33 End of War

When Kenshin has just finished his battle with Mihawk, he looked towards the execution platform to see what Luffy was doing. Similar to the anime Luffy punched Garp who wasn't using his power at all and reached the platform.

Then Sengoku who was standing next to ace used his devil fruit power to transform into Buddha. And when Luffy was about to use the key that Boa Hancock has given, Kizaru sent a light beam to break the key. At the same time, Mr.3 who was unconscious woke up and saw Sengoku attacking at them.

Luffy told Mr.3 to help open Ace's lock and use his devil fruit power to make a barrier. And Luffy also used his gomu power to inflate as a big rubber balloon. So when Sengoku used his powers and punched Luffy's belly, Luffy's plot armor came into play and the execution platform broke. If not for that Luffy would have been injured even more seriously.

After that Luffy, Mr.3 and Ace somehow managed to survive and Ace was rescued. This shocked every marine as even after using all their powers, Ace still managed to survive. Whereas the pirates were very happy with this. The brother's duo Luffy and Ace quickly defeated many marines and retreated.

The Whitebeard pirates began to retreat when Squard and some other pirates used a boat to come to the plaza. Every member of Whitebeard pirates was shocked as to why Squard is coming to the plaza after they have rescued Ace.

Squard then said like he want to atone for his sins. But other members quickly tried to dissuade him but he didn't agree until his boat was forcefully stopped.

"Do you know how disobedient it is for a child to die before his parents. Don't you get it Squard. Even if I was uninjured my life is coming to an end. Everyone has his own lifespan and we do whatever we are meant to do. What I am about to tell you is my final order as your captain.

Listen carefully Whitebeard pirates. Here you and I will separate and each one of you will go back to New World", said Whitebeard who has gotten another few injuries within the time frame.

Even after telling them to go, all the Whitebeard pirates were crying and begging Whitebeard to come with them. They didn't even retreat. Seeing them still standing Whitebeard shouted, "Go on you bastards. Even without all those injuries, I would have died within a year. So go on now and let me die on the battlefield rather than dying due to injuries".

The Whitebeard pirates were crying but they still understand their Pops, so they unwillingly began to retreat while taking the unconscious one with them. Sengoku ordered soldiers to shoot Whitebeard rather than Ace as he said Whitebeard is going to use his life to let his sons escape and he will if possible destroy Marineford to do it.

Seeing Whitebeard fighting with the soldiers, Aokiji and Kizaru. Akainu used his magma to launch meteor showers but it still was not effective as pirates were hell-bent on escaping.

"Running away the moment you grabbed Ace. What a bunch of cowards, The Whitebeard Pirates. WELL IT CAN'T BE HELPED WHITEBEARD IS AFTER ALL A FAILURE FROM THE PREVIOUS ERA", said Akainu loudly as to instigate Whitebeard Pirates.

Ace like in the anime started arguing with Akainu. He was about to fight with Akainu when Kenshin runs behind him and knocked him out and threw him towards the Whitebeard pirates and said, "Pick up this idiot and tell him to control his anger or he will die soon".

The Whitebeard pirates just thanked Kenshin and began retreating. With no other choice, Akainu chased them for a bit but then returned to fight with Whitebeard who almost destroyed half of Marineford within few minutes.

With nothing to worry about Whitebeard destroyed everything. He didn't care for his injuries and was just thinking to give his son's a chance to escape. Kenshin also retreated with the Whitebeard Pirates. There were still quite a lot of marine soldiers who were trying to stop them but with Kenshin and Marco, they were easily dealt with.

Whitebeard pirates have saved one ship underwater just for escaping. So every member of Whitebeard Pirates went to the ship while crying and carrying the injured ones. They sailed for a distance. Few marine warships followed them but they were cut down by Kenshin, Vista and Mc Guy.

While traveling, they still could hear loud explosion noises. But after some distance, the noise quieted down stating the death of Whitebeard Pirates. The crewmates of Whitebeard pirates cried for a while and determined to become strong.

When they had sailed for a distance Kenshin, saw a ship coming towards them. Kenshin noticed Blackbeard and his recently recruited crew. The remnant of Whitebeard pirates also noticed this and began shouting and booing at them.

"Zehahahaha… isn't this old man's crew. Where is he? Is the old man dead", said Blackbeard. This angered the Whitebeard pirates as they still remembered how their pops sacrificed himself to save themselves.

Kenshin hated this guy from the series and his power is still within the range where he can kill them, so he didn't hesitate ran in the air above the ship in which Blackbeard was. When Kenshin was coming to their ship Van Augur tried to shot him which he dodged, Shiryu tried to cut him with Flying Sword strike but Kenshin evaded that.

