20 Battle Trials
The next day many people still pestered Kenshin on how he become so strong even though he is quirkless. Kenshin was really tired of them and decided to ignore them. The classes went as usual, 'Present Mic' taught English. Cementoss took Modern Literature and Ectoplasm took the Mathematics class.
After lunch, it was time for their foundational heroics studies. All the people were sitting in the class waiting for the teacher to arrive.
"Kenshin, can you teach me? I want to make my body strong. Even though my quirk is strong, a strong body will give me more advantage", said Momo Yaoyorozu to Kenshin.
"Yeah yeah Kenshin, you got to teach me how you make yourself so strong. With my quirk and a strong body, I will become very strong", said Kirishima who just happened to listen to them.
Kirishima who is always on his manly mode spoke loudly. All the people except a few also came to teach him about making their bodies strong. Looking at all of them Kenshin still had his calm face but he is thinking, "What should I do, I guess giving them a few martial arts and their training manual from Kenshin world is okay as they would have to dedicate a decade or more with their talent to reach a good level and they will also have to develop their quirks. All in all, I can't give too much but giving them these martial arts will be my way of spreading Martial Arts".
Kenshin looked at them and said, "I will help you by giving Martial arts copy and the training manual. These will be helpful but don't think of the immediate results. You guys don't have the correct foundation, so it might take 10-20 years for your body to become strong like me but learning them will improve your battle prowess"
"You really are arrogant"
"You said, it will take us 20 years to become strong like you"
"You are very strong but that doesn't mean we are weaker"
"Please don't be angry with Kenshin, he must have not meant that in a bad way"
"You mean we are less talented than a quirkless guy"
Like this they went on for some time, some were in support of what Kenshin said while some were very angry at him. Kenshin was getting really annoyed by them but it was then All Might came to his rescue.
"It's me through the doors like a normal person", All Might came to the class with his own(weird) style. As soon as he came to the class, all the attention from Kenshin transferred to All Might. Kenshin thanked All Might in his mind to save him from the weird situation.
"Foundational heroic studies!!! For this class, we will be building your hero foundation through various trials. And you guys will get a huge amount of credits for this. So, what are we waiting for? Let's get right to it. Our very first trial will be Battle Trials", said All Might.
"Awesome I knew it is the best"
"Yeah fight from the very beginning"
"Yeah that's why I love UA"
"Hold your horses' young men. And to go with your first battle you will use the costume that you were given according to the specification that you have provided. And for additional gears that you requested are placed in your changing areas. Please wear them and come to the Training ground 4", said All Might.
The additional gears that Kenshin asked were a pouch filled with shurikens and another pouch that had a very durable rope in it. In his last life, Kenshin's wife Shigure was a master of weapons, so it is normal for Kenshin to learn shuriken Jutsu and rope techniques.
After everyone wore their costume, they went to Training ground 4. Kenshin looked at the ground and thought, "UA is really extravagant, the equipment, the training ground, all of them are top class". If any person from Kenshin's first world would look at Kenshin now, then they will have only one thought, "He is looking like an Anbu from Naruto".
Yes, Kenshin is looking like an Anbu with his silver shin guards, full-body black clothes and the pouches on both legs and waist. The only thing that was missing was an animal mask.
"Wow Kenshin you really look like a ninja"
"Yeah Kenshin you are looking cool"
"He is so handsome"
Like this many girls began discussing and few boys also praised Kenshin for looking really cool. But there were a few who were envious of his looks and still thought of him as arrogant(as they hadn't forgotten what Kenshin said).
Like everyone was watching Kenshin, he also watched others and thought, "They really look a bit different from the manga"
"You are again the center of attraction", said Momo who just came near Kenshin.
"You really are an exhibitionist", said Kenshin plainly looking at Momo's clothes.
"No, I am not. It's my quirk's fault", said Momo while pouting.
Kenshin looked at her and thought, "She really is cute and if it was me from my youth I would have dated her". Yes, Kenshin considers them at most like his little brothers and sisters as he is above 500 years mentally.
"You know, your quirk is really impressive. If you can really make use of it then you might become number 1 hero", said Kenshin.
"Don't flatter me okay. My quirk is good but I have to lean a lot of things to be able to use it", said Momo.
"I am not flattering and you just need to be a little bit more creative in your ways in which you make things," said Kenshin. But Kenshin was thinking, 'I will probably give her ideas about weapons from my world. If she can understand nanotech or even basic things, she can make an armor suit for herself'.
Like this they discussed for a bit, then All Might who was standing in front of them coughed for a bit and laughed. Kenshin knew that it must be Midoriya. Kenshin turned to look at Midoriya, then he quickly turned his face away.
He must say if he would have looked at Midoriya for a few moments more, his usually calm face would have destroyed because of how funny Midoriya was looking. All Might just cough a bit then said.
"This battle trial will be an indoor battle trial as this is the most commonly seen situation with the villains. As statistically most crime is committed indoors. Be it house imprisonment, murders, black markets and so on. The villains always lurk in the shadows and not in the open, so you guys will fight indoors.
For this trial, you will be separated into two groups, 'the heroes' and 'the villains'. There will be two persons in a team and this is going to be a two on two battle"
"How do we decide the wins and losses"
"Is it okay to blow them to pieces"
"Is there an expulsion like in Aizawa sensei's test"
"f we were separating into groups, what would be the best way to gain victory"
"Don't this cape and armor looks killer on me"
Like this everybody asked All might at the same time which caused All Might to have a short circuit in his brain.
"If you guys speak at the same time, then how can I understand you guys. Okay now, let me finish the introduction then I will hear your question. For this training, we will have the villains guard a nuclear bomb which they intent on deploying.
And our heroes somehow got the news and they have come to stop the villains. If heroes manage to capture the villains or reach the bomb core within the time frame, then they win. But if the villains capture the heroes or stop the heroes from capturing the core, then they win.
And for dividing, the team, we will do it by lottery. And now you young men and women can ask me questions".
After that many people asked All Might about certain things they had a doubt. Then the lottery happened, every team was divided in the same way as in the anime except Momo's team where Kenshin was there in place of Mineta. Here because of Kenshin, Mineta is not in class-A and instead is placed in class-B.
"Looks like we will be together", said Momo.
"Yeah it looks like that", said Kenshin.
After that, the Battle trial began. Like in the anime or manga that Kenshin remembers, the first was between Bakugo and Iida vs Uraraka and Midoriya. Iida was properly doing his work but Bakugo was like a wild dog lashing at Midoriya, blasting away the building. Uraraka and Midoriya were like two scared cats running from Bakugo.
Similar to anime, Midoriya deflected Bakugo's firey punch which destroyed the whole building and Uraraka just used her quirk to blast Iida away and touched the bomb. Similarly other battles also happened.
It was after a few battles, that Kenshin's chance came.
