26 Sabaody Archipelago
It has been almost 3 months since he came here and about a few days later Ace's execution will take place. Today Kenshin woke up from his sleep at 4 AM as usual and did some exercise like Kenshin's style unarmed martial arts or his newly learned sword arts- Heaven Destroying sword arts.
His strength has reached a limit that doing these basic exercises will not increase his strength but Kenshin still does this as he believes it will improve his understanding of the way of martial arts.
Due to supreme level talent that he has received from God, he masters everything very quickly but the Legendary realm of martial/sword arts is something that he will probably take a few years as no known character (main characters) has shown that level even though they have incredible talent. So that's why he practices his sword every day.
In these 3 months, there has only been two times when the monster was very strong that it took a lot of time for Kenshin to defeat them. One was an earth dragon and other was a giant mammoth. Both of them were the size of a mountain with incredible speed and power.
So to defeat them Kenshin would use his first 6 sword stances along with his incredible speed to injure them and use the seventh stance to finish them off. There has never been a time where he needed his 8th and 9th stance.
Kenshin uses a wooden sword that he has carved using his ki sword/knife. In the last month, he came across a very old tree whose height was not very large but its wood was very strong and has some metallic property to it. It is similar to Ironwood mentioned in Cultivation Novels but stronger. Kenshin used his full physical power but the tree didn't even budge. (Kenshin has already at master level swordsman at this point)
After that Kenshin used his Haki and ki to cut that tree and make a sword. Kenshin then used few days to carve a sword. The sword(or more specifically a Katana) was of black color(the color of the tree), of a height 1.6 meters (of which 1.3 meter was blade and 30 cm was handle), the handguard was also very beautifully designed with dragons and tigers carved in it, the edge was very sharp as it can be compared to 'ryo wazamono' level.
The width of the blade was 3 inches and its breadth from the blunt side it is about 1inch thick. Kenshin named is Devil Wood Sword. Based on the wood's strength, it was about 'o wazamono' level. So, all in all, it's not a bad sword till Kenshin can find another one with more strength.
Another weird thing about the wood is that, after using ki, Kenshin found that the sword absorbs some of his ki, and after few weeks of usage the sword looked somewhat stronger than before. This fact intrigued Kenshin.
After having breakfast Kenshin got ready to leave. As he has was holed on this island ever since he came to this world, so he knows nothing about outside and all his clothes also have been tattered after all these fights.
After taking his sword and a large chunk of roasted meat behind his back, Kenshin jumped in the air. After that, he began to float to a greater height to look for nearby islands. This was one of the techniques Kenshin has learned in BNHA world by using the concept of moonwalk and ki floating techniques from various sources. This martial arts consumes less ki and stamina than the others.
Kenshin floated for about 5 kilometers and he was now above the clouds. So he quickly used his sword to send a flying sword strike to disperse the clouds near him. After that, he saw few islands, some filled with peoples while others were like the one he was from.
Kenshin found out one of the islands he knew from the series 'Sabaody Archipelago'. He must say the island looked really beautiful with all the bubbles coming out of it. Kenshin dashed towards there as he can get money from Marines if he catches some pirate.
And money is the one thing that Kenshin was running low on, as he will have to buy clothes and also need money to eat. After running for about 5 minutes, Kenshin reached the archipelago. Coincidentally the groove he landed was groove 13.
So he decided to go there. As he was walking by, many people saw him. Well, Kenshin looks very handsome but with his long hairs, tattered clothes and a huge chunk of meat behind him, he looks more like a caveman.
"Oye look there, such a weird man"
"Yeah, he is definitely weird"
"Look at the meat behind him"
"Yeah.. just look at his swordman. He is carrying a wooden sword"
"Seriously. Where did this weirdo come from"
Many people began discussing him, some laughing at him and some were envied of his handsome face. Then after a few minutes, 20 people stopped him and circled around him. Kenshin just looked at them without saying anything.
"Oye pretty boy, just hand over the sword and fuck off"
"Captain let's just beat him up and sell him to the auction house"
"Yeah captain, sell him to the auction. We will make lots of money"
After that, they rushed towards Kenshin to beat him up. Kenshin easily dodged all of them and knocked them unconscious with the handle of his sword leaving only one of them conscious. Kenshin walked towards him and asked about a Shakky's Rip off Bar.
After knowing the direction, he knocked on the remaining guy. Kenshin stole all the bellies they had. With 5000 bellies in hand, Kenshin went to Shakky's Rip off the bar. The building looked very old with moss-covered over it. After looking over the building for a bit, Kenshin went inside.
"Welcome. What will you take? Oh, my such a handsome young man. Isn't that right Ray-Chan", said Shakky in a teasing tone.
"Hahahaha…. He sure is", said Rayleigh laughingly. Rayleigh and Shakky observing Kenshin who even though he has a handsome face still looks like a beggar with a wooden sword and a chunk of meat strapped behind him.
Kenshin looked at the old couple and nodded calmly. Then he went to one of the tables and said, "something to eat and a glass of water".
"Ara hungry one aren't you? Okay wait a minute, I will bring something", said Shakky and she went to cook something.
Kenshin looked around the bar which looks almost like that in anime. A few customers are drinking alcohol and talking about the Marineford war that is going to happen. Rayleigh in the corner drinking his alcohol silently.
Bored to wait for a delicious meal, Kenshin began to eat the piece of meat behind him. When Shakky came with a plate of meat steak and a glass of water.
"You sure are hungry. Here eat this and ask if you want more", said Shakky. Kenshin just nodded at her and ate the food. Kenshin has to say this world is amazing, the meat, the flavors are amazing. Kenshin's ever calm face showed a delightful expression.
"What is your name boy. You look so happy while eating", said Shakky.
"My name is Kenshin", said Kenshin while maintaining his calm face. Shakky saw this and laughed.
"What happened? Why are your clothes like this and why are you holding a wooden sword", inquired Shakky.
"I was training for a few years and these were the last clothes I had, so they are tattered now. This sword is my weapon", said Kenshin while eating slowly.
"Oh, my such a hardworking boy. How old are you", asked Shakky.
"I am 16 years old", said Kenshin with a smile.
"I will call you Ken-chan from no on. Okay Ken-chan what else do you want?", asked Shakky.
"Can you tell me what happened in these last 3 years just as a summary", said Kenshin.
"Oh my gathering information for free aren't you Ken-chan", said Shakky. After that, she told Kenshin about major events that happened in the world. Kenshin only knew things that are shown in the anime/manga and not others, so it was a piece of good information for him.
"You mean there will be a war between Whitebeard Pirates and Marines two days later? Wow, I have to get ready for it", said Kenshin. Although he knew about it he still has to act like this to make his story consistent. But Kenshin's excitement was not wrong as he was excited to fight strong opponents and if possible save Ace and Whitebeard.
"Ohhh… you are quite excited, aren't you? Do you want to watch the war", asked Shakky.
"Yeah… I will go to marineford as there will be so many strong opponents including Admirals and Dracule Mihawk. I want to fight them", said Kenshin.
Shakky was shocked by hearing the reason why he wanted to fight. Rayleigh who was hearing the conversation also got shocked hearing Kenshin's reason then he laughed a little.
"Ken-chan, you know right it's dangerous. They are very strong", said Shakky with a slightly worried tone.
Kenshin didn't say anything and coated his finger with Haki and used master level swordsmanship to cut the remaining meat steak into pieces. Shakky and Rayleigh who saw this were shocked beyond words. Kenshin just smiled at them.
