5 Chapter 5 :- Training!!

Everyone sat down both the girls were still in shock, "Just to make sure, everything till now was entirely real and I was not hallucinating right??"

" He he , what you saw was entirely true and was a very little part of the true martial arts that exists in the world." smeared Michael.

All three of them frowned. " Well all of you should go now, So that you can rest properly and we will continue our training tomorrow. "

" Training!!??" surprised Sarah, " Yeah, Why do you think that I brought you here tonight? You guys will be my main fighting force against the entire world." Michael suddenly stepped on air and started to rise up.

He then turned to the three below and smiled

"You three will be my sword and my shield and will have a major impact on the world in the time to come, because I have a promise to fulfill." he turned away and gazed at the lake nearby.

"Don't disappoint me." saying this Michael came down and watched the surprised expressions on their faces.

"Alright then you all should go it's late already and come here at the same time as today."

Saying this Michael turned away and started walking soon the three followed him without a word and all of them went home.

The next evening after the school all four of them came at the same spot as yesterday. Guardian Hóu came once again but this time he had a set of three different clothings. It was gives to Sarah and trio and they hurriedly changed into them.

It was neither a modern nor a traditional dress but rather was a amazing mix of both of them. It's quality was something that that normal clothings could never acquire.

It seemed as soft as velvet but could withstand the force of explosions, as of this it was the ideal object for people who practiced martial arts.

"Hey this seems quite costly, does your mom knows about this. Or you might get into more trouble because of this." rubbing the clothing between her fingers she said to Michael.

Michael smiled"This silly girl being given good stuff, the first thing that comes to her mind is concern about me." he thought to himself.

"Think of this as a gift to you from this elderly self." Guardian Hóu interrupted mid way.

"Can we call you Elder Hóu calling you guardian is quite a tough job." smiled Jennifer standing besides James in a innocent way.

Seeing her Guardian Hóu was dumbstruck, he was a figure that was feared by the martial artists and this girl was even asking to not call him guardian but elder.

He helplessly turned towards Michael. Seeing this weird situation he slightly nodded to Guardian Hóu which showed that he agreed.

Guardian Hóu smiled and then disappeared. Then Michael came forward to them.

"Alright, I will teach you both how to sense the natural essence and how to absorb."

He then taught both of them how to sense the natural essence around them and how to convert it into Qi to circulate throughout the body.

To Jame's suprise they apprehended the entire process in only one hour. He was shocked and looked towards Michael.

"How is this possible that they did it in one hour? That... How is that possible?!!" he was still shocked.

"I've told you before there are countless people who have greater talent and strength than. The only was to ensure your safety is through hardwork."

James nodded his head in consideration. He was quite lacking in talent so he has to increase his hardwork to reach the level of his friends.

Michael then taught them how to circulate the Qi within them through Qi Gong. " There will be a total of four openings in your core which is at the centre of you body. So you just have to circulate the Qi and nurture it until all four openings occur."

Obviously it took people hundreds of years to get them to open. Because one openings represented the entrance to a new realm.

If they opened one opening of the core it would mean they entered the Profound Man Layer.

"You three, till the end of this month each of you should have opened one opening in their core." Michael commanded.

" Hey, are you insane, I have been training for two months and I was not able to do it how are we going to do it in one month." James felt a little shocked after this.

Both the girls were looking at each other without any idea what was happening.

"Alright, then it's set. You all should train hard and you should try your best and open the first one in one month,"

Then he continued to train them without any pause and then they all left after that.

A month passed without notice and they were still practicing hard as they had promised him.
