Martial Arts Genius Transferred To a Dragon Ball world

In a city where everyone is panicking , praying , crying , devout believers and others people trusted that this would be the end of the world there was ony one person that believe he had the chances. many super heroes already tried to stop it from happening but had their hands full or simply didn't had any power at all. one young man looked straight at a meteor as big as the Jupiter's approached the earth at fast speed that seems slow.
