20 Operation Blue: Final phase.

After knocking out Black Widow into goodnight sleep, I turned my attention to Sterns, who was huddled behind a desk, but with his elongated head still exposed. It was a comical sight that made me shake my head in disbelief.

He looked ridiculous.

"Sterns, your big brain makes you an easy target," I warned, implying that he should consider the vulnerability posed by his elongated cranium when attempting to take cover.

"Yes, I have always been intelligent, but now I feel even smarter. but I shall serve no one, for I am now changed. I see my future unfolding; it is an illustrious future defined by power and influence, a future that begins today," he cried out loudly, accompanied by maniacal laughter.

I simply regarded him with a weary expression as he delved into his villainous persona, sighing inwardly.

I knew dealing with Sterns would be a pain in the butt. While he possessed valuable knowledge and abilities, which made him an invaluable asset, his unpredictability presented its own set of complications. Nonetheless, I had a solution in mind to address this particular issue.

"I didn't mean that; I meant your big head; it makes you an easy target. Anyone could blindfoldedly headshot you. Now, let's go. Up, up," I said, gesturing in the direction we needed to go.

Abruptly, Sterns ceased his laughter and shot me a piercing glare, clearly displeased that I hadn't indulged in his villainous display. Reluctantly, he started moving, following my instructions.

We ascended the stairs hastily, Sterns was clutching his bag tightly while I followed closely my footsteps thudding behind him with urgency.

Upon reaching the rooftop, I forcefully swung the door open.

The air was filled with screams, explosions, gunshots, and the menacing roars of the Abomination.

Sterns's eyes widened as he scanned the tumultuous surroundings, growing increasingly panicked at the clear absence of escape means.

"How are we going to leave? Are we expected to jump from the roof? What is our plan here, sir?" He angrily screamed, his voice filled with frustration.

"Stay calm, or I will knock your big head off. The ship is over there," I reassured him calmly, maintaining my composure while looking up.

"A ship?" he questioned, tilting his elongated head in confusion.

Suddenly, a door materialized out of thin air as the ship remained cloaked. Sterns watched in awe, his eyes darting around, taking in every detail of the alien interior.

"Get inside and refrain from any mischief or trying to do anything funny. Keep your hands to yourself. I will go deal with our monstrous friend, understood?" I instructed in my distorted modulated voice.

He nodded, his curiosity evident as he continued to absorb the remarkable sight within the ship while ignoring me.

"Who exactly are you? And who do you work for? This... this technology is remarkably advanced. What is all of this and what is that?" He inquired, his curiosity getting the better of him as I picked up the massive boltgun and prepared to depart.

"This is a cure for our monstrous friend. Wait here," I responded, swiftly shutting the ship's door behind me and sending myself soaring into the air.

As I propelled myself with great velocity, creating sonic booms in my wake toward the source of the thunderous roars and explosive chaos.

As I soared through the sky, Harlem lay in ruins, a chaotic mess woven by the abomination that was going through a power trip.

Buildings crumbled like fragile sandcastles, and the echoes of terrified screams reverberated through the air. Smoke billowed, mingling with the acrid stench of fear and devastation.

This was the moment where the grim realization that in this world, the truths once deemed self-evident were no longer steadfast, and the notion of equality seemed to crumble alongside the crumbling cityscape.

Iron man declaration that he is the battery-powered tin can was the start, but now it's not power armor anymore, but monstrous Titans that can toss you into orbit and rain ruin upon your neighborhood.

This is where events like 9/11 will be happening every weekend in this world.

And the populace was left helpless in the face of such overwhelming force, forced to watch as this unstoppable change swept through their lives.

But for me, This is a chance for me to drive-test my powers, and I relished the thought of a foe who wouldn't crumble at my touch but would instead writhe in agony before meeting his ultimate demise.

As I closed in on the site of Abomination's rampage, I witnessed a horrifying scene unfolding before me.

Abomination charged towards a shattered humvee, where a group of soldiers huddled in terror, completely powerless and unable to mount any form of defense.

The intent to kill emanated from Abomination, as he mercilessly targeted them with a singular purpose.

He reached them and kicked A Taxi with a stump and held it above his head to use it as a hammer.

"Give me a real fight" he roared.

However, before Abomination could carry out his merciless attack, I swiftly flew towards him, delivering a powerful punch that sent him tumbling uncontrollably.

The taxi caught mid-air, was gently lowered to the ground, averting further destruction.

As Abomination was tumbling uncontrollably at a great speed wrecking anything in his way, not being able to stop I was helping the people around to get away.

Soon I flew to where the abomination has crushed.

Abomination was struggling to regain composure, nursing his caved-in rib cage and wheezing in pain, a sense of disappointment washed over me once again feeling underwhelmed again.

"Can't you at least endure a few punches before turning into mush? You asked for a real fight, but it seems you can't handle one," I jestingly remarked, observing his hideous visage.

Taking slow, deliberate steps, I advanced towards the fallen Abomination, my gaze fixed upon its grotesque face devoid of reason or empathy. Its twisted features contorted with sadistic glee, reveling in the chaos it had wrought upon the city.

"uuuuuughhaaa" he said, whatever language that was.

