.

"How about I ask you a question first?" Ulysses Klaue pulled out his gun and aimed it at Steve Rogers' head. Before he could raise his hand, a fist hit him, sending him flying.

Not only was he sent flying, but his men behind him were also knocked down.

With one punch, Steve Rogers knocked down seven or eight men, and the place fell silent.

Ulysses Klaue was almost knocked unconscious by the punch and couldn't get up.

Steve Rogers single-handedly grabbed Ulysses Klaue and threw him over his shoulder, carrying him away.

None of his henchmen dared to step forward.

"Cough, cough!" Ulysses Klaue took a while to recover and speak. "At first, I just thought you looked like him, but with your strength, you're beyond an ordinary person. Could you be Captain America himself?"

"It seems being too famous isn't a good thing," Steve Rogers muttered. "Can't stay low-key."

"You're really Captain America?" Ulysses Klaue was shocked. "But I thought you were dead? Who brought you back to life? Or are you a clone?"

"Hope your words keep going that way." Steve Rogers walked out through the back door, and an inconspicuous van was parked there.

Bang!

Clint Barton jumped down from who knows where, putting away his bow and arrows. "I thought I'd get to shoot a couple of arrows."

"It's best not to cause a commotion," Steve Rogers said, then handcuffed Ulysses Klaue and stuffed him into the van.

"Captain America, I'm sure we have no grievances, so what are you doing?" Ulysses Klaue didn't seem panicked even though he was captured. "I thought you were dead!"

"I've already told you, I have some questions for you."

"Then why don't you ask? I've been prepared to answer, but you never ask!"

"Did you trade Vibranium?"

"That's what this is all about? You can't find your shield? You need Vibranium to make a new one?" Ulysses Klaue burst into laughter. "You could've just traded with me; there's no need for all this. Maybe I would've given you a discount since you're Captain America, but now, sorry, even if you're Captain America, I can only give you a 20% discount."

"Ulysses Klaue, we want to know where your Vibranium comes from," Clint Barton said.

"Wakanda," Ulysses Klaue replied.

"Wakanda?" Clint Barton burst out laughing.

"Is that so funny?" Ulysses Klaue asked.

"Of course, it's hilarious." Clint Barton said, "That's one of the poorest countries in the world, and from what I know, they're still in the agricultural age." He turned to Ulysses Klaue, "I never thought you could spin a tale even better than Tony Stark."

"Agricultural age? Hahaha!" Upon hearing this, Ulysses Klaue laughed so hard that he could hardly stand up, tears almost streaming from his eyes.
