9 Chapter 9 :- Mistake

"I want to tell something."

"Yes? " Sarah turned her head towards Michael.

"How many days has it been since we talked to each other properly talked with each other. Did you miss me or anything like that, When I was not around?"

Michael smiled at her.

" You...You!!!" Sarah was speechless " First of all you never went anywhere and were always around me. And second that you were the one who was ignoring me and you were the one that was affecting me, it's because of you that my grades had gone bad. Do you have any idea how much was I worried that you had gone into some bad company and ended up in a sorry state?"

"Do you even cared about how I felt all this time you ignored me and acted as if I wasn't there. You...You..*cough* *cough* " She choked on her own words while streeks of tears followed down her pink cheeks.

"Hey..hey stop crying will ya, I never meant to harm you or create a problem for you I know that you cared a lot about me and so do I, That's why I hid all this from you in order to protect you from the dangers around me that's because I....um...I"

Sarah looked him in the eyes " Don't say anything that you won't be able to keep up. I know that you have a lot of problems with all this martial arts stuff but don't mind me."

"Maybe we aren't supposed to happen." She smiled at Michael but knowing her emotions he knew that she was hiding a lot of sorrow and grief behind this one smile.

"That's it I vowed to protect those around me I can't let her down" Though these thoughts were pretty clear in his mind Michael did not voice them but rather stood up.

Seeing him stand Sarah thought that she had completely destroyed their relationship from this forth they might not share those sweet memories she had ones dreamt of, but rather to her surprise. He grabbed her hand and gently pulled her up and tightly embraced her and softly whispered in her ear.

"I hid all this from you in order to protect you from the dangers around me that's because I...I love you and I would never ever allow any harm to come to you even if it costs me my life." Say this he tightened his embrace even more.

"Are you telling the truth this time?" Sarah though caught by Micahel tried to struggle but it was all fruitless.

But no reply came from the other side sensing this Sarah turned her head toward Michael only to see him an inch away from her face. Sarah's heart thumped loudly all the sound nearby seemed to have quietened down all but her heart right now. All she could hear was her heartbeat and everything else blurred.

While all the world seemed to blur around her she felt something touch her lips. Her body froze, "Is this what I think it is ?" Though she couldn't speak her mind was running crazy.

The two sets of lips touched and their bodies shivered. " This pervert he actually took advantage of me at such a time." Though she was conflicted she didn't resist and continued kissing him.

While both of them opened there eyes and suddenly the atmosphere got weird. Looking into Sarah's eyes Michael was stunned as this girl was even cuter when she blushed." Shit what have I done, I couldn't control myself shit shit shit." Cursing himself Michael let go of her and silently turned around facing the lake, He didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Sarah was also dumbstruck but she was the one who snapped out of this situation first. Seeing how much was Michael was embarrassed, her eyes suddenly lit up.

It was her turn now to take advantage of the situation.

She slowly crept up to Michael stood beside him. Seeing her stand beside him, Michael was conflicted he had wronged her without her permission he had...

"You must take responsibility now for what you have done or I'll tell your mom what you did!!"

" Shit." Michael was dumbfounded" Is this some kind of threat you didn't even resist how is it me taking your advantage you clearly enjoyed it didn't you? " though Michael was still dazed he was able to pull himself together.

Hearing this Sarah's face became red and her blush covered her entire face. " You...you how could you say something like that to me I'm an honorable girl." She was enraged at his comment and went near him and stomped on his feet. Though it was no pain at all Michael still thought that he should act a little in order to consolidate her and frowned a bit, and pulled back his leg to show pain.

Seeing him back off Sarah grabbed his collar and pulled him," You took advantage of me and your gonna pay for it."

But even before Michael could say anything he felt her lips on his, he realized that it was now her turn to take his advantage.

For two whole minutes, both of them didn't move and stood there in each other's arms. Then suddenly a phone rang in the nearby bush, both of them suddenly split apart and stood on guard.

Michael suddenly felt embarrassed he clearly knew now who was hiding there." Damn those two why did they come here and I didn't even felt their auras because of the heat moments ago."

"Just come will ya stop hiding I know it's you two." Michael was helpless they had already seen everything what could he do.

James and Jeniffer totted out of the bush awkwardly seeing them Sarah felt embarrassed had she kissed someone in front of others. Thinking of this she couldn't help but redden even more than before.

Who would have thought that today's event would take such a crazy turn? Seeing that no one was willing to talk James spoke up to break the monotony of the situation.

" Ah, Michael you haven't shown us your spirit quick show it to us," James said this enthusiastically, even though everyone knew that it was an attempt to dissolve the awkward situation, None of them objected this was also an interesting matter which they wanted to look into.

Seeing no more progress in the situation from Sarah's side Michaelhelplessly sighed, " Alright, Alright I'll show it to you but be a little bit careful will ya."

He stepped back as the airflow started to change. The three of them felt a sense of danger and circulated their spirit power and stepped back. The always seemingly calm Michael now held a slight smile.

His pitch-black eyes had changed color. Now one of them was Blood red and the other was golden colored.