With a burst of force, I launched myself at Abomination, my fists striking with the force of an unstoppable locomotive. The impact generated shockwaves, sending debris flying in all directions. Momentarily staggered by the sheer power of my blows, the monstrous ugly faltered.

"What's the matter? Can't handle a real punch?" I goaded, further fueling its rage.

In retaliation, Abomination unleashed a torrent of furious punches, each capable of shattering steel. Yet, they failed to make an impact, as my armor and body remained impervious to the failed assault.

I dodged the last one then I mounted it like a horse and I clenched into it with all my force.

while Abomination was groaning from pain, I did an alligator barrel roll and lift him from the ground by the arm I am holding into the air and slamming him with force.

He groaned again and stood up while still holding his ribcage which is healing slowly.

I cooked a haymaker and launched it into his jaw sending him flying to the sky.

~Meanwhile on Thunderbolt's chopper...

"Tell them to bring everything they've got and head for Harlem," Ross commanded, his face etched with anger.

"It has to be me. You have to take me back there" Bruce implored, urging Ross to open the chopper door so he could confront Abomination.

"Sir, we have an update," a communications officer interrupted.

"Very well, open the backdoor for him," Ross ordered, acknowledging the urgency.

"What is it, officer?" he inquired, shifting his attention to the officer.

"We have reports of a figure clad in black power armor at the scene. They claim he's attempting to subdue Blonsky," the officer relayed in a hurried manner.

"Stark!!" Ross spat.

~Meanwhile, on the ground….

As I propelled Abomination into the sky, a thunderous roar reached my ears.

"Damn it, it's Hulk," I muttered under my breath.

swiftly turning my gaze to spot the green behemoth charging toward me. once he reached me he stopped and looked at me while tilting his head in confusion.

I addressed Hulk, attempting to reason with him.

"Hey, Hulk! Could you maybe lend me a hand?" I called out, hoping to tap into his rational side.

But soon that perplexed look faded as he started to glare and rage again, Before Hulk could unleash another ear-splitting roar, Abomination crashed down behind me, stealing Hulk's attention.

The beaten and battered form of Abomination perplexed Hulk even more, momentarily diverting his rage away from me.

However, that diversion was short-lived, as Hulk promptly swatted me aside, caught off guard by his sudden change of focus I was unable to guard.

Frantically, I regained control and prevented myself from crashing into a nearby building, soaring back into the air. Meanwhile, Hulk continued his relentless assault on the already weakened Abomination.

"Hey, you! Leave some for me!" I exclaimed, frustration seeping into my voice as I hovered above the ongoing brawl.

"No!" Hulk bellowed back at me.

Suddenly, Abomination regained his composure and unleashed a powerful punch that sent Hulk hurtling through the air, eliciting a desperate roar from the green giant.

we then all started trading blows and passing abominations between us like a football.

At this point, my amusement had faded, replaced by weariness. I had anticipated an exhilarating battle, envisioning myself pummeling Abomination into a pulp. Yet, it had devolved into a chaotic spectacle, causing more destruction than I had bargained for.

"If I can't have fun, neither can Hulk," I mused inwardly.

I brandished my boltgun and aimed it at the abomination's huge calves and sent a disintegration piercing around.

With a resounding crack, the disintegration projectile struck its target.

Abomination flashed a twisted grin, seemingly unaffected by the attack.

then boom, his legs were shattered, causing him to collapse to the ground in a flurry of roars and anguish. The pain had finally caught up to him.

"it's clobberin' time" I cried.

at this point, I run out of f*cks to give and I descended upon his chest, relentless blows raining down upon him. With each strike, he thrashed and flailed like a trapped rabbit, unable to escape my grasp.

I was using my flying ability to pin him firmly to the ground, ensuring he remained immobilized and at my mercy.

now he started pleading seeing his coming demise. At this point, I had grown apathetic to his pleas.

Amidst his thunderous roars, Abomination's cries took on a desperate tone, his voice carrying across a three-block radius. "Please... plea... stop... I'm begging you!" he bellowed, his words echoing through the city streets.

"Did you grant any mercy to the lives you took today?" My voice reverberated, reaching the ears of all those gathered.

The weight of each word is amplified by the suit's acoustic abilities to resonate at maximum volume.

Even the mighty Hulk paused and started watching while clutching a fresh wound on his shoulder, as the crowd began to assemble, drawn in by the brutality of the scene unfolding before them.

Thunderbolt Ross himself descended in his chopper, witnessing the Hulk standing alongside the onlookers.

As I finished reducing Abomination's chest to a pulpy mess, leaving him teetering on the edge of consciousness, I stood upright and made my way toward his face.

"plea.. please" he whispered, his plea, barely audible, barely registered. Without hesitation, I thrust both hands into his eyes, rendering him blind.

Ascending into the air once more, a portion of my mask retracted, my eyes flushing blinding red laser beams, Methodically, I began severing each of his limbs, transforming him into a helpless mound.

The onlookers gasped in horror, unable to comprehend the merciless nature of my actions. With Abomination's regeneration abilities proven inadequate against my onslaught, I firmly gripped him by the neck digging my hands deep within, ascending towards the vast expanse of the night sky.

Reaching the orbit, I summoned a transport ship and promptly loaded Abomination within. Without hesitation or remorse, I directed the vessel towards the sun, ensuring his final destination would be one of complete annihilation.
