45 Wang Xue Had ENOUGH

Wang Xue and the little white cat was clearly making their way inside the castle, and even though Wang Xue was seen by many people and many had tried to kill him he was still able to slay most of them no problem.

And at this very moment there were four people chasing him in order to kill him.

"Stop running and just give up, if you do we will give you a painless death. No matter where you run we will be able to follow you."

A man said laughing menacingly. That man looked like he was a bandit, his clothes were ragged and his face fit the exact image of a low class bandit but his cultivation was not ordinary at all as he had already reached the 7th level of Jade Palace realm.

"What are you doing? Go and fight them! This guys will not leave you alone even if we find the entrance to that serpent, just turn this guys into decorations in the walls like what you did to that little girl!" The little white cat was screaming at Wang Xue in irritation.

They had been running for ten minutes and Wang Xue doesn't seem to have any kind of intention to kill the four people behind him. The little white cat was so irritated that it wanted to bite Wang Xue's ears right about now but it was till hesitating in fear of getting the great beast Emperor angry.

"Stop shaming the great Emperor and just kill them already, do you think that the great Emperor can take this kind of humiliation?" the little white cat was at its limits, it was truly about to bite Wang Xue on the ears when Wang Xue suddenly stop and released a thick and clear intent to kill.

The four men saw Wang Xue stop and felt that killing aura but instead of getting scared and running off all of them stand their ground and was prepared to assault him in full force.

"Haha, you must have gotten tired of running away already, if so then just die here and become our money."

After saying those taunting words a sudden spurt of blood was splattered on his face and when he looked to his right he found his companion was already sliced in three parts.

Wang Xue's blade had already turned blue and his body was radiating with frost and as for Fenrir, he was already fuming when Wang Xue woke him up from his sleep.

"What—the—hell—I—told—you—let—me—sleep." Fenrir was angered but he couldn't direct his anger directly to Wang Xue by killing him so he made the absorption of energy stronger than normal, he even drew some of the power from the Dark Demonic Ice.

Black colored ice was formed every time Wang Xue's blade was swung, it froze the air and before long it affected the movements of everyone present except for Wang Xue's.

"Shut up! I have some questions for you after we kill this useless thugs!" Wang Xue threw the three remaining people a hateful glare and raised his sword up the air.

"You people are the very reason why this fucking cat is so talkative and that great Emperor shit had been getting on my nerves thirty minutes ago." His anger was released and the unfortunate people who had been chasing at the time experience a cold hell while listening to their killer complain about a cat talking to him.

Wang Xue was sitting on top of three stacked up frozen corpse and Fenrir whose body was was still translucent and didn't have any color other than black was sitting in front of him looking at Wang Xue in the eye, and as for the little white cat… it was prostrating by the side.

Before entering this place Wang Xue was intent on first finding the so called serpent locked up in this place but after hearing the little white cat talk nonstop about honour and shaming the great Emperor Wang Xue's patience and tolerance had reached its limit.

"Hey—Xue—what's—with—this—cat—it—acts—weird." Fenrir wasn't disturbed by the little white cat's action at first but after a while it just got awkward and with him and Wang Xue able to communicate with beast with ancient bloodline it made Fenrir feel guilty having it prostrate for so long.

"Would—you—stop—doing—that?" Fenrir asks the little white cat.

The little white cat's beautiful white fur stood up from the shock it just heard and with a shaking voice it asked Fenrir, "Y—your highness did I displease you in any way? I but a humble and lowly beast please let me apologize for the mistake I have committed so I asks you to spare my entire species."

After hearing a single statement from Fenrir the little white cat panicked and started begging for mercy and tried lowering its head even further… in Wang Xue's eyes the little white cat looked like it was tryint to dig up a hole using its forehead.

"N—no—you—don't—have—to—worry—about—that—uhm—what—was—your—name?" Fenrir noticed the effect of what he said so immediately it tried changing the subject.

Deep inside his heart he was thinking, 'What a bothersome kid, it seems like she's only a few hundred years old… ugh, what did Xue do to make this cat worship me like some kind of king? Well it's not that I hate it but does he want me to feel how he felt in the past?'

The little white cat heard Fenrir's question and immediately it answered, "I do not have a name your highness, but the serpent calls me Solstice."

"Alright—Solstice—raised—your—head—and—explain—what—you—by—Emperor—because—if—you—don't—this—guy—will—start—bitching—about—it." Fenrir said, he noticed that Solstice do not have any intention of stopping calling him his highness so he started the whole discussion there.

Solstice raised her head and saw Fenrir's 'magnificent' translucent image and wonderful spirit energy but nonetheless she still showed a look of confusion.

"What does you highness mean? The Emperor is obviously the Emperor that the first ancestor pledge out utmost loyalty after he came out of the realm of the Spirits. After that pledge we have been obtained the divine protection from his highness, I do not blame his highness for forgetting our lowly lives but please let me do the calling of my race and serve the Great Wolf Emperor."

Wang Xue looked at Fenrir and asked, "How come you never told me any of this."

Fenrir answered with, "Being—imprisoned—in—the—Spirit—realm—did—a—number—in—my—memory—remember."