Kenshin who has not used his ki on the battlefield released his ki which caused everyone to feel slight pressure. Kenshin then took his sword above his head and used Haki, sword mastery and his destructive ki to use the "Destroying Earth" technique from his Heavenly Destruction sword arts.

All of the Blackbeard pirates used everything they have to defend the strike but they couldn't and this strike injured them seriously while breaking their ship. Seeing that some were alive Kenshin used "Annihilating World" from his Annihilation sword Arts to kill every last of the Blackbeard Pirates.

After that Kenshin came back to the ship where they thanked Kenshin for saving their lives time and again. Luffy who saw how powerful Kenshin was, he pestered Kenshin to join his group. Kenshin was annoyed by it so he said, "You are weak, too weak. I heard what happened to your group in Sabaody Archipelago and you yourself have seen how powerful the people from New World are. So 1st you should think to improve your strength before asking others to join. And in which ship captain is weaker than the crew-mates".

After saying that Kenshin sits there silently and started cultivating DDD. Luffy who heard what Kenshin has said started to think about it seriously and so he sat there silently. After moving for a distance, they saw a huge ship, similar to their ship is coming towards their direction.

The people of Whitebeard pirates recognized the flag, it was the "Red Hair Shanks" ship. Kenshin also saw Shanks and his crew with an almost similar outfit and style like in the anime. Luffy who was slightly depressed went back to his cheerful mode when he heard Shanks's name.

Shanks came and told them he was in his way to stop the war. After that Marco told Shanks about what happened. Hearing that Shanks gave his condolence to Marco and his crew-mates. Luffy who came from behind jumped at Shanks and greeted him happily.

They began to talk with each other. Whitebeard pirates also began talking with Red-Hair pirates. Kenshin just went back to his room and started cultivating. It was night when Kenshin came out of his room. He went out and saw Trafalgar D Law was also there along with his crew-mates.

Just like Kenshin thought, they had come to watch the war but by the time they arrived they only saw this ship (the ship in which Kenshin is now)leaving, so they followed it. All of them just ate and talked once in a while as they are still sad about their pop's death.

Ace woke up around this time. He found and Kenshin and began cursing him for stopping him to which Marco came and apologized for Ace and took Ace with him. After talking with Shanks and his crew he found that Shanks really has a very charismatic style.

The next day, they parted with each other. Marco and the remnants of Whitebeard pirates will go their area in New World. Law and his crew went also went to New World. Luffy said he will go to Sabaody Archipelago to meet with Rayleigh and wait for his crew-mates. To which Whitebeard Pirates agreed to give him a lift.

Kenshin looked at Shanks and said, "I want to go with you to the New World. Could you please give me a ride?"

To which Shanks just agreed. After a while, they all parted their ways. Kenshin just asked Shanks to wait for 2 hours and he will come back. Kenshin dashed to Sabaody Archipelago and found the inn he was staying in. Kenshin took his backpack and went to Shakky's Bar.

Kenshin just said his goodbyes to both of them as he will go New World. Shakky asked about the war and the following events. Kenshin quickly told them(as Rayleigh was there) everything. Shakky and Rayleigh wished him good luck for the future and said, "You are always welcome to come here if you need anything".

After that Kenshin took everything and went back to Shanks ship. This trip took him about 1 and half hours. After that, they began moving towards the New World. Just as they have settled down New Coo came. One of Shanks's crew-mate paid the price and took the paper.

The newspaper briefly explained the things that have occurred with a lot of lies in them (Well it's World Govt. we are talking about). Then there were few posters of the pirates whose bounty have increased on appeared.

Kenshin who was also looking at it noticed four bounties.

When Kenshin saw this, he laughed at his given "title" and though when someone took his photo. The photo was of Kenshin just before going to join the was and he was standing alone on top of Moby Dick with a sword in one hand and other hand in his pant pocket.

Kenshin read and found that it is stressed that how evil he is and how he slaughtered marine soldiers and helped Whitebeard Pirates and Strawhat Luffy escape. After reading this Shanks and his group just laughed and partied for Kenshin's 1st bounty. Many teased him by saying to laugh a bit more otherwise he will be like "Mihawk" who is serious all the time.

Kenshin's attitude in which he always maintained a calm and stoic face has now started to show a little bit more signs of emotions. Like that they went to the New World. After reaching there Kenshin requested Shanks to spar with him using swordsmanship to which Shanks complied.

The spar took place for 30 minutes in which he understood, Shanks is a monster. Shanks just used his physical powers and high-level Grand Master sword mastery. With just this, he completely defeated Kenshin who was even using ki.

After that Kenshin understood his level and how much he needed to train. After the spar, Kenshin said his goodbyes and went away while running in the air. Thus a new journey for Kenshin began…..
