44 The Goddess Of Death.

Helheim was one of the afterlife realms connected to the World Tree, Yggdrasil, as well as its other layers such Niflheim and Valhalla.

Unlike Niflheim, while Helheim was cold, it was not to the point of freezing the water, and there were also special types of herbs and plants that grow here that help the dead to renew their skin, giving them an appearance similar to their past life, although the dead of this world were not allowed to use it.

This was a barren world, with a dark red sky and a land made up of Netherrack and soul sand, while there were several trees made of unknown wood.

Unlike Niflheim, the people of Helheim are not driven slowly crazed, but rather being forced into an endless cycle of fighting, dying, fighting by the Queen of Helheim, Hela.

Hela was sitting in her throne with her legs crossed, amidst crowds of the living dead equipped with weapons and metal shields, fighting against each other as if it were a war.

Hela was a 2.13-meter-tall woman wearing black and green latex clothes showing her shoulders, black hair and green eyes, but these features were concealed by the mask of her crown and cloak, however, the underside of her face shows that she possesses the beauty of a goddess.

Watching the dead only fall to be resuscitated later, only to be brought down again, she couldn't help but smile sadistically, even after thousands of years of being the ruler of Helheim, this scene still entertains her as it always has.

Suddenly, she felt a person entering her world from the Bridge of the Damned, earlier she felt another person too, but because he was just a weak dwarf she thought that he had managed to trick Helsen and pass, so she left the dwarf alone and decided to teach Helsen a lesson later, because She was the one who hired him.

While she was enjoying being Queen of Helheim, but she was not interested in Niflheim, all of her inhabitants went crazy in the end and was unable to conquer monsters that did not know even the meaning of submission, when she went there once and tried to establish her rule, she was attacked by an infinite number of Hell walkers and other creatures, as she thought Niflheim was extremely cold.

On the other hand, Valhalla was like Heaven, but She could not conquer it because it falls under the rule of the ancient laws and Odin, so all that remains for her is Helheim.

But now, she felt that the person who entered her realm was a living person, when focusing on his sensing, she found that he was an Asgardian, although his divine energy was slightly different, but he was definitely an Asgardian, and he was carrying Helsen stone weapon.

Upon seeing this, Hela tightened her grip on her throne and an ugly expression appeared on her face, this humble Asgardian murdered her servant, stormed her kingdom without permission, and he used her servant's weapon without any shame!

She did not resist the anger that appeared inside her, but she embraced it and turned it into hatred immediately. Her body was covered in a white light before she disappeared and reappeared, ten meters away from this Asgardian.

"Tell me, Lesser Life! What prevents me from killing you and crushing your soul with my bare hands ?!"

Looking at the goddess of death that appeared in front of him, Valli did not panic and ignored the insult in her words, while he prayed to himself that this situation would not develop into a fight.

"I apologize, Goddess of death, but I am not intending to encroach on your domain and I am only a mere passenger ," said Valli, as he showed his respect.

"A passenger? A passenger does not kill the servants of the master of the house!" Hela said as she looked at Valli from above.

Hearing this, Valli couldn't help but think, Master of the House? If you do not want your servants to die, do not by my name make them try to kill everyone who wants to cross! However, he remained silent before Hela.

Hela looked at Valli for a while and thought that since this Asgardian had killed Helsen, it would only be fair for him to take his place, she said as she stepped forward, "I won't kill you slowly and painfully if you kneel before me and swear to serve me for the rest of your pitiful life."

Upon hearing this words, a resentment appeared on Valli's face as he expected something similar to happen, sighing inwardly as he said, "Fighting it is ..."

Hela immediately waved her hand and several black daggers were sent towards Vale, but Valli reacted quickly and jumped back several steps, and used the sword-axe in order to block the daggers.

However, Valli did not stop and rushed at his extreme speed more than 4 Walkers towards Hala, swinging his sword-axe towards her, in an attempt to defeat her quickly.

Hela was surprised for a moment at Valli's speed, but she reacted quickly and summoned her nightsword and swung him towards him, even though she did not use her full strength.

When the swords collided together, it was astonishing that Hela's arm was slightly turned back, and she couldn't help but be surprised that this Asgardian possessed this kind of strength, and she felt it a shame that he did not want to serve her.

While Hela was surprised, Valli took advantage of this opportunity and used the Aard rune with his left hand, as a telekinetic wave was fired from his hand and Hela was pushed back several meters before she could stop herself.

Valli pointed his index finger towards Hela and began to fire Finn shots at her, and Hela couldn't help but focus on blocking these shots.

However, she had no difficulty with this, she was in Her realm, and she was currently far above the peak of her power, it would be a shame if one Asgardian could pose a threat to her.

She also no longer feels angry, while she was unsure at first, but now she definitely wants Valli to become her Herald, and if he does not want this, she will break him and shape him in her image.
